Magníficas vistas de la playa y mucho espacio para relajarse y descansar: eso es lo que encontrarás en Silver Shells St. Croix 1404! Este condominio del piso 14 incluye 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y más de 1,650 pies cuadrados de espacio de vida de vacaciones. Desde la sala de estar abierta al dormitorio principal se puede disfrutar de la vista del Golfo desde el piso hasta el techo. Esta casa está completamente amueblada y cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina totalmente equipada y un acogedor dormitorio principal.

Silver Shells St. ¡Croix 1404 lo tiene todo! La sala de estar, el área de comedor y la cocina son parte del espacio principal de concepto abierto. La cocina tiene electrodomésticos de tamaño completo y todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla necesarios para disfrutar de sus comidas favoritas desde la comodidad de su casa de vacaciones. La sala de estar tiene una pared virtual de ventanas de cuerpo entero y puertas corredizas de vidrio que ofrecen hermosas vistas de la playa a toda el área y se abren al balcón con vista al Golfo. Dos habitaciones para huéspedes tienen vistas a los jardines del Silver Shells Resort y al área metropolitana de Destin. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king y el segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas matrimoniales. This condo was great for our family! Great view overlooking the main pool and the gulf. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice living room area to hang out. Would definitely recommend!

Was a great place to stay! Beautiful views, nice pool. Restaurant was great. Beach bar is was not open in December. Which would’ve been nice to be able to eat lunch on the property

Relaxing family spring break

This condo and resort were perfect for our low key spring break Desin trip. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach, nice pool and pickle ball courts each day. There are a great variety of resaurants to dine in close by and the condo itself was very well appointed with a beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Very nice!

Burch Vacation

Our stay was good, clean and efficient, loved our view. Beach boys were friendly and helpful. The condo had an unpleasant smell but I couldn’t figure it out maybe the rug needs cleaning because it was clean otherwise. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great location and getaway!

We’ve been coming here for years and the views, location and building are wonderful!!! You truly couldn’t ask for a better place! We had a couple small issues that were normal wear and tear stuff (dryer, etc) and this manager handled them quickly and efficiently for us. Truly a great unit, and great people servicing the unit. The host did a wonderful job decorating and staging the unit as well. Our family and 6 kids would love to stay again, we’re even looking at potentially buying a unit in the future because you can’t get much better than here! Thank you!

The only negative feedback I have is the cleanliness of the rooms. It was as housekeeping didn't clean the room at all especially with everything going on

very spacious with a great view.

We loved our stay! The condo is well equipped and spacious. The beds were all comfy with nice mattresses. The patio view to the ocean side was gorgeous. You are right over the pool with a great view of the ocean. My son enjoyed having a parking garage so his car was always cool when we went places. It is located pretty central to a lot of things. You actually have two balconies. The second one is facing the tennis courts. There is no furniture on that one. The owners should add some. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths for bathing. I was pleased with our choice in this condo.. The only issue we has was we did not like the feel of the tile floor on our feet. Someone needs to mop it with some vinegar to cut the cleaner they are using. It is leaving a film on the nice tile. The condo was very clean other than that issue. I would not call it dirty at all, just need a new floor cleaner. I would advise to bring a small fan to put on the nightstand. Two fans in the unit ran super slow! The rest were fine. Also one last helpful hint. There are plantation shutters in the bedrooms. Needless to say when the sun comes up it is light in the room. It may not be an issue for you but for us we like it dark! No one wants to wake up early on vacation!

Exceeded expectations

The complex was as expected based on research. The room however, we were wonderfully surprised to find the space, furniture, layout, space, cleanliness etc all to be better than advertised. You will not be disappointed. Very very nice and comfortable.

Great condo

The condo and the resort exceeded our expectations. The condo was remodeled and provided a great living space. The view from the 14th floor was exceptional. The amenities were many with tennis courts, two gyms, two pools, two hot tubs, underground parking and great security. We would come back to the resort and would highly recommend it to anyone.
