Esta casa frente al mar en el extremo sur de Pawleys Island cuenta con seis habitaciones y cinco baños. Esta es la primera casa en el extremo sur que da al océano y al arroyo. La planta baja cuenta con pintura fresca, muebles de sala nuevos, una cocina abierta y comedor, y muchas vistas al océano. Las camas son un rey, cuatro reinas, tres individuales, un nido (individual). Todas las reinas están en el primer piso. El segundo piso cuenta con un dormitorio con tres camas individuales y el último dormitorio cuenta con una cama de día con nido. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Property right on the beach -- plenty of room / loved the inside screened porch with outside wrap around. A couple maintenance problems (dryer not operable and roof leak) that Tidelife will fix. Highly recommend this property for your vacation!

Annual Pawleys vacation

The bathroom updates were nice this year as well. Our family has been coming to Pawleys for over 60 years. This place is in our souls!

A Week at Hiller Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Good separation of bedrooms, with 4 bedrooms having an en suite. Hiller Villa is a decent rental, with views. The sixth bedroom is actually a very small dormer room. The house is showing its age and could use a deep clean and repairs. The kitchen drawer interiors were dirty and we had to clean mildew on the faucets and the toilets and tubs were in need of replacement. None of the bathrooms were safe for people with mobility issues, in need of grab bars, at the very least. Total replacement would be better. The living room is very dark and the sofa is so deep that it was very difficult to get out of. It was not meant for anyone under 6 feet tall. We hope the owners will consider making updates and giving the house some TLC . Hiller Villa could be a 5 star rental.

Lovely views

The house has wonderful views of both the ocean (very close) and the marsh. Good arrangement of bedrooms. Screened porch and decks very nice. Bathrooms functional but worn/outdated. Refrigerator was very small esp for a house for 14 and with broken shelves. A number of small things in the house—microwave door, broken chair needed attention.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Hiller Villa! It was the perfect layout for four adult couples and five small children. It is a major perk for each of the downstairs bedrooms to have their own bathroom. My only suggestion would be to keep upgrading each bedroom from a queen to a king. It would be amazing for all couples to have a king. We truly loved it all and will be back!!

Loved the location

This was a great house for families!! The location was good! Plenty of space for our kids and grandkids! Washer and dryer were such a help. The only thing I was disappointed with was I thought the house came with creek access and a dock and it did not. The view online made it seem like it had a dock but the dock online was not for this house. Otherwise this was a great vacation house!!!

Lovely relaxing month at Pawley’s...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to this area and we were guessing exact where we wanted to be situated. This house is at the beginning of the southern end of the island which has the beach to the east and the marsh to the west. It has no marsh access but we didn’t miss it. The space is well laid out with a nice enclosed sun porch and small deck in rear (with seating) for nice days. Plenty of bedrooms for guests if needed and dog-friendly. We enjoyed the ceiling fans, king bed, laundry, convenience to Rte 17 and resources, lack of crowds in February/March, sheltered parking, clean spacious beach and very responsive Tidelife staff. This is an older home and a well-loved family beach house with the typical decor and furnishings. The bathrooms and kitchen are commensurate but quite serviceable. If you are looking for a sleek modern contemporary property this may not be for you, but we were content.

Had a chance to build several sand creatures. There was a cold front I’m told is very unusual but it was cold for day or two. The house has newly painted and upkeep is good as well. Suzanne and staff at TideLife are the best to work with! We would stay again!

Pawleys is a special place for our family and this rental property is perfect for our needs. A very comfortable home, beautiful but not too fancy-in my opinion a beach house should not be so fancy that a person can’t relax- but has all the amenities we are looking for. Thank you for adding more rocking chairs this year. Rocking is an important part of our vacation! We hope to stay here for the indefinite future. The upstairs is great for children and they like having their own space. So do their parents and grandparents!

Beautiful View

We were disappointed that there was no grill and the stove and oven were not in good shape. The stairs outside need work, and many small inside things need work—door knobs, light fixtures, etc. The house and screened-in porch need attention. The view was perfect, but the chairs could have been in better shape.

This house is nothing fancy, but definitely feels like home. We come back year after year. It has a reasonably well stocked kitchen, as well as televisions in every room. Beds are very comfy. You just can't beat the sound and view of the ocean at this house. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is absolutely the best place to work with on any rental. They actually care about their customers and if there is an issue, they are quick to respond and help. We highly recommend Hiller Villa and Tidelife.

The family room is suited for plenty of people, and the couch is the best! The back screened in porch is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of closet space. Enjoyed all the family pictures and the framed history of the house. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!
