We really enjoyed the house. Location was AWESOME! There was direct beach access and the pool was great even during the Christmas holiday. House was clean but they did have sugar ants on the dish sink in the kitchen window, it did get into our fudge and honey. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. It also had plenty of plates, cups, coffee cups and eating utensils. The upstairs was HOT! Tried to get the AC to work but it would not cut on, 1st floor worked great. It was unseasonably warm but would have liked to have air at night. They did have fans that helped. Tried to open windows but not 1 window would stay open without something holding it open! I will say we did not call the property manager about this problem, they may have helped ( it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).Bedroom & bathrooms were clean. If you don’t like stairs think twice, but this is expected withs beach home in our opinion. The bbq grill was small. Beds were soft, it felt like I was sleeping in a marshmallow lol but it was comfortable. TVs worked great with all of our online streaming services! Bunk room was cool for kids but no TV. The bottom floor bunk room was underwhelming with literal cots stacked 2 high, but it did have a TV. I think the deck was the best part! Loved sitting and watching the ocean!!! Overall we would book again and we enjoyed our Christmas here with our family!!
