Esta es una casa nueva que acaba de terminar en 2006. Esta casa tiene un sistema de audio personalizado en toda la casa. De arriba a abajo, esta casa lo tiene todo, incluida una gran cocina con encimeras de granito y un gran mostrador central en la isla que se abre a un amplio comedor y sala de estar con un televisor de plasma de 50 '.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely house. It was very well equipped with both household items and beach equipment. It was exactly as the pictures show, clean, bright, and roomy. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Week on LBI

Beautiful home in Harvey Cedars.

This home was perfect for our family. Our stay was for 7 days with 3 adults and 3 children ranging from 7 years old to 15. Plenty of space with a great location. Short walk to the beach, owner was very friendly and responsive to calls and emails. Home was very clean we definitely would stay at this property again.

Excellent stay

My family had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. We cooked all week as the kitchen had everything you could need and there was plenty of space. We loved the deck to view sunsets. Walking to the beach was easy with great Harvey Cedars beaches. Will come again.

Perfect start to Summer

From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was easy. The property was perfectly described. The the house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking, hanging out, and going to the beach. The location was perfect and quiet and neighborly. We even got an amazing sunset at the end of the block, which couldn’t be more perfect. The landlady was super friendly and helpful with all our needs. Helpful hint- bring sheets, bath and beach towels- Amazon made it easy.

A Harvey Cedars beach apartment dream

This is a newly-constructed beach house with the second floor apartment for rent . The friendly owners have provided everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The location is a quiet block near the ocean, and an easy bike ride to Sunset Park. The deck grill makes grilling fresh seafood a breeze.

fabulous stay at 27 West Essex St Harvey Cedars

The apt was very comfortable for 4 adults and great outdoor space. The home was equipped with everything we needed. It's a very easy walk to the beach and the bay. Ann & Jasper are great hosts. They were very responsive to any questions we had and gave us good recommendations about things to do on the island. We highly recommend staying here. Debra & RIchard

Beautifully appointed home in lovely section of Harvey Cedars. Very close to quiet beach.

We spent one week in this amazing home in mid August. The owners are lovely and provided all that you would need to enjoy a comfortable week at the beach. It isvery clean, has an open floor plan and comes with all the comforts of home. It’s a short block to the beach and very close to the best seafood restaurant on the island. Thank you Anna& Jasper for a memorable week! We’ll be back.👍

Our best vacation in LBI in many years

We recently stayed down in LBI the week of the 4th. The home was impeccable and had everything our family needed for our stay. The street was so quiet and everyone was so friendly making the vacation even better. The owners were so accommodating and supplied all the chairs, cart, badges and umbrella needed for the beach! The beach was beautiful and not crowded! I would recommend this home and owners to anyone who asked! Thank you again!

We just completed a relaxing week in Harvey Cedars. Jasper and Ann's house is immaculately clean and beautifully designed and decorated. It is fully equipped with everything one would need or want. The beach is gorgeous and newly widened for spectacular views. We found the proximity of the house to be fine for nearby markets - Neptune Market in H. Cedars,Off The Hook in Barnegat Light for fresh seafood and prepared food. and close to all the restaurants on the North End of LBI, such as The Plantantion, Kubel's (one of our favorties) Harvey Cedars Shellfish Co, and many more in Surf City, just to the south. The street that the house is on is near the bay and wonderful for children to ride bikes, and for anyone to walk and explore the picturesque setting.

Harvey Cedars

The property was fantastic with great open kitchen, living and dining areas, and deck where we found ourselves chill'in after long days at the beach just down the block. And who doesn't love an outdoor shower! Owners were wonderful! Harvey Cedars also is home to a few wonderful restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay on LBI!

The owners were a pleasure to work with, and we enjoyed many things about the house: comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, nice sound system, and the chairs and beach tags left by the hosts. Best of all, the house is located near both the ocean and bay. A wonderful vacation!

Beautiful house and a great stay.

We stayed here the first week in July this year. The house was wonderful and had every thing we needed during our stay. There was a custom sound system with built in speakers and even speakers on the front deck where we watched amazing sunsets over the bay while having some wine. Beach passes, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart were included. The owners were a pleasure to do business with and everything was neat and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. I can see why the owners said eighty percent of the rentals were returning tenants.

Immaculate Rental

Have spent two summers here with our family, very happy both times. This isn't a beach house that hasn't been updated since 1975, you'll feel like you are right at home with everything clean and updated. Great sunset views and an easy walk to the beach (owner provides a great cart that makes it much easier). Perfect spot for a family of 3 or 4 for a relaxing week on the shore.

Ideal Beach Vacation Spot

Great shore spot, great property. Harvey Cedars is a wonderful beach -- it's neither too crowded nor too empty. It's close enough to the shops and eateries, but still quiet enough for a walk or bike ride. It's a safe, friendly area that happens to be home to one of the Shore's best beaches, complete with lifeguards and beach passes (provided by owner) that ensure that safety. The property itself is almost perfect. It's not too far from the beach, but it's far enough to be relaxing and private. It has a modern kitchen, central air, wifi and a gas grill wired into the home -- amenities which make your stay all the more comfortable. From the outdoor deck, you can watch the sunsets over the bay. And you're a few short minutes by car from the best seafood (Harvey Shellfish Co.) and best Italian deli (Mario's) probably on the entire island. The owners are friendly and personable and always welcoming. This remains one of our all-time favorite destinations. I highly recommend it.

The perfect place to relax

We spent a great week in Harvey Cedars and recently returned from our vacation. We loved this property and the location. It is a very family, friendly area and felt very safe. Our younger teens walked to the beach each day and restaurants and other activities are a short drive away. A market with a great deli is less than a mile away. Our family enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods around the bay on long walks and hanging out at the nearby parks. The owners are great to work with and thought of EVERY detail: band aids, basic spices, detergent for the washing machine, beach chairs, badges, umbrella, beach cart...it was nice not to have to pack everything or purchase these items on the island. The unit is laid out very nicely, is bright and open and immaculate. Nice big screen TV (we caught the world cup games each day) and there is a wonderful sound system wired into main rooms and onto the deck, can play tunes from your phone. We cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
