Bienvenido a Island Sand Dollar!

Una casa de playa de un nivel, acogedora y de 3 niveles / 2BA que tiene capacidad para hasta 9 huéspedes en total, ¡Island Sand Dollar se ha actualizado y ofrece vistas "Frente a la playa" a precios "Across the Street"!

Además de las mejores vistas del golfo, la sala de estar ofrece capacidad adicional para dormir con un sofá cama Queen y un televisor de pantalla plana grande y reproductor de DVD. Justo al otro lado de la sala de estar hay una cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito, y un armario de lavandería con lavadora / secadora grandes.

El dormitorio principal del lado oeste tiene una cómoda cama tamaño king con una gran TV de pantalla plana, vistas al golfo y una puerta corredera que se abre a la terraza junto a la playa. Esta habitación también tiene un cuarto de baño con ducha de azulejos.

En el extremo opuesto de la casa hay dos dormitorios más y un baño completo con combinación de bañera / ducha. El dormitorio con literas tiene una litera con dos camas individuales y el dormitorio con cama grande, TV, vistas al golfo y una puerta corredera que se abre a la terraza. La terraza junto a la playa es un gran lugar para contemplar la vista del Golfo durante el día y para contar las infinitas estrellas por la noche.

Después de un día en la playa, enjuáguese en la ducha al aire libre cerrada con agua fría y caliente y relájese en el salón con sombra debajo de la casa con una hamaca perezosa y asientos adicionales, un gran lugar para protegerse del sol, pero aún así puede disfrutar de la brisa del Golfo.

Acceso a la playa es directamente a través de la calle a través de un camino de playa de arena. Menos de 20 segundos a pie encuentra tus dedos en la arena! Si practica surf, asegúrese de traer su pesca para asar. Tenemos un fregadero de limpieza de pescado con manguera y una parrilla de carbón estilo parque para su comodidad.

Y, no se olvide de su familia de cuatro patas: permitimos hasta 2 perros medianos con aprobación previa por una tarifa fiscal de $ 75 + por perro.

Beautiful place to spend some time

The appliances were all modern and functioned well, the proximity to the beach (right across the street) was perfect and my family had a great time. The location is very quite and perfect for a family get away, very little traffic on the roads and plenty of room on the beach to spread out.

The property was perfect for my husband and I and 1 another couple. This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at the Island Sand Dollar and was just as impressive as it was 4 years ago. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed to cook dinner with. The house was perfect and spotless and we will be staying again. Thank you for listing it and allowing us to stay there. BTW I replaced the batteries in the bedroom & my husband repaired the handle on the toilet. TY again!

The living room area was very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils one would need, and the beach decor and furnishings had all the beach feels that we were hoping for. The home is located just across the street from the beach via a sandy path that felt like our own the entire stay. The outside seating on the deck and under the house made perfect little spots to unwind and relax after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay at the Island Sand Dollar again.

Comfort in Paradise!

This beach house is really bright, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is perfect, and the beach at Saint George Island is beautiful! We would love to come back sometime and would highly recommend this place.

We immediately noticed upon arrival how clean the home was—much cleaner than most we’ve rented. The decor is lovely, and the home was configured nicely four our family of four. We loved sitting on the newly re-decked porch to watch the sun set and the convenient beach access trail just across the street from the driveway. The kitchen is so well stocked, we were surprised. Overall, we loved this home and will likely rent it again.

Lindsey was particularly kind, courteous and friendly! Despite the weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday stay on the island--my favorite place to be! (And this house is next door to the one I regularly rented and leased from a friend for many years. I love the location. The shower head in the master bathroom was wonderful and therapeutic to my back and neck. I loved the decor and openness of the living area. A couple suggestions: Since the view is restricted by houses and vegetation, pruning the tops of the shrub next to the palm (beautifully kept) would help. The heat seems to blow almost constantly even tho it's set on auto and it feels colder than the temp as if a fan is blowing on you.

Great Beach Cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Island Sand Dollar. It was very comfortable and well-appointed for our party of 4. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach. Communication was also very good. We look forward to another visit. Thank you for sharing this cute cottage.

It's a smaller house with a bright, cheery and homey feel with everything we needed. Access to the beach is right across the drive. We would love to come back and extend our stay for a month next time.

Love the house and location

When we walked in it smelled that sausage had just been cooked the refrigerator and freezer had a extremely strong smell of fish and we couldn’t use the ice because it smelled of fish after emptying it for days. There was trash behind the couch water bottles and a spit bottle in the room with the bunk beds on the floor next to the lamp, small bugs and ants in the kitchen a hair clip still clipped in the master shower to the curtain and a bag of dirty towels under the steps. I don’t know if the guest before us checked out late and put the cleaners in a rush. So we cleaned (not behind the couch)and put more baking soda in the freezer and we had a great time and stay. Thank you for your offering to do a vanilla wipe on the fridge I probably should have taken you up on it but didn’t want to be a bother. It’s a great home and location that we enjoyed very much! Thank you ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this house! Best decor of any beach house I have rented. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, extra lounge area downstairs was amazing but I want to suggest a string of outdoor lights would help, it is hidden back enough by shrubs it won’t effect the turtles. Also not having Tupperware was annoying. It is not stocked with simple things -no coffee filters, no extra toilet paper (they said that in the contract), no beach towels or beach toys for the kids-so just know it’s scaled back on basic things more than any rental I have stayed in so be prepared to buy everything you need or bring it. This being said it is a great house and I would stay there again!
