Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en este rancho totalmente amueblado de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. 

El dormitorio principal / principal tiene una cama king-size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo y la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales.   La gran sala de estar abierta tiene numerosos asientos y un sofá cama para dormir adicional. 

Situado justo en el lago. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de hermosos amaneceres y una excelente pesca desde el muelle o una gran cubierta envolvente. Ubicado en zona ideal del lago. 2 kayaks en las instalaciones.

Great all around experience

Host was great communicating. The location was perfect, house had everything we needed and then some. We will certainly stay here next year. Great neighbors too!

Lakefront on Owasco

The weather was much cooler than expected, but we still managed to enjoy lakefront fishing and the beautiful views from the deck.

Lovely house on the lake

We enjoyed the location and the comfort and cleanliness of the house. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed using the kayaks. Beautiful wrap around porch to relax on too. Wish we hard better weather but we will just have to come back again! Adam is a great host everything was thought of and made for a most pleasant stay.

Just what the doctor ordered

Property was exactly what we needed. Clean and situated towards the beautiful lake. The sounds of the lake were balm to the soul. The home was clean and better then we imagined. Will stay again!

Great lake stay

Celebrated my Sister and brother in laws 45 wedding anniversary here at the lake. What a wonderful property. The fishing was great and tge views spectacular. House was neat and clean. Owner contact was excellent as any questions I had were answered promptly. Thank you for a pleasant weekend. Weather wasnt the greatest but we made do.

Amazing!

We had so much fun! The house was clean and came with everything you would need. Waking up to watch the sunrise either from the master bed or at the end of the dock is a must. It's absolutely breathtaking! Adam was a great host! Very friendly and responsive. We will surely be staying there again next year.

Great Lake House

We stayed for 5 days as part of a family reunion. The house sits in a nice location on the lake making it easy to get around. The kids caught a ton of fish (small mouth and perch) right off the dock. As far as the house, it was fantastically clean and stayed cool even during some hot days, so the window AC units are up to the task. Everything else was in good working order too. We hosted dinners on the deck most nights and there was space to spare. Really great experience.

Great location, needs work

Unfortunately we felt the home was not ready for renters. Kitchen counters and sink full of ants. Dishwasher was broken and moldy, should be removed. Furniture was dusty, fans dusty and cobwebs. Screen door missing in lakeside bedroom. Bedroom blinds and floor fan broken.Couldnt get TV to work. We passed the place many times as there is NO roadside sign or house number and the property is not visible from the road. On the positive side, the location is beautiful. The new wrap around deck was great and we really appreciated having the kayaks and floaties there! We did have a great time but recommend a thorough cleaning out of old junk and a good cleaning in order to encourage return renters.

Sorry you feel that way but to be honest your review is a bit ridiculous. The counters and sink have never have been filled with ants. There is the occasional ant but just about every place on the lake has a few ants this time of year. If you couldn’t figure out the TV you could have just called me and I would have told you to simply flip the switch on the power strip to on. Also the furniture being dusty is not true. There may have been some dust on the fans but if I come to your house and wipe the top of the fan with my hand I’m sure it would have dust on it also. You are staying at a house on the lake and not a four seasons. I do agree with the house number not being by the road and I apologize for that. Typically I would never write back with a response like this but your review is way off base.

Fantastic relaxing and beautiful

Our second time staying here in the fall, and just an amazingly beautiful quiet retreat. House is as described, well maintained and everything you could hope for on a lake. Adam is an awesome host and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is all it can be! Thanks again Adam and we will definitely be back again!

Relaxing and Peaceful Getaway Spot

Beautiful outdoor deck space to watch the lake and sky change constantly. Easy fishing from the docks. Comfortable and clean inside with everything you need. Great outdoor activities within reasonable driving distance. Adam is a great and attentive host.

Lakeside Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Adam's cottage. The cottage sits right by, if not over. the lake. The sunrise with a cup of coffee was particularly enjoyable. The cottage provided everything we needed for our stay. We found the cottage convenient to Auburn, Skaneateles and Seneca Falls. My only caution is that the drive and the steps are steep.

The perfect lakeside camp

The house had plenty of room, enough bedrooms and bathrooms that everyone had their own space, but also a “great room” that overlooks the lake where we could all gather to eat or play a game. The kitchen had a big fridge and was well stocked. And outside, was even better, the deck, grill, propane fireplace table and docks completed our needs. The location is near nature highlights, towns, cities, breweries, and wineries. Adam was easy to schedule with, didn’t hover, but was close enough to support our stay.

Great vacation. So relaxing with everything you need.

Great for sitting on the deck in the sun, or in the evening around the propane fire pit! Jump in the water anytime, or kayak. The fishing was unbelievable for those who love it right off the dock. We had fabulous weather the entire week.

Relaxing week on the lake

The best part of this property is that it is literally on the water. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of the lake. Adam was highly attentive and responsive, he even shared some great tips about the lake. Having the kayaks there was an added bonus. We loved our week!!!

Spectacular sunrises and views!

Clean and cozy on the inside. Breezy and calming on the outside. We spent hours on the deck over the water just chilling with friends and family. Adam is a great host. Highly communicative and attentive.

Great accommodations right on the lake

We enjoyed our stay at Adam's house over the first weekend in October. Great location, very comfortable stay, well stocked house with everything we needed. Easy and efficient communication with the host, friendly neighbors. Easy drive to Fillmore Glen park for hiking, Auburn for shopping groceries, Cayuga wineries for entertainment. We had great time! Look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful View of the Lake

The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful. The sunrise and moon risings were amazing. The house itself was very clean and offered all the essentials. Only thing recommended is to have a better marker to locate the house. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful views and fun in the Finger Lakes

Our family had a really great, relaxing vacation. The house had plenty of room and beautiful views of Owasco. We really enjoyed the kayaks and fishing during the day and ping-pong tournaments at night. Auburn is 20 minutes away and had plenty of good restaurants and we found a lot to do within a short drive away. Awesome waterfall trail at Fillmore Glen State Park, around 15 minutes from the house. Adam was very responsive to any questions. We loved our vacation and the entire region!

We loved staying at the cottage on Owasco Lake. Adam and his neighbors were very friendly and helpful...cottage had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Our stay was very relaxing...we can't thank Adam enough!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the cottage on Lake Owasco. We rented a pontoon boat for 3 days, used the kayaks provided at the cottage, and visited wineries. There is great swimming off the dock, and we spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck. Adam was the most responsive host we’ve had during a rental. This cottage was a perfect size for a family of 4.
