¡Bienvenido a THE ISLAND HOME! Estamos en una playa privada en Rainbow Beach Club. Este ático le brinda la vista más increíble. No solo una vista al mar, usted está mirando la piscina, la ola en la playa privada y el hermoso Mar Caribe durante el día. Por la noche, tienes la luz de la ciudad a un lado. También tenemos una gran terraza privada para tomar el sol. Esta unidad está al borde del mar, usted está en el asiento de la primera fila, no hay nada entre usted y el Mar Caribe. Tiene dos habitaciones, 2 baños. 2 AC, 5 ventiladores y la brisa del océano en el último piso. Una cocina moderna totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, muebles nuevos, camas nuevas y cómodas, fundas de almohadas firmes pero suaves. Un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con Netflix. ¡El mar turquesa aquí es hermoso! El agua es tan clara que se pueden ver las rocas debajo. Podrá relajarse, tomar una copa de vino en nuestro balcón privado mirando las olas / aguas blancas o los veleros / cruceros. Nuestro condominio ubicado en la mejor parte de St. Maarten - Cupecoy, a solo 7 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto. El autobús se detiene en la puerta principal. Estamos en una comunidad cerrada, guardias de seguridad 24/7. 3 piscinas, 2 de ellas frente al mar. Uno de ellos es una piscina de agua salada y es ideal para la piel. A poca distancia de Mullet Beach y campo de golf (5 minutos). Casino, restaurantes, pastelería / café, 3 historias de comestibles y la Escuela de Medicina de la Universidad Americana del Caribe. Ven a ver nuestra prístina playa privada. Proporcionamos fideos de baño y chalecos salvavidas en el condominio para los amantes del agua. También tenemos sillas de arena y sombrillas de arena y toallas de playa. We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. You're right on the beautiful turqoise Caribbean sea. The pictures are very accurate, and the lounge area seems to have been recently refurbished with plush chairs and sofas. There is plenty of room within the property, with all the facilities intact and working well. There is a balcony overlooking a pool, but also a huge terrace attached to the apartment, meaning you can get sun or shade at every time of day. The balcony is covered, allowing you to dry clothes and watch the ocean right in front of you even when it occasionally rains. Right outside the complex is an organic supermarket with all you could want, and beaches, shops, marina and restaurants are all walkable. When we wanted to drive there was plenty of secure covered parking available within the guarded resort, with a tag system to get you through security, and automated gate on exit. The resort itself had multiple large swimming pools - one of which was salted not chlorine, which we liked. There is also a private beach! The owners have kindly provided chairs and buoyancy 'noodles' for beach days. At this time of year (December) we could see the sun set on the water right in front of us. All in all a great stay, thanks to the apartment, but also thanks to wonderful 'Susan' who was extremely helpful and communicative.

Susan is a great host. Very quick to respond when you need her. She gives you a lot of suggestions of things to do, places to eat, grocery stores, etc. Her home is in a great location and in great condition.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spacious, super clean and had the most amazing oceanfront view-waking up to the sound of waves was everything.Susan was amazing-great communication from start to finish and she made everything so easy. The location was close to restaurants, shopping and of course beaches!The property had everything I needed and more and honestly felt like home the moment I walked in. If you're thinking about booking don't hesitate, just do it!

Superbe appartement, propre et fonctionnelLa vue est magnifique L’emplacement est parfait , près de l’aéroport, épicerie, restaurants, plages… Nous avons très apprécié la plage privée et les piscines. Susan donne de très bons conseils avant l’arrivée et répond rapidement à nos demandes. Si nous revenons à St-Martin , nous reviendrons certainement à son appartement. Nous le recommandons à tous

The view from the condo is extraordinary. Sat watching planes come in, cruise liners go out and plaenty of other boats, jet skis etc. The unit itself is great as is the owner. We had an issue with water being turned off for 2 of our days but Susan was able to remedy the situation quickly. She details everything from where to park, eat, shop and even a varietyt of beaches. We snorkled directly from the beach under the condo and the salt water pool was nice and almost always our own. I will stat being from the south that this unit is not central AC if you are used to that. She has three individualhotel units. one in each bedroom and the other in the living, kitchen area. They do cool it down in the main parts of the unit, but we discovered if you shut the bathroom doors it cools even better. Great condo and we would stay again with out hesitation.

The complex was safe and secure. The views were spectacular with your own private beach..The prettiest beach in my onion. The pool was great and landscaping beautiful! Easy check in. Host very easy to work with! Plenty of restaurants and market in walking distance even though we rented a car. Would definitely return and plan to!

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I wanted a place to get away and recharge and this was perfect. The pictures are exactly what we experienced. Beautiful views, nice place, quiet pools, private beach, serenity...All the essentials are within walking distance if you don't have a car. You could walk to Mullet Beach if you want to be around people and beach bars. We had a rental car and it didn't take but minutes to get to Maho area, Marigot area, and Simpson beach area.Susan was amazing very helpful and informative. Directions to and for check in/out were easy. We will be back!

Birthday Vacation

Well after very much research I came across this beachfront location on Vrbo. The place was so nice and clean and well the view speak for it self, just breathtaking. This place is like 10 minutes from Maho I would say, but honestly it’s a very relaxing and quiet here I loved it. There is a store right outside the condo if you happen to Forget something. As for eating they have and areas called Jordan village which again it’s walking distance, they only thing is that they seem to make up there own hours well some establishments. Don’t expect to find much on the internet they seem to live more simple and not to worry about keeping up with social media. None the less it was good to just walk and see what we found. The tide seem to be a little rough from what the locals where telling us but you can always walk to Mullet beach which is again it’s not far and the water seem to be a little calmer. Locals are definitely very helpful and nice, we had a taxi driver named Thomas who we highly recommend also. They front desk will call a taxi if you need one but honestly we just walked @ since everything you might need is closed by. Oh and that spiral staircase,can be seen when you are first landing into the island.

Spectacular View Ocean Front Penthouse

The apartment is very nice and the view of the beach from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. A Private beach and three different pools are available. Safe and convenient location. The only problem we had was the bad/mattress which creates a lot of noise when one person is turning or getting up. Communication with the owner is easy and she has a lot of suggestions about activities on the island. We really like our stay and highly recommend it!

Beautiful View

Great place. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful and a great place to relax with coffee or drinks. The location was very secure and quiet. It was also easy to get around the island from our location. We noticed a few issues with the stove and dishwasher which we reported to the owner and am sure will be resolved quickly. Her help in planning our trip was very appreciated. Thank you Susan!

Beautiful place

Condo was beautiful and clean. Pools and sunset was amazing! View of the ocean was amazing. Host was easy to communicate with and service was excellent! The only downfall was that the beach wasn’t nice. Water was really rough with lots of waves. But you could walk 10 minutes to Mullet beach which was beautiful.

Perfect stay in amazing surroundings

The pictures on the listing look great. But to truly appreciate it, you need to see it in person. Waking up in the morning and opening the storm shutters and seeing blue clear water, makes you know you have rented the right place. I will miss the view. Susan, the owner, was very easy to deal with. She communicated all info required and then some. Many of her suggestions we used, and it made for an even more enjoyable trip. We tried several beaches, but found ourselves enjoying the private beach. Many times it was just us there, and felt like we were in our own personal paradise on the Island.The restaurants and food were amazing. So many choices and so many top notch restaurants. All priced very reasonably.You will see people down at the pool getting to the loungers and sometimes never leaving. Probably out of fear that they will not get the same lounger. Most of these people stay at units that don't have ocean view. Having this unit gives you the ability to have all that the pool view offers, but you can leave your balcony, fix a drink/food and come right back to your balcony to take in the views and sun.The security people got to know us, and of note, Sharon, one of the Security people working the gate was a gem. She always had a smile and greeted you when coming or going.Overall, I would recommend this unit. I will definitely book for our return trip to the Island. Thank you Susan for sharing this beautiful location.

Great condo with fabulous views in ideal location

The views from this condo are stunningly beautiful. The unit is well equipped and decorated, with AC throughout. Very comfortable master bed. The balcony for morning coffee and evening sundowner was lovely. The area is ideal with nearby beaches, bars, restaurants and small grocery store and bakery. Susan, the host, was terrific. She supplied lots of helpful information, and stayed in touch before and during our stay. Definitely hope to return

Amazing location!

The location of this unit could not have been any better! The water was phenomenal and the area was nice and quiet with lovely places to eat and grocery shop.Wish there were better bedding and bath towels. We couldn’t use 1/2 the towels we were supplied. I would tell renters to bring their own! Also wish the outside deck area had a nicer table and chairs to sit on to enjoy breakfast and possibly even a grill to BBQ. Definitely needs 4 beach chairs! We were planning on purchasing two but there was no place around to buy.

Great beach

Three of us stayed in this property for the pre Christmas vacation. We loved this beach even before. After staying in this unit, we loved it even more.We used both balconies. Patio/balcony is amassing with the view of the ocean and plains flying out and into the airport. We had morning coffee there and sometimes stayed for a night on the lounge chairs.We found everything we needed for our stay inside the unit, thank you to the hostess. I enjoyed master bedroom the most with Mediterranean theme. Very comfortable.Property itself is very safe and has great views. A lot of good restaurants in 5 minutes walk distance.We loved beach the most, but still took time to visit pools, good times.I recommend this property for adults as well as family with small kids.

We have always loved the Caribbean. When our children were young, we took many cruises to the Caribbean. We looked for good spots to swim in every port. But the day was short; we needed to head back to the ship just when we were having fun. It was our dream to have a home on the island one day and that dream came true. We love the Island Home and we are happy to share our dream home with you.

The neighborhood is one of the best area of St. Maarten.
It is safe and closed to everything. We are closed to the airport, all kinds of eateries, and grocery stores. It is the most convenience location. Our unit has the best pretty
setting, on the ocean front with fantastic view of the sea.

It is on a private beach with the view to die for. It is over looking the pool and the Caribbean Sea. It has a balcony as well as a privately owned walkout oceanfront patio/ terrace next to the condo. We are oceanfront, so we have 270 degree view. The water is so pretty that I could just sit home all day and be happy. This condo is well equipped. We have a modern American kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Best of all, new sofa set too. For beach days, we have sand chairs and an umbrella, swimming noodles and life vests.

This condo is the perfect place to relax and to enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Booking process is easy! no resort fee, and no additional tax. Our beach/ocean building just got repainted and my place is recently remodeled with new furnishings. We are right on the private beach. The condo is on the top floor with amazing view, only 8 minutes from the airport via taxi - very convenient! We are close to everything. There are restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, medical school, groceries store near by. Mullet beach and the golf course is 5 mins. (walking). The bus stops in front of our complex. 24 hours security guards w/ outdoor camera, three pools and a pristine private beach. This is a paradise! Our unit is beach/ocean front! The view is beyond beautiful!!!
