Features include; 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large sundeck overlooking the beach and more. NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, Dishwasher, Microwave, Grill, Fish Cleaning Sink, Outside Shower and more.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property management company was so easy to work with, booking to check-in to check-out. We love the location and view of this rental, and have stayed here before. The unit was clean upon arrival. The suggestions I would make: a replacement of some of the worn out furniture, mainly the bed (master bedroom bed mattress very uncomfortable and bed seemed to be broken) and couches (broken). The wifi was so slow and TV buffered a lot. We had to go buy toilet paper because no extra supplies - not even an extra toilet paper roll or garbage bag. Also, It would have been nice to have some beach chairs to use for the beach.

Perfect getaway!

We booked this property for a few days in March because we were working nearby in South Georgia. What a treat! The owner, managing agency and staff were so nice and communicated well. The house was right on the beach and very quiet neighborhood. House was immaculately clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay so much and would rent this place again.

Short Break

Island Pearl was just as described as more. Truly steps from the beach. We could just walk out ,enjoy the beach sunsets and dolphin watch. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Retirement travels

A few steps and you are on the beach! Go to bed listening to the waves and wake up every morning to that ocean view. Lovely little home it is just a short drive to restaurants and bars. The island is incredible! My only suggestion would be to invest in better bed linens. We will definitely return to the beautiful Island Pearl.

It was nice We had a very good time The smoke detector battery went dead And started going off this morning about 5 am I set it on the kitchen table For some reason this happens to use all the time when we travel !! Crazy

The property location is great! The house layout is great. The furniture is great. Beachfront!! 2 issues that need to be addressed for the amount of rent charged. #1 The rugs are dirty and desperately need to be replaced. It is on the beach and shoukd be replaced annually! YUCK. #2 The deck furniture is plastic and all cracked/broken. Only 2 chairs useable. Again, for the rent charged these items should be fixed.

The views from the house are amazing, and the beach was quiet and relaxing. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the deck.If you rent this home bring everything you can think to bring. There were no hairdryers, laundry soap, coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. But it's worth bringing the few extras to enjoy this beauty!
