Comunidad tranquila de 55 años o más ubicada en Bradenton, Florida. Para reservar esta propiedad, al menos un huésped debe tener 55 años o más.
¡Recién construido con todos los muebles nuevos a partir de enero de 2018! 1 habitación (Queen), 1 baño, sofá cama queen con colchón de espuma mejorado en la sala de estar. Viene equipado con ropa de cama, toallas, vajilla, utensilios de cocina, lavavajillas, tostadora, microondas y cable. Todo lo que necesitas para unas excelentes vacaciones. Disfrute de las hermosas playas de Sarasota y Bradenton en Florida por un precio razonable.
Lido Beach y Anna Marie Island son menos de 10 millas. El aeropuerto de Sarasota está a 3,5 km. Si esta propiedad no está disponible, pruebe nuestras otras propiedades similares # 1026236 y # 1049571. Gracias.

Great Location!!Appreciated the pineapple and basket of fresh fruit that was available upon our arrival. Check in was very easy with the keypad on door. Very good location which is close to the airport, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Beach chairs are available for use. We highly recommend staying here. Great place to stay..

The place was very new and clean, with all the amenities. The grill stopped working and the owner had a new one delivered the next day. Its 15- 20 minutes to Anna Maria Island beaches. I would stay here again without hesitation. The check in process was easy and I was amazed how nice the place was.

Memorable, just Memorable!

We were greeted with a very clean, up to date accommodation! We especially enjoyed the lanai in the evenings when the bugs appeared. We felt nothing but welcomed and would look forward to going back. We would not hesitate to stay there and wished it could have been longer! We enjoyed all of the park imenities.

This was our fourth time renting from this property owner and the first for this particular unit. We have never been disappointed with the units. The property manager Rick was always attentive to our questions and needs. We'll definitely be back.

February in Bradenton

Unit was nicely furnished and a special touch of fresh fruit on the counter upon our arrival was lovely. We had plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, etc. The chairs on the front porch were very comfortable and the A/C worked well! The unit was very clean, except there were mice droppings in the kitchen drawers, under the sink and in the bedroom drawers. The owner sent someone over right away to place traps and investigate how they got into the unit. We never caught anything, but did see some additional droppings under the sink. The screened lanai could have been swept and the gas grill grate and utensils were rusty so we didn’t use the grill. We enjoyed the pool and sunsets by the beach area. We played pickleball several times during our stay.

Relaxation

My husband and I wanted a week getaway to celebrate his belated "big" birthday! John's home did not disappoint! With our car pulled under the carport out of the Florida sun we entered our home for the week! We were welcomed into the cool, tastefully decorated home with fresh fruit on the island counter. As we walked through the rooms every thing was CLEAN and SHINEY! It was wonderful to have a living room, dining area and bedroom plenty big for two! It was a good thing we stopped at the house prior to hitting the grocery store because the house was well stocked with every from trash bags, oil and vinegar to hairspray! Having a washer and dryer was fantastic after long days at the beach! When we were booking we asked if there were beach chairs, John said great idea and there were three new chairs which we used daily! The complex pool and hot tub were wonderful. Everyone we met there was kind and helpful. If you wanted to have a conversation they were there ready to give great places to eat or visit! If you wanted to read peacefully, they respectfully said hello or good bye and left you to yourself. This is truly the BEST VRBO we have stayed in! Thank you John! Rick is doing a fantastic job!

Fancy “suite “ Trailer

We enjoyed our location to visit family , go to the beach and the amenities that came with Tralier estates . We played pickle ball and swam laps in the pool . The car stayed cool under the car port and we enjoyed the covered porch with rocking chairs . The planes taking off and landing from airport flew right in front of us . This did not happen till mid morning so the sound was never an issue . We will stay here again if in the area .

Perfect and quiet

Moved to Florida from Minnesota and wasn’t sure how long it would take us to find a house. With the majority of our belongings in storage, this rental had the right amount of space, was very clean and was in a great location to where we wanted to go.

Amazing!

John the owner was fantastic to work with. We had a few travel issues come up and he worked with us on them. The house was beautiful. Great location! Has everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Short drive to the beaches, which were amazing. Very close to shopping as well. Will definately stay here again. Hoping to make it our yearly visit to Florida.

Compact, cozy with everything you need

My wife and I stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. Everything you need is there for you to either cook, relax, or just sit on the porch to enjoy the beautiful weather. Cottage is conveniently located and fairly close (10-15 minutes) to Anna Maria Island.
