15 AÑOS DE INQUILINOS INCREÍBLES. DEVOLVER PERSONAS ANUALMENTE. HAN HECHO AMIGOS DE POR VIDA. AMAMOS Y TRATAMOS NUESTRA CASA LEJOS DE CASA CON CUIDADO.
Alquiler semanal a partir de semana con domingo. Max 6 personas.
Este es un apartamento recientemente renovado de 3 dormitorios en alquiler en un área muy ordenada en Surf City LBI. Nueva cama king, 2 camas individuales, 2 camas individuales (nido) cuando se juntan para hacer otro rey. Nuevos azulejos azules en todas partes, nuevos pisos de madera dura en las habitaciones. Nuevo televisor de pantalla plana extra grande con cable en la sala de estar. Duerme 6, incluyendo 6 insignias de playa (grandes ahorros para usted). Ducha al aire libre disponible también (mi favorito). WIFI GRATUITO, USO DE LAVANDERÍA GRATUITO. Lavadora y secadora en el lavadero debajo del corredor.
Limpiado recientemente antes de su llegada por una amable señora de la limpieza. Edredones, almohadas y fundas de colchones incluidos. Barbacoa y terraza de gran tamaño con grandes mesas de picnic. Estacionamiento en el lugar para 1 auto. NO FUMAR EN LOCALES
Restaurantes, mini golf, tiendas, increíbles heladerías, licitación, pescadería, licorería, etc., todo a pocas cuadras de esta increíble calle. La playa se mantiene impecable! Socorristas
Un lugar orientado a la familia. Visite el faro en el extremo norte de la isla, visite Beach Haven para ir de compras, parque acuático y una gran galería. Súbete a tu bicicleta para ir en bicicleta a la bahía o simplemente disfruta del relajante sol y la playa. MUCHO QUE HACER EN LBI.
Deseando comer pescado y mariscos para la cena, visite MUCHOS restaurantes a lo largo de toda la isla de Long Beach. Este es un hermoso lugar de vacaciones y una joya. EL MINUTO QUE USTED CONDUCE POR LA CAUSEWAY, VUELVA A TIEMPO A UN TIEMPO DE BUENA ANTIGUA DIVERSIÓN SALUDABLE.

Very Nice Property

The property was very nice, clean and pleasant. The owner was super nice and pleasant too. Very close to the beach and super convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice clean rental. Close to the beach.

This is a clean unit. Close to the beach. The owner Francine is very nice and accommodating. Loved that it had a king sized bed. Also the Sunday to Sunday rental made travel a lot easier.

Great front porch and house

We had a lovely time at this home. The owners are very nice who are upstairs and very considerate to renters. At the end of the block the lifeguards are right there which great that you don't need to walk far. House has plenty of seating on front porch. Also plenty of storage area in back of house for bikes etc. Another huge plus is garbage pick up twice a week. They are plenty of garbage bins. The washing machine is big also and a top loader which I like. Good house for families and very quiet street.

Great Beach house!

Had a great time in LBI at this lovely beach house. Just a short walk to beach. House was extremely clean and very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Easy parking on premise. Look forward to renting again next year!

FANTASTIC TIME AT LBI!

I rented this property the last week of August for me, my husband and three children. The owners who we rented from were very friendly and accommodating. From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by the owners. They said if we had any concerns with our accommodations to let them know. The house was spotless and as soon as you walked in you could tell that they take pride in their surroundings. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. If we needed to do laundry during our stay, there was a washer and dryer on site (came in very handy). We were pleasantly surprised that we had ample space to park our cars. The location of this property is fantastic since it is so close to the beach. I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in renting to look into this property. I am not sure I would agree with Debra M’s assessment of this rental property; but, I would like to say that I had a very positive experience with my stay. I would definitely come back next year to LBI and hope that this rental property is available.

Great beach rental & awesome owners!

Not sure why someone would write that kind of review. It seems unjust as our experience was just the opposite. This beach house was a home away from home and was perfect for my family! The house was meticulous and the air conditioners worked well and helped make our experience relaxing and comfortable ! The owners were extremely friendly and very accommodating! They allowed us to park a car in the driveway and there was plenty of on street parking for our other car. We found access to the beach very convenient and safe as we didn't have to cross the boulevard. It was so convenient to have access to a washer and dryer, especially for free! It was an amazing experience! Thank you for a lovely week! We plan to return next year and can't wait! !

I am a mother of three beautiful adult children. We currently live in Westchester New York and LOVE to come to our beach home. The minute we step foot on LBI, we become relaxed and all our worries are left on the mainland.
I had a double transplant and I am immune compromised so high have an extremely clean home and implement strict cleaning policies and my rental to keep everyone safe!

We take pride in our homes. We have had so many wonderful comments on how clean and well taken care of this property is. We purchased this home from our family when our grandmother passed on. We needed to keep this special place in our family. Surf City means a lot to our family and we love being a part of this wonderful town.

You will love the extra large front deck with large picnic table and a gas bbq and Adirondack chairs. Nothing like relaxing in warm weather with a cool breeze and a drink in hand and people watching and taking it all in! We love our home and I know you will too!
