Perfect spot

This condo proved to the the perfect place for our family and friends. Brian was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and always available. The condo has a great floor plan! We would definitely recommend.

Winter Wonderland in a Cozy Home

The condo was so comfortable for our family. We ate home nearly every night and had plenty of cooking equipment to enjoy each dinner. We had some difficulty with the mobile access app but Brian was fast to reply and help us.

Spacious condo

This property was perfect for our family of 5 but could have easily slept at least another 3 comfortably and more. Well stocked kitchen and TVs in every room and even some games. One issue with smelling the fireplace of other tenants but I think we fixed it by closing our flue.

Awesome Stay

This Condo is very affordable and has a great view. It is on the 6th floor, but like a good hotel, there are good elevators and cars you can bring your luggage up on. It is spacey, well stocked and well-decorated. The two downsides I would say are the carpet was dirty, so definitely wouldn't recommend walking barefoot and the locks had their fair share of issues. Otherwise, 10/10, I would stay here again.

The condo is big with plenty of beds for our group, so that was perfect. It's also within walking distance to plenty of dining options.While the sheets and towels were clean, the housekeeping overall could have been a little better (sticky floors). Also the supports under the king bed were precarious at best. Overall, I would stay here again, especially if the price is right.

The bedrooms were large and the unit was clean and well-maintained. The location allowed guests to walk to eat and shop, and drive just 5 minutes to the lifts at Beaver Creek and 15 to Vail. Brian, the property manager, was quick to respond and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect Place!

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms...plenty of gathering space and also plenty of privacy. Everything was clean....everything we needed was there. Super close to the gondola and the shuttle. Great restaurants downstairs. 100% perfect for 7 adults and 2 tweens

It had plenty of seating for our family and the bedroom layouts were better than we even expected. The kitchen was well stocked and property management went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. Like a crockpot. The only suggestion would be some clearer information about the shuttles but the location to pick them up was great.

Had everything f we needed

Comfortable stay in a convenient location in the town of Avon. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and living area was great for relaxing after a long day of skiing. Age of the building is starting to show but this unit was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed

Amazing place to stay

I loved that there is a parking garage. The family was very comfortable and everything was extremely convenient. The beds are comfortable. It was nice to sit out on the deck as I was beginning my recovery. There is a grocery story within a half mile. There are 3 restaurants in the building. We ate at Bob's Place which was very good! We would definitely stay here again!
