Condominio recientemente renovado con vistas espectaculares a la playa

Este condominio ha sido ampliamente renovado con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos, azulejos, cama king y muebles. Ubicado en Mar y Sol, muy cerca de la tranquila y pintoresca ciudad de Los Barriles ya 50 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de San José. El complejo está muy limpio y bien mantenido y justo en la mejor playa de snorkel de la zona. A 15 minutos a pie a través de la playa a la ciudad con una increíble selección de excelentes restaurantes para elegir. Hace diez años, compramos nuestro primer condominio en este complejo y nos encantó tanto que compramos nuestro segundo apartamento en 2017. No te decepcionará en el complejo y toda el área. Hay mucho que hacer y ver, o simplemente sentarse y relajarse y no hacer nada. No querrás irte a casa y es probable que vuelvas.

Great location! Beautiful in every way!

This was our second time staying in the condo complex and once again we could not have been more pleased! The unit we stayed in this time had the most amazing deck. It is one of the nicest in the complex!

Beautiful retreat

We started our day with yoga at sunrise and ended it with dinner on the deck. This is a gorgeous retreat with many amenities and a perfect location. We walked into Los Barriles and drove to nearby snorkeling spots. Everything was comfortable, clean, and easy. Loved it and would come back here if it's available!

Great location, balcony, view, and kitchen

Better than the pictures shown on Vrbo website. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The neighbors were great, very friendly, and welcoming. Fun exploring the downtown of nearby Los Barriles. Delicious food and professional service in all of the restaurants.

Fabulous beachfront condo!

The owners of Mar Y Sol condo have put much thought into creating a pleasant stay for guests. The quality of furnishings, cook ware, appliances & accessories are superior to most rental units. The view is spectacular & oversized deck perfect for outdoor enjoyment! We are glad we picked this winner for our stay!

Lovely Stay - Beach Access is Awesome

Overall pleasant stay. View is wonderful. Condo had everything we needed; loved being able to have coffee on the beach. Location is right off the main road so it can get a little noisy at night with traffic, but definitely not a deal breaker. Only minor hiccup was checking-in, information was delayed in being sent but even with that it was a great experience. Would stay again. Thank you!

Very responsive.

Owners are very responsive and accomodating. Condo was remodeled very nicely. The large deck is a huge plus. Love Los Barriles. Our 6th visit. It is what Cabo was like 20 or so years ago before it became such a tourist hot spot.

Feels like home

We stayed at Casa Scanlon from January 16 to February 12 and enjoyed every minute of being in the condo. Well decorated and newly renovated, it felt like home. There is a spectacular view of the bay from the massive terrace and the barbeque was a bonus. It is an easy 25-minute walk into town along the back or front beach roads. The unit is well equipped, and the automatic ice maker and the fact you can drink the filtered water out of the tap was a bonus. There is a small tienda about five minutes away on foot, and it was reasonably well-stocked. Great chicken legs and chorizo, along with a good supply of fruit and vegetables. The owners of the condo were highly communicative, and we regret we didn't have a chance to meet them in person. Thanks! I highly recommend this unit, and we will definitely be back.

We loved everything about this place.

We had a wonderful time visiting the East Cape and staying in this condo. We met many of the other owners in the building, and they were friendly and helpful but respectful of our privacy too. The condo itself is comfortable and clean and well-appointed. I have stayed at many a rental and this one has the best kitchen by far of all them. Sharp knives! Appliances that work well! A really great oven and range! Of course there are plenty of good restaurants around too. This place also has a nice big patio that gets plenty of sun and has a stunning view of the sea. There is plenty of private parking and we felt very safe at all times. The condo gets a nice breeze through it and we never needed AC. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of towels and blankets. The hosts were great. They were responsive when we needed them and very reasonable and easy-going about everything. I can't think of anything negative to say. We look forward to returning to the East Cape, and this place is perfect for us.

Modern and Ocean Front Large Patio View

Unit totally remodeled. All modern conveniences are there. Spectacular patio view. Just bring your food and beverages and you are set. We loved the washer/dryer - you can pack less clothes. Owners are responsive. Can't go wrong with this condo, well worth it. Felt !like we were home.
