Hermosa casa recientemente remodelada de 4 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños ubicada en el nuevo desarrollo de Station Street Cottages, a solo media milla de la hermosa playa de Port Aransas. Cottage se encuentra entre dos carreteras principales de acceso a la playa y está a poca distancia de la playa, ya sea en carro de golf o en automóvil. Una de las 8 hermosas cabañas con un área de patio privado que conduce a una piscina privada / área de recreación y parrilla ubicada directamente detrás de la cabaña. Las ventanas del salón de la cabaña dan a la zona de la piscina. 2 pisos, dormitorio principal / baño Queen con ducha abajo y 2 dormitorios Queen Size arriba y también una habitación con literas con dos juegos de literas. Gran baño doble lavabo con ducha grande en el piso de arriba. Lavadora / secadora de alta eficiencia de tamaño completo. Cocina con todas las comodidades incluidas, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, ollas y sartenes, platos.

Duerme 10 cómodamente. Excelente ubicación cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Estacionamiento para 3 autos en frente de la casa. NO APARCAMIENTO EN BARCO. Esta casa NO es una casa que acepte mascotas.

Kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you could need. The location was very close to the area on the beach where the Sand Fest was located and close to local restaurants.

Beautiful home stocked with everything you need!

This vacation home is absolutely perfect. It was incredibly clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We will definitely be back again next year!

House was clean when we arrived, well set up for coming in after the beach. Shower by front entrance was great for keeping sand out of the house. Pool and grass area was excellent for kids after beach and relaxing at night. TV in all rooms was a bonus for us with all the kids. Communication with host was great, check in a breeze. Location to beach was good provided you have a car or golf cart. Kitchen was better set up than any house we’ve stayed in and we have been beaching it for over 20 years as a family. Helpful tips:Add to check in book or website:Suggest route to beach. We were going the long way and figured out if you turn right, go to the light which is a short distance, turn left, the beach entrance is much closer than when we mapped it on google. Add names and phone numbers for closest pizza places. We ordered from wrong location and had to wait over an hour to find out our mistake, order from the local. House rules We found it alarming that if a towel had a stain or missing a towel we would be charged 75. Blinds, while in good shape weren’t all hanging evenly when we arrived. Our remote downstairs had a loose back, we didn’t know we needed to report those things on check in. The 75 for a stain on a white towel made us worry we might be charged for the other two things that were that way when we arrived. These are suggestions. Our stay was great, just wish I wouldn’t have worried about extra charges.

Beach Time

Property location is amazing! Quick trip to Brons and shopping and a short golf cart ride to Crazy Cajun and Fisherman’s Wharf. Easy access to the beach also.

It was just right for six adults and three children. Had everything we needed, but nothing excessive. Everything worked as it should--appliances, locks, utilities, etc. We plan to return, hopefully.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful home and very close to the beach. Check in and out was simple. If I had a question or concern Allie (I hope this was her name) the property manager was amazing. Thank you!

Fully stocked,great layout for large group. Very comfortable. Loved the pool right out our door

Lovely except for Saturday night at 1:30 am we were awaken by a large group of women in MuMu's chanting outside. Woke the baby too so no sleep that night. The property itself was great.

It was okay we had bugs in the kitchen area and the place was not very clean... clean to eye but I picked up the coffee pot and toaster and it was so dirty. Had a few issues in the pool area with a tent and people being loud after hours.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m so sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We hold our housekeeping standards very high, so it’s disappointing to learn the kitchen appliances were not thoroughly cleaned, I’ll be addressing this directly with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. In regard to the bugs, we do have a professional pest control company, ABC Pest Control, that services the property the first week of every month. While we do our best to minimize pests, since we are located on a barrier island it is not possible to fully guarantee that you won’t see a few during your stay. As for the pool area, unfortunately we do not manage every home in the community. However, if there are ever issues such as noise after hours or the pool area being messy, please reach out to us right away so we can contact the HOA and have them address it with the other management companies. The HOA also has a maintenance crew they can send out to clean and monitor the space when needed. We truly value your input, as it helps us improve. I hope we’ll have the chance to host you again and provide the quality experience you should expect.

Great accommodations!

Condo is conveniently located, spacious, clean and comfortable! Parking is ample, we had 3 small cars and could still fit 2 small golf carts behind the cars and stay within our designated area. Pool is nice, would love some shade over it though! No problems! We will book this again!

The house was everything we needed for our family vacation. Sometimes at night it was an issue because we had babies that went to bed and people didn't abide by the "quiet after 10:00" rule. It didn't bother us that they were out there but they were young and hollering. Our house was right beside the pool so we could hear everything. Other than that is was GREAT!!

Absolutely Amazing!

Pictures did not do this beautiful place justice! The owner was easy to contact from the moment I made the reservations until the day we checked out. Everything was perfect! The condo was well-stocked, very clean, and perfect for our family. It's not extremely easy to find places that will comfortably accommodate three couples and five children, but the layout of this condo gives every couple privacy and a great bunk room with TV for all the kids. In addition, as always, we rent a golf cart and our car is never cranked throughout the entire visit. That's what I love about Port A!

Absolutely PERFECT

I love everything about station street cottages. The hospitality began before our trip and lasted through out. The location is perfect. The cottage is decorated in the most adorable and updated beachy vibe. There are all of the comforts of home. The owners have thought of everything. True attention to detail. We traveled as a large family (my husband and I and our 2 small children, my sisters family with three small children, and our parents.) The set up was ideal. I absolutely would visit here again in a heartbeat. Though this did not apply to us... the cottage is also handicap accessible.

Week of 5/31/22 Roaches…

We had roaches in the downstairs bedding the first two nights. Not just like “oh look there’s a roach in here on the floor” but waking up at 3am to a roach crawling across your skin…twice. The coffee maker had pink mold growing inside of it, and the microwave didn’t work. During our stay I left a voicemail and sent an email but still have not received a reply or call back. This was my second time to rent this house and other than that it’s really not a bad place to stay, but I’ll probably be looking for a different house with a different proprietor when I come back next month.

After 20 years of rentals, I finally found one I want to stay in again next year. It has well-appointed spaces, plenty of beds, and enough seating for meals. The pool was perfect. The place was clean and they included tools to clean for ourselves while we were there (a small mop would be great to add though). The only gripe I had was that we reached out on our first full day there that we couldn’t get the tv to work; the next day they responded that they would put in a work ticket for us, but we never had anyone come out or check back on it while we were there. They were not very responsive to non-emergencies.
