INTERIOR FEATURES:
Step inside to discover a newly remodeled galley kitchen, complete with sleek stainless steel appliances and all the tools you need to whip up delicious meals or enjoy takeout from our nearby eateries. With an expansive living space featuring large windows, bask in the warm afternoon sunlight while relaxing with your favorite book or simply soaking in the tranquil ambiance.

Retreat to one of our two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with brand-new, hypoallergenic mattresses for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed and a 4K smart TV, while the second bedroom offers one queen bed and two cozy twin-size beds, also equipped with a 4K smart TV.
All beds are adorned with new mattresses and allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements to ensure a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's ample space in the living room or master suite for an air mattress or cot if needed.

EXTERIOR FEATURES:
After a day of seaside adventures, return to our newly landscaped yard, where you can unwind in the shade or soak up the sun on our private dining patio with a brand-new picnic table. Refresh yourself in our new outdoor hot/cold shower with an LED light, perfect for rinsing off sandy toes or simply indulging in a refreshing wash.

As the evening sets in, gather around our fire pit with your favorite beverage and enjoy the Cape's summer breeze under the starlit sky. With your private beach just steps away, indulge in a variety of water activities, from swimming and kayaking to paddle-boarding and fishing in our great ocean waters.

Our family-friendly community offers safe biking routes, and we provide a beach wagon for your convenience, stocked with beach essentials and fun activities for the kids.

For those craving adventure beyond the beach, our convenient location allows easy access to grocery stores, charming restaurants like Cafe Chew, The Brown Jug, and the Fisherman's View, and exciting attractions such as Treehouse Brewery, Off the Grid with food trucks and live music, and the Heritage Museum. Please note that while we provide essential amenities, guests are kindly asked to bring their own sheets and towels. However, you may inquiry on bed linens and towels upon rental.

Our house rental operates on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis for your convenience, with contactless check-in available via a primary lockbox at the front door.
