Great Property

The property was excellent. The property managers went way above and beyond to make our stay great. The location was excellent, quiet, yet minutes from town. It was clean and roomy, great pool.

Enrique was very helpful and great to work with. The property was excellent, clean, very well stocked kitchen. There were even pool toys for the grandkids! Highly recommend. We will come back.

Best Customer Service - Ever!

A heartfelt thank you for providing such excellent customer service while visiting your beautiful island! Both my husband and I look back at this trip as one of the most relaxing and memorable vacations ever, thanks to the condo's amenities and expansive space, as well as the community's quiet setting. We enjoyed having access to the SUV in order to explore the island. And more than anything, we sincerely loved feeling so "special" with the exceptional attention that Vanesa and Amber showed us prior to arrival, and throughout the entire week. We fell in love with Cozumel and can't wait to return!

What a fantastic place!!!

Wow is all I can say! What a fantastic house we absolutely loved it!! Mayra was fantastic and met our every need! House keeper was great also. Just loved the facilities and wish we were stilll there. The pool was so nice. The dock was so convenient to have our dive shop pick us up. I will definitely itely be renting this place again. As a matter of fact the community is so nice we are starting g to research a property to maybe purchase in Costa. I can not give this house enough accolades. We have been coming to CZM for 29 years and this is the best house we have rented. Tha k you!

We had a wonderful time at your place. The house had everything we wanted and more. The only issue we had was the dishwasher needed a little TLC. While at the house, the winds attached the dock and it fell apart. I get this however there were 2 skews that Where sticking out and someone could have gotten hurt. Finally after three days, one Of the owners went out and fixed the Problem. Love this Place and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!!!’

Perfect hidden gem

Can’t say enough how great it was to stay at this hidden gem. Our group of 6 adults collectively enjoyed everything about the property. It is a very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped villa with a fantastic balcony. The quiet and secluded location about 15 minutes south of the busy tourist zone in Cozumel was just what we were looking for. The property grounds are well maintained and manicured. Pool and beach area are perfect for the gorgeous sunsets. The snorkeling off the property beach was fun plus you can schedule scuba and snorkeling trips to pick you up daily off their personal dock. The property management team for this property was fantastic! Amber and Patty were a absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were very insightful and helpful with our planning. The shopping service they provide is well worth every cent. We gave them our shopping list and they had everything stocked and ready in the condo before we arrived. This is a great property and we look forward to returning again!!!

Great property! Beautiful location!

Our stay at this property could not have been better! From our first arrival, Enrique was there to make sure we got into the vacation community and into our vacation home without problems. He was quick to respond to any question or need we had throughout the week. Definitely a great resource to have. He scheduled excursions for us, and answered any and all questions. He also gave recommendations on the best beach bars/restaurants to get lunch and snorkel. The property was beautiful, spacious, and had EVERYTHING we needed. Extra towels, extra supplies, and bottled water refills were right there for us. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after snorkeling. The upstairs terrace has views of the water and comfortable furniture. The location is about 25 minutes south of San Miguel, a very quiet vacation community that is right on the water. Great snorkeling from the pier: lobsters, starfish, and beautiful fish right off the beach from the property. Great pool. Just 5-10minutes from several great beach restaurants with on-site snorkeling. Our next trip to Cozumel will DEFINITELY be with this management group!

Casa Catarina is a home run!

We were 5 adults staying in March 2019, and loved this place. Immaculately clean, well maintained grounds and so very close to the beach. We enjoyed sitting out in the evening with an adult beverage and watching the sunset. The gas BBQ was nice for grilling shrimp for a meal. The staff at Your Cozumel was there to answer and questions throughout the pre-booking and while we were Patti was very helpful. It is a 15 minute taxi ride into town so be aware. But with that you get a nice beach versus being in town. The place is very secure with very helpful guards. The snorkeling around the pier is very good, and I enjoyed being picked up at the pier for scuba rather than taking a taxi into town. And most of the sites are quite close to the property. I used Alex Scuba, very good crew and I highly recommend them. We used the chef service for 3 days, and substitute chef Raphael was awesome. We also used the grocery service for an initial stocking as we arrived quite late and it allowed us to relax the first day. Amber was awesome in securing us some delicious burritos for our arrival as well.

Quiet community away from the hustle and bustle

Costa del Sol is a beautiful gated community an easy drive south of San Miguel de Cozumel and nicely distanced from the cruise ship chaos in town. Casa Catarina, Casa B6 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home. Our favourite space was the upper patio area which provided a panoramic view of the ocean and the lush grounds. The patio also boasts a wonderful outdoor kitchen which was well used during our stay. The beach area is very nice but as Cozumel was formed by coralline limestone rock, the sand is a bit more rocky and course. The pool was especially enjoyed by our little grandson. The divers in our group were picked up directly at the large pier in front of Costa del Sol. Even a parasail trip was arranged with pick up right at the dock. We noted other people also heading off for fishing, snorkel and sight seeing trips. The staff at Costa del Sol are exceptional. We appreciated the on site security personnel who were always willing to assist with carrying groceries or luggage and it was a treat to have housekeeping assistance during our stay. Amber, Rodrigo and Enrique were always quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We would highly recommend using Quatro Amigos for your car rental needs. Cozumel is a lovely island and Casa Catarina at Costa del Sol was a perfect “home away from home”.

Paradise Perfected

I can not recommend this condo enough. The location is perfect for diving. Picked up right in front on the pier and short boat rides to the dive sites! For non-diving days, the beach is beautifully maintained and pool is heated with the surrounding area filled with chairs and even has wi-fi available. The condo was meticulously clean and without any maintenance concerns that I could see. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We did not utilize the chef services but may on the next stay. The staff was always responsive within a few minutes to procure a taxi or assist with other needs. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Perfect for our needs

Wonderful property! Three large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. In my opinion the best part of the property is the upper deck area. This is where we spent the majority of our time if we weren’t at the pool or on the beach. Lots of dishes and fully equipped kitchen. Property managers were easy to work with. It was convenient to have a medical provider come to the house to conduct our COVID test before we flew back home.

So much fun, the house was great!

We loved it but the weather didn’t cooperate the whole time - we will be back though! The upper deck was fantastic, the kitchen totally stocked with supplies, and the service and communication was outstanding!

Perfect spot!

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful trip. Casa Catarina was all you could ask for. The villa was very clean and comfortable. It's so nice that Costa del Sol has its own dock. We arrived on Thursday and didn't drive anywhere until we went back to the airport on Monday. The boat for our scuba excursions picked up up right from the dock in front. We arranged with Amber to have groceries delivered before we arrived. Definitely well worth it. We also hired the chef Alis to cook dinner for us every night. We loved coming back from a long day of diving to a delicious dinner waiting for us. I highly recommend it! Our concierge, Mayra, was very helpful. Anytime we needed anything she responded in a very timely manner and made sure we were taken card of. We had such a great time we are already looking at our calendar for another fun vacation here! Great family getaway

My wife and I stayed in Unit B6 at Costa del Sol for a family diving vacation with our two adult children. Patty, the concierge, couldn't have been more helpful meeting us at the airport to book transportation to the condo, arranging car rental and providing all sorts of help with where to buy groceries and restaurants to eat at. We pre-arranged our diving package with Aldora Divers who picked us up at the dock every morning and provided expert guidance around the reef . The accommodations at the condo were clean and spacious with all the utensils etc that we need. The three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom were greatly appreciated upon returning from our morning dives. The large living room and dining room provided plenty of space for relaxation. The complex also has a nice pool and jacuzzi complex with a small beach area to go and watch the sunset if so inclined. Would definitely rebook if we ever go back to the island,

We had a great time at a beautiful property except

We had a great time at a beautiful property. It was situated with a dozen or so other homes. We met many people and became friends. .Our one fault with our house was the musty smell in the nicest bedroom. We tried doing everything in our power to remedy it including talking to the manager. It was a three bedroom home with only 2 couples staying there, my wife and I ended up moving out of that room to the third bedroom. This situation could have ended up a real problem as there was going to originally going to be 3 couples going and one ended up dropping out for health reasons.
