Features include; 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large sundeck overlooking the beach and more. NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV, VCR, Dishwasher, Microwave, Grill, Fish Cleaning Sink, Outside Shower and more.

Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. It was nice We had a very good time The smoke detector battery went dead And started going off this morning about 5 am I set it on the kitchen table For some reason this happens to use all the time when we travel !! Crazy

The kitchen could use a few more unbreakable kid friendly dishes but had a good supply of pots for steaming shrimp. A handrail would have been helpful for entry steps. The outside shower was great! The decor was updated and the game supply more than adequate!

The property location is great! The house layout is great. The furniture is great. Beachfront!! 2 issues that need to be addressed for the amount of rent charged. #1 The rugs are dirty and desperately need to be replaced. It is on the beach and shoukd be replaced annually! YUCK. #2 The deck furniture is plastic and all cracked/broken. Only 2 chairs useable. Again, for the rent charged these items should be fixed.

Perfect getaway!

We booked this property for a few days in March because we were working nearby in South Georgia. What a treat! The owner, managing agency and staff were so nice and communicated well. The house was right on the beach and very quiet neighborhood. House was immaculately clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay so much and would rent this place again.

Outstanding location

Two outstanding things about the stay were the location and the communication with the property manager. Being ON the beach with an unobstructed view is a location that cannot be rivaled. Even in December with cool/cold nights, during the day, it was a sunny 72 degrees and perfect for being out on the balcony listening to the surf. Overall, the house itself is comfortable--not as many upscale finishes as you might expect--but it is, after all, a rental property. There were a couple of things that some might not view as minor (a dead roach or two though the house was otherwise clean, a bottom window panel was removed/missing, leaving the living room open to the outside) but these may just be a temporary maintenance issue. We didn't contact the property manager about these things as they were not deal-breakers. We did contact the managers a couple of times to extend our stay and they were very responsive and quick to take care of us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Suncoast is a great agency to work with. They do a super job. St George is our favorite Fl beach spot. Island Pearl overall is a nice place, with a great kitchen and living area. Bathrooms are small but functional. There is no railing on the steps from the garage to the entry - this is dangerous, especially when you are unloading and vice versa. The coffee maker malfunctioned 3 times and the deck furniture is in need of replacing. Two chairs were unusable.

The improvements made were such a wonderful surprise! Upon arrival the house was spotless and had everything we could hope for. Love love the outdoor shower! And the kitchen! And the overall look and convenience. Even though it was just me and my husband there is plenty of room for 8 guests. We are thinking of bringing our three kids next year and their girlfriend and boyfriends. Check in was a breeze. We had a perfect week! Thank you to the owner who has made this a little slice of heaven for me and my husband.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other guest bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Large open family area. Property was clean. Easy keyless entry by using a door code. Easy walk to the beach. Great restaurants on the island and the grocery store has just about anything could you want considering how small it is. Had a great time! The only odd thing was there was a lower level that was locked (presumably built as a mother-in-law suite). I was a bit worried it was like an airbnb with someone living below me, but I never saw anyone there.

Kitchen has nice features and love having an ice maker. View to the beach is just as pictured. Neighbors are far enough away that you forget they are there. Fun games and books in the closet. St George is our favorite spot. Been heard 9 times. This is now our favorite home to stay in. Thanks for a good week.

The house is well stocked with pans and cooking dishes. There is no spices, or left over supplies so plan to pick up stuff. The house could use some updated furniture on the porch. The inside furniture is very comfortable. The house could really use a electric sweeper to grab the lose sand that gets tracked in. The coffee pot is drip but not a auto on or off shutoff. Minor detail but would be worth investing.
