Esta casa cuenta con hermosas vistas al lago y la montaña desde casi todas las ventanas. Ubicado en un callejón sin salida privado en las elevaciones más bajas de Incline Village en la costa norte de Tahoe; A minutos de las playas privadas y públicas, campos de golf de campeonato, área de esquí Diamond Peak, ciclismo de montaña, senderismo, etc. Permanezca en un ambiente clásico de Tahoe, con cabina de madera y disfrute de comodidades modernas como acceso a internet wi-fi, TV por cable, reproductor de DVD, TV de pantalla plana (arriba y abajo). Interior bellamente decorado con vigas enormes, muebles tradicionales de Tahoe y cocina renovada. Dormitorio principal arriba. en la planta baja hay un segundo dormitorio y una gran habitación adicional con dos juegos de literas nuevas y una segunda chimenea. Disfrutará descansando o comiendo en una de las dos cubiertas con vista al lago. El plan de piso abierto de esta encantadora casa de 2,000 pies cuadrados se presta para socializar / entretener. Situado en medio de muchos pinos maduros; abre las ventanas en el verano y relájate con los sonidos de la cercana cascada de Incline Creek. A solo 45 minutos en automóvil, o menos a Reno, Carson City, Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, Northstar Resort, Squaw Valley y muchos otros puntos de interés. Usted querrá volver una y otra vez!

We had a perfectly lovely time at Margie’s Hideaway, The upstairs/downstairs layout gave us all the room we needed for privacy and family time. The view of the lake was spectacular. I would stay here again in a heatbeat

We stayed eight nights. The view of Tahoe was spectacular. That said the house is very outdated. Two people can’t be in the kitchen at one time. It’s too narrow and we couldn’t enjoy cooking together. It was a constant “excuse me” to squeeze by each other. It was well stocked everything you need. TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, condiments. We were a group retired people with one having horrible mobility problems. The stairs to the downstairs were too dangerous for our friend. It would have been nice to hang out down there because it hade a giant couch and wood fireplace and gaming table to play cards. The steps are very shallow and steep and we had to be really cautious going up and down. VERY CAUTIOUS. Our friend wasn’t able to go down at all so unfortunately we did get spend any time there. It’s dark inside most of the day and downstairs is very dark. We think it would be an ok place for family with kids. Nice location!

Truly a hideaway

Great place for our small family reunion. Clean and comfy, wonderful deck. Quiet, private, gorgeous lake views yet only minutes to bustling, busy lakeside scene. Can highly recommend, especially with kids. Downstairs "kids' world" enjoyed by kids AND adults who hung upstairs.

Perfect Tahoe Getaway

We could not have been more pleased with Margie's Hideaway. It was a perfect location offering ease to all the nearby attractions and plenty of restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. Communication was superb. The hosts were so kind to us when they learned my husband took a spill and required surgery. The property is wonderful and well cared for. We had everything we needed and the views are amazing!! Thank you to the hosts for sharing such a special place.

Great Owners and Communication!

Had a great time at Margie’s Hideaway! The owners were amazing with their communication and response time. We’ve stayed at other properties and often times you get there and find there is a starter roll of toilet paper and a couple trash bags. The owners had all those sorts of items well stocked — TP, baggies, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc. this is a great help since no traveler wants to buy these items in bulk on their vacation!

Lake view getaway

Our stay at Margie’s Hideaway was a perfect family getaway. This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe and we felt we were welcomed with open arms. The lake views were stunning! A favorite of ours was to end the evening playing games, making s’mores, and enjoying a glass of wine on the porch while listening to the creek run behind the house.Ron and Tina were very communicative and truly the best hosts, opening up their cozy, cabin-feel home to our family. The house was clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to board games and extra blankets. Our kids loved the downstairs area, having their own space to play, hang out, and sleep was a huge plus for us parents, giving us all a bit of extra breathing room.We also appreciated the little details, the comfy beds, the rustic décor, and the quiet, woodsy surroundings that made the entire stay so peaceful. It was clear a lot of care and love has gone into this family home, and it made all the difference in our experience.Thank you for the memories, we will cherish this trip at Margie’s Hideaway for years to come, and we hope to return someday soon.

Lovely hideaway

This is our second stay at Margie’s hideaway and we will continue to come back. The home is so well cared for and has lovely views of the lake and a big beautiful deck. Even when inside the living area, you feel connected to the outdoors. The home is very well stocked and great having the game/bunk bed room downstairs. Love staying here with our family!

Fantastic Stay

Our family had an amazing stay. The views are breathtaking from the home! We were here for Spring break with our teens and they loved the downstairs of the home and had their own space. The home is close to skiing and the beach areas and everything you need. Thehouse was well stocked with everything you need. The hosts were very attentive as well. Would highly recommend and stay here again if we return to Tahoe!

Perfect mountain cabin with unbeatable views

Amazing property with unbeatable views of Lake Tahoe. We were blown away by the proximity to Diamond Peak. The decor is older but adds to the charm and was extremely clean and well equipped. The kids loved the downstairs bunk/game room and it was an ideal home for our vacation. We hope to return one day!

Gorgeous views, very comfortable home

We had a family stay during the Christmas break, and it was amazing. We loved just relaxing and enjoying the views of the lake. The home is very cozy, very well maintained, and perfectly clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I loved everything about our stay, and I'd love to come back again.

Clean and cozy cabin and great hosts

The property is wonderful. It is true to the description and pictures. It is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood and close to the town and beaches. It was well-appointed and clean. The owners were welcoming, a delight to work with and responded fast. We felt like family friends staying there. We would love to stay again someday, if possible.

Perfect Spot!!!

We could not have chosen a better property for our stay. The home was immaculate and the view was worth the price!!! It felt like the best view in the neighborhood. We stepped back into 1969 with the decor and absolutely loved it! The kitchen and island were updated, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms pristine and colorful. There was plenty of room to socialize on both floors. Everything was as described. There is a large grocery/liquor store within a few minutes drive, in Raley's Shopping Center. Within that complex, there was a lovely little, casual Italian restaurant, Azzara's. This eatery was reasonably priced, especially for the area. It felt "local" and the food was delicious! Ron, our host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We searched for a place on the north side of Lake Tahoe because we had to commute to Reno for the first couple of days, which was an easy and scenic 40-45 minute drive. We spent the rest of our trip hiking and there were endless choices. Luckily, we chose to stay on the calmer side of the lake. The northwest side is definitely more crowded and touristy. Since we tend to like "peace and quiet", we could not have chosen a more perfect location in this beautiful neighborhood. Even though there were homes on either side, while on the deck, with all of the trees, it felt like a cabin in the woods. A huge added plus was the sound of a nearby waterfall. I cannot recommend this home enough! You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at Marge’s Hideaway. The home is very comfortable and clean. The view of the lake from the house and deck are great. The home was exactly as listed and the owners were friendly and responded to our questions politely and promptly. We would definitely stay there again.
