We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely stunning — we enjoyed watching the sunrise right from the balcony each morning. The condo itself was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that the space is very well taken care of. Everything felt fresh and updated, from the modern kitchen to the comfortable furnishings, which made it feel like a true home away from home.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond, very helpful with any questions, and made check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had, and we would happily return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Kim was very helpful and provided a bevy of information and recommendations for our stay. The Dunes is a beautiful property that is well maintained including the pool and private beach area. Moreover her condo is located in a great spot with wonderful views and easy access to the pool and beach. The unit is in beautiful condition and has so many amenities to make you feel truly at home. It’s stocked with so many extras that you typically get with a vacation rental!

Amazing Condo in Siesta Key

We have stayed at this complex for the past 10 years, but this was the first time we stayed in this condo. This unit has been our favorite one so far and the owner was so great to deal with. I highly suggest booking this unit if you are deciding to stay at Siesta Dunes.

Wonderful place!

This is a GREAT place, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated…and what a gorgeous setting. The pool and gulf view from the balcony was so nice, but especially at sunset. Kim was very kind and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Siesta Dunes Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Siesta Dunes! The location was great, the beach was amazing and the resort and property where we stayed were in great shape. There were lots of great restaurants and shops in the area and we really enjoyed the shelling on the beach. The unit owner and staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. We will definitely return to this location and resort again.

Siesta Dunes has been a place of peace and restoration for my husband and I over the past 6 years. This was one of the best units we’ve stayed in at Seista Dunes. The owner, Kim, is responsive, thoughtful, and literally provides you with everything you need during your stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and exceptional to say the least. We were concerned about the hurricane damage and the staff has already worked so hard to bring things back to normal it was quite impressive!! We can’t wait to return.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The condo is well laid out, super clean (we are picky), convenient to beach, pool, restaurants etc. The owner, Kim, is so sweet, very responsive and does a great job of giving you all the information you need to make the most of your vacation! Home away from home

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kim was incredibly thoughtful with stocking with a number of amenities (for example, a cooler and umbrella to take to the beach). The pool, courtyard, screened-in patio and being right on the beach just really made this one of the best vacations we've had in a long time. When the condo ran out of something, Kim was super responsive and made sure we could access what we needed right away. We can't wait to return!

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key since 1980, and we decided to purchase this condo in Siesta Dunes (our most favorite place on earth) in 1984. We treat our condo as if it is our own home, with care and attention. We value the fact that most of our guests are repeat renters and stay in our condo year after year. We sure value and appreciate them!

The kitchen was recently updated (all new cabinetry, counter tops, and appliances), as were the cabinets, counter tops, and mirrors in both bathrooms. All bed coverings are new as well. The furniture in the eating area and family room are all new within the last few years.
Best thing about this unit? The view, the view, the view!
