¡Esta es una unidad premium y una de las mejores en Phoenix West!



Phoenix West es uno de los condominios más lujosos del Golfo. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo en la sala de estar y en cada habitación. Con más de 2,600 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y tiene las mejores vistas en Orange Beach.



La unidad está decorada profesionalmente con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de tamaño completo, gabinetes a medida, barra de bar con máquina de hielo, televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana de 60 "en la sala de estar con televisores de pantalla plana en las habitaciones, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. El dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen camas King size, mientras que los dormitorios 3 y 4 tienen camas Queen. También hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar en caso de que necesite más espacio.



Hay un río lento, tobogán acuático, piscina al aire libre con piscina para niños cercada, piscina climatizada en la puerta, dos jacuzzis, gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y canchas de tenis en la azotea.



Hay un límite de edad mínima de 25 años para reservar la unidad que se aplicará sin reembolso por violación.



Estacionamiento: debe comprar sus pases de estacionamiento a su llegada, son una tarifa única de $ 35 por vehículo. Absolute beautiful condo. The view was amazing. Had everything we needed with plenty of room. Very convenient being on the beach. Would highly recommend!

Family Spring Break for Our Family of 8!

This unit was perfect for our family. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was very nice and comfortable. Views from every room were amazing. Our little and big kids loved the unit and building amenities. Parking garage was easy to navigate.

Corner Unit

Huge condo with great natural light in all the rooms. Lazy river and swimming pools are excellent. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would have like to have been more prepared for is one set of elevators for entire property. It got crowded at times, mainly end of day when everyone was coming in/up from beach/pool

Great stay!

We really enjoyed Phoenix West and this unit. The refrigerator didn’t cool very well, and the wifi didn’t work well for us. This is the only place we’ve stayed where parking passes were $50+. But we really enjoyed the lazy river and pool/slide area.

Perfect location spot for our family

We stayed with another family and the children were between ages of 15 and nine. This facility has so much to offer. We loved it and would definitely stay again. The only issues we had were the refrigerator seemed pretty old and that it needed to be replaced also, it would be nice if they had more bath towels, dish towels and hand towels or if we knew ahead of time and we could always pack additional items.

Family getaway

Great location and view from oceanfront and 24th floor. Disappointed in the lack of basic unit supplies- garbage bags, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap. For these nightly rates i would have expected a unit with much better suplies being furnished.

We love the location, safety, staff,the view, cleanliness of the property, amenities and that's just the beginning. Everything you need is close. Walmart/Publix for your groceries or many excellent restaurants. The 4 bedroom condos are the best! Each of us had our own bedroom with bathroom, TV, and ceiling to floor windows with a sliding door to step out on your own little balcony. Each has a view of the Gulf. The main balcony is the best place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The kitchen is top notch with everything you need to prepare meals, if that's how you roll. You don't need to over pack with the large washer and dryer to use. The lazy river and outside pool area have an abundance of floaties and loungers to use. Inside the pool and hot tubs are a nice way to end a day of activities. You won't believe just how nice this place and area is, don't hesitate to try it!!!

Great family stay

The property was great to accommodate a large family group. The building AC didn’t work for half of our week which was difficult. The managers offered and delivered a few box fans to help with the heat. It was fixed before we left so I assume it will not impact other renters. Be aware that there is not even salt and pepper in the kitchen or filters for the coffee pot. Bring every single thing. They need to address lack in cutlery and fix the refrigerator. Several shelves need to be replaced. When stocking food for that many people for a week, you need the shelves. The view is great and it is very quiet for being in a large building that was full of people. Beds are comfortable.

My siblings and I started planing a family vacation last summer to take our parents to Orange Beach. We probably looked at 30 different properties but kept coming back to this one. With eight adults and two children 5 and under, we needed plenty of room and that’s exactly what we had here. If you’re like us, you read the reviews on a property before making your decision. Some previous reviews left us with questions and concerns. I can attest that any previous issues have been corrected. Brand new microwave and the door shelves have been replaced. The dryer is still slow with towels but that was minor. The views were amazing. East corner unit so the sunrises were breathtaking. Close to shopping, restaurants and plenty of activities. You won’t have to stray far. Thank you for so many wonderful memories from that week. Until next time.

However, the master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable we woke up with a headache and back ache everyday. Time for an upgrade. For that reason only I would not suggest this unit. We have stayed at these properties many times it is in a great location.

Dusty, light bulbs needed replacing in some rooms, fridge wasn't cooling as well as it should have, and floors were very gritty in every room.The furniture was pretty scratched up. For the cost paid I wasn't as satisfied as I have been in other condos. However,with better attention to housekeeping I would recommend this unit.

Lots of room for family

Loved the location. Beds were nice and rooms were set up nice. Balcony was great, one door was hard to get open. The only negative I have is that the oven did not work very good at all. Would recommend for a large group of people. Also, we were worried about the roof repairs but even with the construction elevator right outside our bedroom balcony door they only went up in the mornings and down in the evenings, didn’t make a lot of noice.
