Dolphin & Manatee At Your Back Door!!

Truly a hidden gem, Treasure Island offers so much all within walking distance! Breathtaking sun rises as you sit on the back patio overlooking the water. A 5 minute walk and you have your toes in the sand at the beach watching a beautiful sunset as well! There are restaurants galore, along with grocery stores and bait and tackle shops; all within walking distance of the condo. Boca Ciega Bay is literally right outside your back door. The dock was just redone in composite decking with bench seating. You can relax on the patio and watch dolphin and manatee swim daily! A 5 minute walk and you are on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. White sandy beaches and pristine waters make leaving here difficult to do! A short drive and you are at Clearwater Beach, Saint Petersburg, Tampa, Madeira Beach, Bradenton, Sarasota and so much more!

The condo offers many amenities such as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, a covered patio with patio furniture, tv's with cable and internet, washing machine and dryer and more. French doors open up to the outside where all the views and relaxation take your mind off of work and onto vacation! We would love for you to come and stay, and see why we absolutely love it here!

Home away from home!

We had an amazing stay! The property was spotless and lovely - so glad they could get everything repaired after the hurricanes! Great location near the beach and many restaurants while still on the water at the bay. Love it!

Perfect vacation spot

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it ! It was a short walking distance to the beach and Publix! We fished off of the dock every morning and night ! We also saw several dolphins in the canal from the dock. One dolphin swam literally right under our dock ! The sunset was beautiful. We could see the sunrise every morning from our bedroom window! We couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The decor was beautiful, very clean and they even supplied fishing poles and wagon which was very handy ! Definitely would stay here an again!

Can't beat the location or the property!!

The unit was clean, well maintained, quiet and more than was promoted. We'd stay there again in a heart beat. And we did see both dolphins and manatees ;-).

Amazing Vacation

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was perfect, the view and the short walk to the grocery store and the beach. I watched the sunrise every morning and saw dolphins swimming every day in the channel, it was an amazing vacation for both my adult daughter and myself. Loved it!!

Great place for a family

The property was located right on the water with a great dock for fishing. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Everything needed for the stay was available at the property from beach items to plenty of linens for a family. The condo was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

Nice condo with beautiful sunrises over the bay. Lots of dolphins! Walking distance to everything we needed! Would definitely come back. Wine and candy waiting for us on arrival… an added bonus!

Great location

I would not hesitate to stay here again. Everything as described, we did see dolphins from the patio. Convenient to beach and grocery shopping. Well stocked kitchen, extra linens. Hosts have done a great job!

Wonderful visit to Treasure Island!

We were so pleased with this property. Everything was just as pictured and more. Very clean, and nice touch of wine and M&Ms upon arrival. This home was perfect for our family of four, and we hope to visit again!

Great property and wonderful location across from the beach! Quiet street and nice dock for watching the dolphins. Condo is very clean with convenient parking. The beach chairs were much appreciated! Excellent communication with owner and the check in and check out processes were both very smooth. Hope to return soon!

Perfect. Condo just as described. Surpassed expectations. 1 min walk to Publix and our favourite eating place VIP Mexican. Only complaint was too hot to sit out and eat breakfast. Saw dolphins daily. Pelicans great to watch. Will recommend to friends back in UK. Beach 5 min walk. Parked car up for a week. Gorgeous sunsets- swam at night! Thank you to Josh and Erica for sharing home you are so lucky to have it.

PERFECT location!!

Stayed here with my wife for 9 days. Location is PERFECT! ON the bay! Saw dolphins 8 out of 9 days. Saw a manatee once. So many species of birds. A jellyfish (never seen one in the wild. Only at aquariums). 1 block to Publix grocery store & Walgreens. Walking distance to numerous restaurants & Ice Cream shops. I want to go back. . . NOW!

We didn't want to leave!

The home was perfect for the 2 of us. Location was exceptional. Close to grocery, beach, restaurants and shopping. The back patio was our favorite spot, we spent most of our time watching the pelicans dive and dolphins surface or just soaked up the beautiful weather. Communication with Josh was quick and check in was easy! The neighbors were all so friendly, will for sure being staying again!!!
