Este espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones / 2 baños tiene increíbles vistas al mar. Con una cocina actualizada y totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y hermosas encimeras. Duerme cómodamente 8 personas en un dormitorio principal con una cama king-size y baño en suite, un segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un tercer dormitorio que tiene 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Great Family Vacay in SC!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2A was a great three bedroom rental. The view from the second floor overlooking the pool and the ocean was awesome. The condo was clean and pretty well equipped in the kitchen. It had a good coffee maker, toaster and blender. For those that want to cook, there is plenty of pots and pans and dishes. The office also accommodated us with extra towels and sheets for our second week when our new guests arrived.

Beach Trip!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good we have stayed in this Condo before. The only complaint I have is they need to put the floor fans back in the bedrooms. There are no overhead fans. You need the floor fans to circulate the air.

Fantastic place to stay

First, the staff is the most courteous that I have ever encountered. The grounds were well maintained and cleaned regularly. The condo was equally as pristine and there is plenty of room. The appliances all worked well and the beds were comfortable. The patio had a nice view and there was plenty of space on the beach. The location is exceptionally convenient to any food or shopping you’re looking for. There is a Kroger and Walmart within five minutes(ish) and the refrigerator is plenty large enough for a large family to get groceries for a longer stay. Thank you to the host and the on-site staff for making our anniversary and our sons first beach trip memorable. We hope to come back soon.

The Stay was Nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice. The view was spectacular from the main room and the balcony spacious! But if you want an ocean view from the master, there is none, which was unexpected. The balcony off the master opens to the parking lot, no ocean sounds or sunrise/sunset :-(. The people were extremely hospitable. That said, there are a few recommendations for improvement. All rooms should have TV's, only the master did. TV's are so inexpensive and would add value. The TV in the main room should be larger for movie nights with a large group (it is 3 bedrooms). We also had to do quite a bit of housecleaning before we left as well, which was a little bit inconvenient. I also would recommend a full size ironing board, they're inexpensive. The location was great. It was near a lot of shopping and activities. Overall it was a nice experience, with nice people. I would stay there again.

Nice location/beach - outdated unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and checkout was relatively seamless. With having two children with us, we wishes there would have been a couch or better seating in the living room. The daybed and chairs that were provided were extremely uncomfortable and the slip cover kept falling off of the daybed.

Filthy, outdated apartment

We’ve stayed at other units at this property for years and have never stayed in such a dirty, tired place. There was mold on dishes in the cabinets, inches of dust on baseboards, kitchen was dirty. Outdoor pillows/cushions had mold growing on them. Stains on wall and floor tiles. Trash compactor doesn’t work; the dryer (a big selling point) wasn’t there when we arrived. No water pressure in the showers. Oddly stocked kitchen. Love Arcadian but would never recommend this unit.

Great getaway

Property was clean, and we felt completely safe with our teenagers. I would prefer a washer and dryer in the unit we choose to stay in next time.

Much needed R & R

Beautiful updated Condo! The property is beautifully landscaped with great views! A few issues we had are the floors desperately needed to be mopped! You had to wear shoes because socks and or feet would be black from the lack of mopping. The kitchen faucet definitely needs to be changed out, the handle is hard to turn on and off and the spigot doesn't stay in from wear & tear. Other than that we absolutely loved the condo and will be back and will rent here again!
