Did not meet expectations regarding quality of finishes and poor lighting in most every room. Bathroom tile and floors are very dated. Clean?? Cabinetry was beat up. Oven would not heat over 375 degrees, water on refrig door was a trickle, dishwasher did not dry sry

Condo exactly as pictured. Great space for eating and family games. Very “sound proof,” we never heard our neighbors. Management super responsive when I needed to replace the blender, etc. Would 100% stay here again.

The property management company is fantastic, great communication and easy to work with. Really like this building. Have stayed in a few units here. This unit a very large so if you have a big group this would accommodate it. It was very spacious. Loved the big windows that let you see the beautiful views. The unit could definitely use a bit of updating and paint though. Looks a bit nicer in pics than in person. It wasn’t bad by any means, it just looked a bit worn.

Overall Nice Place and close to amenities.

This property was close to the interstate and had several options for grocery shopping. We did not utilize the restaurants available, but there were several options in the building and surrounding area. The only thing I found difficult was the laundry. I didn’t realize h til I got further information on the property that there was only one washer and dryer for the floor and it required coins. Also, we were not given any check-out instructions, so we felt unsure of what we needed to do before we left.

Great Convenient Stay for a Week long ski trip with 3 families

Property was clean and as described. Kitchen could have been more stocked with essentials and pans etc. as we did want to cook at property. Bathroom in each room was great for three separate family stay. Would stay again.

Incredible Holiday Week

This is a great unit and great location. We housed two families with a total of 9 people. There was plenty of room for all and you can't beat the short walk to the gondola for the ski lift. It is also super convenient to Venture Sports and Bob's Place (great restaurant/sports bar with casual dining).

Great Mountain location

The condo was exactly as pictured with lots of space for Family to spread out. Beautiful kitchen, really well stocked except for a pancake griddle. Nice bedrooms, some mattresses are a bit over used and master bath is in need of an upgrade. Great location, ease of parking and access to skiing. We would rent again!

Nice location, property is dated

The condo is very spacious and accommodated two couples and two children very well. Kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are extremely dated, but functional. As noted in other reviews, awkward artwork.

Know the difference in the name

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought we were staying at Beaver Creek Lodge up the hill and ended up at the Lodge at Beaver creek down by the lake Even a Google search flips the two. No AC and out unit was HOT. Offensive artwork on the walls /no washer dryer in the unit/many of the lights were out and had to be replaced. Was hard to get in touch with management about issues. The first night I did not feel safe but it was a holiday weekend and there was no where else to go. Ended up sufficing but the heat was awful to try and sleep it rest in the afternoon

Reviewer Comments: We had no envelope upon arrival and then the codes didn't work so that was frustrating.The bedroom TV's would not work, also an issue.The ice maker wasn't working and since the building does not have air conditioning due to is being in the mountains where it is usually cooler than it was we really wanted ice for our drinks.We ended up experiencing two fire alarms after midnight where we had to take the stairs from the 8th floor to downstairs when there was no fire and being 4 of our group were in their eighties this was a real pain!Not sure if the crew knew there was a chipped cup in the cabinet but we left it out, the can opener barely works, we didn't find a cutting board and a collander.

Great place to stay in Avon!

Comfortable accommodations for two families with teens and kids. The common kitchen/dining/TV area was perfect for our family of 10 to gather each night for dinner and a movie or game night! The gondola to Beaver Creek is a 5-7 minute walk. You can rent your equipment on the first floor which is nice, too!

Nice place and great location.

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location is great and only requires a short walk to the gondola lift by the Westin. There are multiple restaurants in the same building which were very convenient. While we were there, there were plenty of available parking spots. The property is slightly dated and could use a few minor upgrades, but overall didn’t take anything away from the trip. They really need to invest in a bigger TV that has an HDMI port so that guests could stream using a laptop or other device! We had to go buy an adapter from Walmart but we did leave it there so hopefully the next guests can take advantage of it. Thank you!

Roomy Condo in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is huge. It could easily handle a large family. Check in was easy and Brian answered all of my questions. It was nice having three restaurants and a liquor store in the building. The gondola was less than a five minute walk away and the main bus stop was even closer. My kids loved the rec center pool that is a short walk away. The listing states that the unit is remodeled, but it seemed dated to me. Maybe it was a partial remodel ( kitchen?) It didn’t detract from our stay at all. Overall it was a nice property.

Short walk to surface list

Very spacious unit that easily sleeps 7 to 11 people and a very short walk in ski boots to a the surface lifts that will get you to the slopes. There are 3 restaurants in the building, and a liquor store. So you could park your car and not use at all it until it is time to go home.

Good Location but Needs Improvement

My family stayed at this property for a week over Thanksgiving and had a good time. The condo is conveniently located in Avon near Beaver Creek and just minutes away from grocery/liquor store, Walmart, rec center and several nearby restraunts. Overall unit is quite large but a lot of the area is consumed by the upstairs master which makes the unit feel a lot smaller than it is. The downstairs bedrooms feel cramped as furnished - not a lot of room to move around or store luggage. The description advertises the third bedroom with two QUEEN beds but only has two FULL size beds which created issues accommodating a larger group of extended family with small kids. This forced families to be split up to sleep on the pull out couch in the den. The unit lacks basic cleaning supplies (no broom, mop, vacuum or cleaner) typically found in rental houses and basic things like light bulbs were missing from the lamps in the den. Maid service only comes once mid week so a broom and basic vacuum would be nice. There is no common bathroom which means guests have to wall through one of the bathrooms in the bed rooms. The two bathtubs in the rooms downstairs have drainage issues and small water heater requires staggering of showers. Overall the unit provided a convenient place to stay but was not ideal for our larger group. Some of the issues we experienced can be easily remedied to enhance the stay for future guests.

Extremely Spacious; Great Location

We stayed here for 4 nights in late November. 5 adults and one teen. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location - close to shuttle, ski rental, restaurants, etc. A universal remote or three would help guests navigate the older electronics. We would stay here again.
