A huge thank you to our host. The house was exactly as listed with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I also want to mention that the king beds were very comfortable which was much appreciated because at the end of the day you knew you could go to sleep and rest well. Family Beach Vacation

Our stay at Joan's place was wonderful. Her home is beautiful, well appointed and impeccably clean. The yard was so pretty and perfect for our grandchildren. We had everything necessary in the kitchen for our meals together. Beach was a 2 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones. There were some beach chairs and a couple boogie boards and a beach wagon also available for use. There were no issues at all and the couple of inquiries I made to Joan were answered quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be making it a tradition. Thank you Joan for your hospitality!
