Russel....You're only the 4th person in 10 years who has not left a 5 star review. Let me begin my apologizing that we didn't earn your accolades. The only communication from you during your stay regarded the location of the beach chairs. We wrote back promptly their location. We never heard from you again. Can you please let us know about your review as the only detail you said was "Location was great." Did you by chance make an error in the number of stars? Thanks, June Dunn

Linda, You are the first person in 3 years of renters to rate us less than 5 stars, so I take your review seriously. I see that your feedback has to due entirely with our HomeOwner’s Association. I am very sorry that you had issues with them. Your visit was the first few days of the HomeOwner’s new laundry policy. I am forwarding your comments directly to the President of the Association. Regarding children wearing diapers in the pool, I have also sent this feedback to the HomeOwners Assn. Your van was a customized, extra large vehicle and the added luggage compartment on top made it even taller. I understand you not wanting to go to the trouble to remove the large luggage carrier, however, that is the only way it would fit in a standard height garage of 6 ft 6 inches. May I suggest that in the future you notify owners in advance of your oversized van with luggage carrier so that I solution can be worked on prior to arrival? Again apologies for the difficulty with the Homeowner’s Association new laundry process. If you did not receive a refund from all charges on your credit card, please let me know and I’ll reimburse you. All the best, June
