Si está buscando un lugar tranquilo para relajarse, ¡aquí es donde debe quedarse! Salga a caminar por nuestra playa privada. Siéntese junto al agua o en la terraza de la casa de campo y sienta cómo su estrés se reemplaza por una calma mientras el sol y la brisa tranquila lo relajan.
La cabaña es ideal para hasta 4 personas. Hay 2 dormitorios abajo. Ambas habitaciones tienen una cama queen. Hay un sofá cama de tamaño completo ubicado en el salón principal. Tiene un baño con ducha. El salón principal se renovó en 2017. En 2018, instalamos un nuevo lavamanos, nuevos gabinetes de cocina, ventanas nuevas y renovaciones en el exterior de las cabañas.

Esta cabaña también tiene una unidad de ventana de aire acondicionado para su uso en días muy calurosos. Hay un ventilador de techo en la sala de estar que mantiene la casa fresca.

Esta cabaña también tiene una terraza espaciosa, perfecta para relajarse bajo el sol, cenar en familia o sentarse y contemplar los hermosos atardeceres y / o las estrellas. Sillas de mesa y sombrilla están disponibles para la cubierta. La cabaña tiene cable Xfinity, TV de pantalla plana de 55 "e Internet Wi-Fi.

Hay tres cabañas en fila que conducen a una playa privada que puede usar durante su estadía en la Bahía de Cape Cod. La cabaña disponible para alquiler es la cabaña del medio, una vuelta de la playa. Está a unos 50 pies de la playa. La playa es privada, usualmente con solo unas pocas personas cerca. Toda la zona es muy tranquila y relajante. Hard to get to with a very bumpy dirt road but boasts a great quiet private beach. Great property for a couple looking to get away but the single bathroom is on a different floor from the bedrooms. A quintessential Cape cod cottage great for those looking for a relaxing private getaway.

Awesome stay!!

The cottage was a beautiful place! My wife and I enjoyed our stay, especially loved the private beach! Our cottage was nice and cozy. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare our meals, there was even a grill outside that we could use. We brought our own camping chairs with us, but there were chairs at the beach for us already so we wouldn’t have had to bring them. Overall, we thought the place was a very nice place, we would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage on a very peaceful beach

The cottage was as described: the living area is adorable, with a nice deck, just a few yards from the beach. The bedrooms are indeed in the basement, but there are small windows and mini-splits that kept them comfortable, plus a dehumidifier. The beach is somewhat rocky but that's typical for the area. It was probably the quietest beach I've ever been to, too--nothing to hear (at least the week that we stayed there) but the seabirds, the crickets, the breeze and the surf. The owner communicated well and everything in the house was easy to navigate.

Great location

In all honesty the location of the property and the beach its located on is amazing. The views are spectacular and can not beat. The property manager was fantastic and communicated throughout the process. The only downside of the property is that the bedrooms are located in the basement which was not clearly stated in the listing. The AC unit is also only on the first floor. Making sleeping in the basement on a hit night very uncomfortable. Also with the bedrooms being in the basement and it being very humid it made everything musty smelling. I wish there wasnt the issues with the bedrooms as it would have made the house perfect.

Much needed affordable getaway!

I'd like to share how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. Waking up and having our morning coffee on the private beach just beyond a small dune was a truly amazing experience for us, as we love the ocean. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area, but who wants to leave when the ocean is in your backyard? We saved a lot of money by bringing groceries & beverages. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils I needed, and we used the outdoor grill a lot. The bathroom was tiny, but since it was just the two of us, it worked out well. There were two small bedrooms in the basement, which would be perfect for children. The first night, we slept downstairs. Unfortunately, I had to get up about six times to use the bathroom; that was it for me. From then on, we utilized the pull-out couch in the living room. My only suggestion is to invest in a comfortable pull-out sofa and install two small televisions in the bedrooms. I believe there may have been an outside shower at some point; I wished one was there. They did provide us with a bucket so we could rinse the sand off our feet.

I was shocked

My highly anticipated , 6 months planning, 2 week vacation & family reunion crushed and abandoned due to unacceptable & less than hospitable conditions and neglect. Cleaning & maintenance need to be addressed. Cottage not properly restocked between tenants with typical, common, everyday supplies. Hardware store errands for lightbulbs should not be on a renters "to do" list as suggested to me by owner. Be aware there is a steep, narrow stairwell leading to the poorly lit lower level. Request photos of tiny 3/4 bathroom before you commit and be sure to note primitive repair in shower. For the money I spent I expected so much more, at the least & at the top of any renters wish list - an accommodation that is immaculately clean. I declined the owners offer to send "the maid" to clean because the thorough cleaning necessary - particularly of spiders, cobwebs, dust & the filthy ceiling fan could not have been accomplished while anyone ( as well as their belongings) were inside. This offer was made after I informed the owner (on the third day) that I was leaving after one week, with the reasons why and requesting a refund for the remaining week. It should also be noted that a renter hoping to do any swimming from the sandy beach will need heavy duty beach shoes in order to access the very rocky shoreline. Waited years to get to the Cape - there were some sunny days - grateful for that.

quaint cottage in perfect location

The cottage was adorable inside, freshly painted and decorated with quaint seaside vibes. But the best thing about it is being so close to the beautiful, private beach! From the deck you can’t see but can hear the ocean waves and smell the ocean air. Just steps up the path for the whole experience. We loved sitting on the Jetty letting the waves splash our feet, paddle boarding, fires, and walking along the secluded shore to each end of the beach, which gets even more beautiful as it meets the grassy marsh. Adorable sandpipers and terns are fun to watch. You may wish to bring water shoes as it does get a bit rocky near the water. Also should note the bedrooms are in the basement. They do have a dehumidifier which helps, just make sure to empty it out regularly, as we forgot to once it and did get a bit musty, especially if you have severe asthma/allergy. It was still a great experience and we made so many memories here. Sandwich is a great little town with lots to do for the family! On rainy days, we found the glass museum, fish hatchery, grist mill, and cute shops downtown.

Cute little cottage with great location. No frills and could use a little updating but with the beach 50 foot away no complaints. Carol kept in touch to make sure everything was fine.

Nice and quiet beach cottage

The cottage is a great place for a quiet beach vacation. It has a private beach so there are only few people and you can really relax. Carol was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Sandwich has a very nice center with old houses and museums. We are a family of four and the cottage was spacious enough for us. It is equipped with everything we needed. If you open the windows, air condition is not necessary but there is one if you like. We really enjoyed our stay.

There are three cottages in a row . The cottages have been in our family for years. My sister's and I now each own a cottage. To us , these properties are like a "little piece of heaven on earth". It is my favorite place to be!

Families have been renting our cottages for years, with second and third generations returning for summer fun and relaxation. My grandparents, first rented them out , followed by my parents, and now my sisters and myself.

We are on a private beach., very peaceful and quiet. There are no roads to cross or crowds to fight. The beach in front of the cottages is for our family and tenants only.
