Relájese en el patio privado de este condominio de 1018 pies cuadrados, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños y observe a los delfines y manatíes nadar. El patio incluye parrilla privada y asientos para 4 personas en la mesa más 2 sillas bajas adicionales para relajarse. Lea un libro, disfrute de su bebida favorita o visite a sus vecinos en el muelle. También puede hacer kayak, paddleboard o pescar desde el muelle (kayaks y paddleboards no incluidos). ¡Vea el amanecer desde nuestro patio y el atardecer en la playa!

La playa está a menos de 5 minutos a pie! Sillas de playa, toallas de playa, juguetes y balsas están en el armario para su uso. El paseo marítimo frente a la playa es ideal para caminar o trotar! También, a poca distancia a pie, hay un parque al otro lado de la calle con equipos de gimnasia, supermercado Publix en la esquina y restaurantes / bares. ¡Las fabulosas tiendas en John's Pass están a menos de 2 millas de distancia! También puedes explorar St. Pete, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Largo y Tampa, ya que están a una corta distancia en automóvil.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, vestidor y baño principal adjunto con bañera / ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El segundo baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo se encuentra en el pasillo, cerca del segundo dormitorio. Ropa de cama, toallas y secador de pelo en cada baño están incluidos! El sofá en la sala de estar también se puede usar para dormir, aunque no es un sofá.

La cocina está completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, utensilios de cocina, platos, cafetera, tostadora y especias para cocinar. Comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro. Una lavadora y secadora apilables están en la unidad para su uso!

Los televisores están en los dos dormitorios y en la sala de estar. WiFi y cable incluidos! Libros y DVD's incluidos. ¡El termostato ha construido en Alexa para que la música se pueda reproducir a través del termostato! Por supuesto, Alexa también puede informarle sobre las horas de puesta de sol y la marea baja / alta.

Hay hermosas vistas de la costa intermedia desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.

Dos espacios de estacionamiento están asignados al condominio. Cerradura electrónica en la puerta para que no tengas que preocuparte por las llaves.

Location was short walk to the beach and 20-30 min to John's pas.Backdoor looked over the water, nice dock. Saw a few dolphins.Kitchen fairly well stocked, a kettle would have been a nice addition. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.Living area clean and comfortable.Need your own netflix or similar for TV.Overall a very good stay, would come vack again

The condo was redone after the hurricane so everything was new and very clean. We loved the view from the deck and really enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats go by. The walk to the beach is only about 5 minutes and Publix is right next door. All our favorite bars and restaurants are within walking distance so it's an ideal location.The building itself that the condo is in is very clean and the people who live there full time are very sweet and welcoming. We are really sad it is already booked for our dates for 2027.

Convenient location & lots of dolphins!

Excellent! So blessed they were able to have this property available since it was damaged from the hurricane. Great location with all the amenities you need to truly live your vacation.

Treasure Island

Our stay was perfect. The views, the marine life, close to everything. Especially the beach. If we come back I will only need a suitcase for clothes!

Great space

We’ve stayed here twice and will keep coming back as long as we can. Everything is great, the space is large for a family of 4, the location is walkable to beach, food, and more, the dock has beautiful views and the fishing is great.

A Great Getaway

Beautiful & Relaxing

The condo was very comfortable and convenient location. We loved sitting on our patio to see the sunrise & a 4 minute walk to the beach for sunsets! Great restraints and entertainment close by!!

Amazing location and view

We fell in love with Treasure Island last year when we visited. Coming back after the hurricanes was what we wanted to do to support the community. We loved the location of the condo and the view from the patio. The dolphins were out almost every day we were there. All of us also enjoyed the birds on the dock. We can't wait to come back! Our host was also amazing answering all of our questions.

Awesome!

Loved the location, very close to bars, restaurants, beach. Anything you ever wanted without having to drive. Hubby loved fishing off the dock. This place was so relaxing and the neighbors were very nice. Hope to be back again.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Bay Views and Dolphin Sightings!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The bay views were absolutely breathtaking—we especially loved watching dolphins play in the water right from the balcony. The condo was spotless and had everything our family needed to feel right at home.My husband and son spent hours fishing off the dock, which was a huge highlight for them. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the wagon and beach chairs—they made it so easy to load up our toys and buckets for a fun day at the beach.This place was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Great St Pete Beach condo.

This condo is nicely located on St Pete Beach. It is directly on the back bay with a nice view and access to the pier. Sea birds abound providing constant entertainment. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just like home. We hope to return.

Perfect Location

First time to St. Pete area and could not have picked a better location! The bay is beautiful and so glad we did not pay more to stay on beach. We only went to beach 2x. No success fishing off the dock so we went to the Skyway Bridge. The marine life on the bay was incredible! Dolphins and manatees right at the dock! Great relaxing week on the water!

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay

We had the best vacation and the location of this condo was the reason! The views of the bay are amazing! We saw dolphins, a seahorse right at the dock, jellyfish and lots of fish! The beach is literally a 4 minute walk! Publix is at the corner and restaurants within walking distance! Madeira beach is 8 minutes away and you can see alligators in parks within 30 minutes of the condo! The host communicates super fast and made the stay perfect! The neighbors are very welcoming and great to chat with too. We will be back again!

Memories at Treasure Island

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. We found the perfect spot for all the things we enjoy doing; walking, drum circle, the beach, convenience to grocery store, restaurants, sunsets, sunrises and wildlife. Everyone we met were very friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the boats and dolphins. The owners were prompt in getting back to us when we had some hiccups. One suggestion would be a small cooler for the beach. The cart, chairs and umbrella saved us at the beach. Definitely planning on staying here again in May. In conclusion, the place was perfect for us and nicely decorated.

Travis & Renee are Midwesterners! Travis is originally from Indiana and Renee from Ohio. We are HVAC and Remediation business owners in Indianapolis. We live by the motto: Work hard to play hard!!

We love to travel but the place that we go back to every year is Florida! We enjoy the entire area between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete. We are so excited to have met our goal of having a home away from home in Treasure Island. We've had so much fun decorating it and making it our home. While we are excited to be there ourselves, we are also very excited to share it with others!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We knew the minute we saw it, that this was "the one!" The condo is open and bright. We LOVE the view of the water from the living room, bedroom and patio! We are avid animal lovers so we get so much pleasure seeing the birds, fish, dolphins and manatees right out the door. The location is also a huge plus. We love the quiet of the intercoastal but also that the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are so many restaurants, bars and shops that we can walk to if we want to grab a bite to eat, drinks or just to kick back and listen to live music.

The boardwalk along the beach and the park across the street provide great places to get a walk or run in! There is fitness equipment in the park so it's easy to get a quick workout in as well!
