OCEANVIEW Waves — Sea Isle Shores Ln. — One thing for sure at I’M NOT SHORE is that you’ll never need to search for a spectacular view; the views from the home’s top deck reveal a mesmerizing panorama from sunrise over the ocean to sunset into the sound. As complete as that sounds, it’s how this five-bedroom/four- and one-half bath fills the space and time in between that makes this house a truly wonderful find.
Drive up to the spacious grassy lot on a quiet street and find plenty of parking, some covered. It won’t be long before you settle into a lounge alongside the saltwater pool next to the house and begin that much needed vacation decompression. A six-person hot tub stands ready to further the cause. There’s a charcoal grill here, too, and two outdoor showers to accommodate a post-beach-day rinse off. Just inside on the ground level is a game room featuring a pool table, Smart TV, and a wet bar with a minifridge and sink. Feeling relaxed? Good.
Four of the home’s bedrooms occupy the second level: a master king, a master with two single beds, and another king that shares a hallway bath with a bedroom holding two single beds. Both king rooms have access to a private deck. All the bedrooms feature Smart TVs. The final bedroom, a king, is located on the top level and features a private shower, jetted tub, and a Smart TV. This room provides direct access to the great room, an airy and open space destined to become your family’s go-to gathering spot as you watch cable TV from comfy couches and two ceiling fans lazily circle above. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make planning and preparing meals an easy delight. Plus, you can look forward to enjoying those meals together at a beautiful, huge live-edge table that seats ten and an eat-at counter that accommodates four more. Step outside to discover a screened-in porch with a picnic table and multiple wraparound decks to enjoy the fresh air, ocean breezes and magnificent stargazing.
Best of all is I’M NOT SHORE’s location — just 250 feet to the ocean beach and easily accessible to the fishing and watersport-friendly waters of Pamlico Sound.
