Relájese y disfrute de lo mejor que la costa de Jersey tiene para ofrecer en esta nueva construcción, Ocean Block, casa de 4 dormitorios. Fácil acceso a la calzada y a todas las atracciones y diversiones de LBI. Duerme 11. Nuestra casa cuenta con cocina comedor con encimeras de granito e isla, aire acondicionado central, hermosos baños con azulejos, balcón fuera del dormitorio principal, 2 1/2 baños, 2 dormitorios con camas queen y 2 habitaciones con literas, lavadora / secadora, privado patio trasero, ducha exterior y parrilla a gas. Bay está a solo 1 1/2 cuadras de distancia con un muelle para la pesca y alquiler de botes / jets. Restaurantes, helados, mini golf y más están a poca distancia. Aro de baloncesto en la espalda y ping pong debajo de la casa. Todas las comodidades del hogar se han proporcionado para brindarle la escapada perfecta de vacaciones en la playa. ¡Sandy nos derribó pero volvimos mejor que nunca!

Great stay!

We had an excellent stay at Glenn's house and his communication may be the best of any rental I've had. The easy walk to the beach, stores, and everything that came with our stay made it a great week.

Terrific summer getaway

It was our first time on Long Beach Island, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location could not have been better, and the house had everything you could ask for.

Everything you need in a great location.

This property provided everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation in the perfect location. There were plenty od shops close by and the kids loved crabbing in the bay which is a short walk across the street. Just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was clean and hand ample supplies. Thank you very much!

Our family had a great week in LBI. The home was exactly what it said it would be. Any problems were answered by Glen in a timely matter. Would book again for next year.

Home away from home

Beautiful, clean home, private back yard, wonderful for family dinners. Loved the A/C, was nice to be able to do laundry if needed. Watched the Olympics, so nice to be able to walk back and forth to the beach. Outside shower perfect to get the sand off. We had a nice relaxing week with beautiful weather, would definitely recommend for family's with kids of all ages we had from infant up to our grown children. Will be a vacation we'll never forget.

Fantastic vacation home!

From the moment we booked this home, Glenn was responsive and helpful. He is one of the best hosts we have ever worked with during out years on LBI. The home itself was clean with a well stocked kitchen and an awesome outdoor area to hang out. A short walk to the beach and easy walks to many shops, this home is perfectly located. We were especially thankful that the Dollar General was only 2 blocks away for those last minute necessities! Thank you for a perfect beach week!

Clean and comfortable family home in Ship Bottom

My family and another family (each with a toddler) take an annual vacation to LBI each Summer. We stayed here in June of 2022, and were very impressed with the updates, layout and most importantly, cleanliness of the property. The showers, kitchen, bedrooms and living space were all very clean, and the outdoor seating area was an added bonus. As a host, Glenn is very available to deal with any issues that come up, or recommend activities and restaurants in the area - if your group likes seafood, plan to order dinner one night from Topsail Steamers - the magnet is on the fridge - and grab your morning coffee and breakfast from Ferrara's - a short walk down LB Avenue, and trust me, you'll need the steps!

Great beach block house!!!

Our family, 6 adults and 3 children, ages 3, 2 and 1, had a great time at this beach block, walking distance to everything, beach house!!! The house had 2 floors which was nice when putting kids to bed. TV’s everywhere which our 3 year old granddaughter loved. Great communication with owner on everything. Definitely an all around great beach house!

Perfect LBI Getaway

This house had everything we could have wanted in a shore house. Great location. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of beach supplies, like chair, beach toys, etc. Glenn was super easy to work with an answered all of our questions without a problem. One of the best properties I have ever stayed at in LBI!

A perfect early summer getaway

We booked a last minute trip to LBI and we are so glad that we did! It was easy to work with Glenn to book the house. He was friendly and responsive and made the whole process stress-free. The house was exactly what we expected from the photographs. It's bright and beautiful and close to the beach. There were just four of us but there is plenty of room for more people to stay. Glenn had recommended Ferrara's bakery nearby which we walked to every morning for coffee or donuts. Being that it was early June, we didn't have the best beach weather, but just being in LBI was still so nice. We highly recommend staying in this home and we look forward to staying here again!

First time to Long Beach Island (LBI)

This was our family's first visit to Long Beach Island (LBI) and we were not disappointed. Our stay in your rental home was excellent; everything we needed was supplied. We were able to walk a short distance to the beach. The convenient store and restaurants were also in walking distance. Your rental home was clean, neat and very spacious. The ping pong table was a great hit for the entire family; especially for the teenagers and we all enjoyed using the outdoor shower. We will be back next summer. Thanks Nicole for answering all our phone calls and questions promptly.

Gorgeous Home in a Spectacular Location

We have been vacationing at this house for several years and plan to visit again next year! The location is amazing: minutes from the Causeway, centrally located, close to a variety of restaurants , both casual and upscale, as well as tons of attractions for the children. Between mini golf, the arcades and the beach..just a few houses away...we really could not ask for more. You're not far from Joe Pop's for nightlife and live music if that's your thing; or dinner at Bisque, which is perfect for a special occasion or five star dinner! Ferrara's Bakery (2 blocks away) truly serves the best jelly donut on the planet...and so much more. But the best thing about this property is the house itself! New construction (post Hurricane Sandy) offered the owners the opportunity to create a real beach sanctuary. The Master bedroom, with private bathroom, opens onto a deck, perfect for morning coffee, late afternoon reading with a cocktail, or watching the moon and the stars before turning in for an amazing, restful night. My mother joined us for a few days, and she thought it was fabulous...she slept in one of the other three bedrooms, and was comfortable and said she had the best sleep she'd had in years! TVs in every bedroom make it easy to please the kids when they want to watch something you don't! And wait till you see the main upstairs bathroom...just stunning. A beautiful kitchen, with modern appliances, awaits the cook in your family. We prepared great, fun family meals in the spacious kitchen. The owners have paid attention to every detail and with an eye for home decor have created a truly fabulous beach vibe in their home. The soft, muted color palette, and seaside touches transplant any visitor to a serene and tranquil space the minute you enter the front door. The spacious outdoor shower is a real treat. And the backyard is perfect for grilling, with a large table to share meals with a large group. The area under the house is great for storage, but also comes equipped with a ping pong table which can help while away the occasional rainy day. The other major bonus this house offers is its proximity to the bay...1 block from the beach, and 1 block from the bay, with a public pier complete with gazebo, and benches for viewing the extraordinary sunsets. We also fished and crabbed off the pier, all perfectly permitted. Just a stellar location! The only thing I don't like about this house is that I have to leave it behind each year!

Clean, comfortable, & close to everyhting!!!

My family rented this house for a week in July 2016 and found it to be very much (or better) as described in the ad. There wasn't much lacking and every family member was very comfortable in the living arrangements. The house was not only new, but clean and well-equipped with numerous amenities (TV's everywhere, WiFi, Weber Grill, AC, etc) We especially liked the under-the-house "hangout" with ping pong table and hammock!!! So many things were within an easy walk and the beach (and bay) really were close. We visited Ferrara's bakery maybe a little too often. We would recommend this property to friends and family alike... and would definitely stay here again. We never met the owners, but even online they seemed friendly and efficient...

Relaxing, fun filled family beach vacation

We rented this single family home for a week with our family. The owners have been so easy to work with... wanting to ensure a pleasant time for all. The house is new and fits a large family very comfortably. A nice, private yard with grill and furniture makes outdoor cooking possible. Great restaurants are very easy to get to. Fun filled activities are within walking distance. Getting to the beach is such an easy, close walk. I would highly recommend this rental home to all families and am looking forward to returning next summer with my family.

Excellant Vacation Rental

We have rented this lovely vacation home for the past two years and have already reserved for 2011. The owners are wonderful to deal with. House is very 'family friendly' and clean. Absolutely love being able to sit in the enclosed back yard and relax while the kids are playing (there's one open area by the outside shower which can be blocked off if necessary). Short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and mini-golf. You could park your car for the week and not have to drive anywhere! Hope to make this our vacation rental for many years to come.

Our L.B.I. vacation

This was our first experience with renting a home and it could not have been more positive. The proprietors are warm and friendly and the house was just perfect. With all of it's amenities, it was like a home away from home. The inside is clean, bright and full of cute beach decor. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and are already talking about renting next year.

We had many happy memories in our home pre-Sandy. We have had some wonderful families stay at our house and create their own memories as well. Their generosity and support during this time of rebuilding has been unbelievable and we can't tell you how much we appreciate it. Sandy was devastating for us on so many levels, but we are back and look forward to enjoying our new home and we hope you will too!
