Bienvenido a Sunshine House

Originalmente construido en 1897, esta casa se encuentra a cuatro cuadras del centro histórico de Littleton. Las tres plantas han sido completamente renovadas con detalles de artesanía y elegantes comodidades. Se incluyen tres habitaciones privadas y dos baños completos. Suite de arriba incluye baño privado con bañera con patas. Una chimenea de doble cara conecta el dormitorio a una sala de estar privada. I tried communicating with the Owner numerous times to discuss the property but was ignored. Finally she got back to me and assured me there was going to be no problem. I checked in a few more times before we were to stay at the property and got the same answer. With one day before we were to fly to Denver the Owner cancelled our booking leaving my entire family and my brothers family without a place to stay. Do not trust the Onwer of this property will not double book.

Littleton getaway

Had our annual ladies gathering at this beautiful home for an extended weekend. Location was ideal in relation to our exploring the area. Angela provided everything we could possibly needed. The outdoor living space was phenomenal and the chickens were an added novelty. The walk to town was not as close as we had hoped but is certainly reasonable. Great place and hosts and we would highly recommend it.

Littleton gem

We were in town for a wedding. The house was exactly like the description said it would be. I enjoyed the beautifully landscaped yard. The location was perfect for us, easy to launch off for our day’s adventures. Any questions I had were promptly answered. We were very comfortable, the house was situated perfectly.

Home away from home

Great location and beautiful home. Fit our group of six nicely. We truly enjoyed the outdoor space and found everything we could ever need within the home. Littleton is adorable and a perfect home base to explore Denver, visit Red Rocks, and hike in the mountains.

A Charming White Christmas

I rented this house to host Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day because my house was being remodeled. I loved this house! It had an old Victorian charm, from the wooden floors to the crystal door knobs to the vintage style bathtub. The master bedroom was spacious with a darling sitting area. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. The backyard was probably the cutest I’ve ever seen. There were even chickens! The best part is it snowed on Christmas Eve which made the experience more magical.

Backyard Getaway

This property is so unique and beautiful. It’s 1920’s charm really impresses and had a ton of character. We were in Littleton for a wedding and this was a perfect getaway. Everyone enjoyed the home especially the chicken coop! The adults and children alike were entertained by those sweet little things. There was everything you could need to make meals and memories. Angela was a dream to work with and make sure we had everything we needed. The location is also perfect, being 12min from downtown. If you’re staying in Littleton, I would highly suggest renting here!!

Littleton Haven

This charming house in Littleton was absolutely delightful and perfect for our needs. The house is located on a lovely street in what was probably an original part of Littleton. Close enough to the Main St. shopping area to walk. Half a block from a wonderful park area with a rose garden, pond, and playground equipment for kids. Great place to get outside for walks during Covid. The backyard of the home is fantastic and perfect for our 3 year old grandson to play and explore. The yard was the reason that I chose this house during the pandemic since I knew we wouldn’t be going out much during our stay. The owner, Angela, was there to greet us upon arrival which was wonderful. She showed us around and answered any questions we had. Very accommodating! Preparing 3 meals a day in the lovely kitchen was easy since everything you could possibly need is there. Even fresh eggs for breakfast from the chickens Angela has out back! Could not have been happier with our stay!

Sunshine House shone bright and felt cozy!

This home was more than we expected. Pictures did not capture the coziness of this "sunshine house" on a quiet street. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the lovely patio and backyard so very much. Angela is a wonderful host and we are so thankful for her hospitality. Highly recommend!

Family Gathering

We so enjoyed our time at the Sunshine House! We were able to spend time with our adult children in a very special home. The backyard was a little piece of heaven within a big city. Everything was very clean and organized for guests. Angela was there to greet us and answer any questions that we had. We will definitely choose the Sunshine House again!

Great escape to relax!

Awesome house with everything we could have possibly needed. Everything was there down to the firewood for the burn ring. The chickens laying fresh eggs were an added bonus! Will definitely be back.

Perfect in Every Way!!!

My siblings and spouses met in Denver for a long weekend to just hang out and spend some time together and Sunshine House was perfect! Angela was there when we checked In and she made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and so easy to just relax and enjoy!! The back yard is beyond amazing. We sat on the deck every morning having our coffee. We were amazed how quiet the neighborhood was. She has an old farm house table under patio lights to make evening dining extra special. Sunshine House is in a nice neighborhood with blocks of unique homes. Great neighborhood to take walks and close to a park. Downtown Littleton has a lot to offer for dining and quaint boutique shopping. I would highly recommend Sunshine House to anyone of my friends that might be coming to the Denver area.

My dream home

This home was everything our family needed and more. Set up perfectly for family to hang out together. We used the back yard every night but one and that was only because we were gone that night. The house had everything you could possibly need!

Perfection!

We originally chose Sunshine House for our stay because it is very close to the venue of my daughter’s wedding. It turned out to be so much more than just a wonderful location! Clean and relaxing, with plenty of space to have private salon services for the bridal party, a beautiful backyard oasis for family time, and a short walk to downtown. Wonderful memories!

Beyond our expectations!

This beautiful home is in a lovely neighborhood, only a few minutes drive from historic old town Littleton. It is a unique and lovely property with the most enchantingly peaceful back yard, complete with a meditation hut, gorgeous landscaping, and a chicken coop, where you can collect fresh eggs to cook in the well appointed and updated kitchen. The house has been painstakingly remodeled and redecorated to reflect its original character and Angela has considered every detail to make your visit complete. We would love to return to stay again soon!

Our family stayed and The Sunshine House and absolutely LOVED it! Angela has made her house such a comfy home and even welcomed us with flowers & banana bread. Perfect location as we could walk to the park and down town. I would definitely stay again!

Just perfect for us!

Three couples stayed for the weekend (one of the beds in the basement is a tight squeeze being a double, but still very cozy and comfortable!) The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, had so much character, and we truly enjoyed our stay. In town for a wedding in Littleton and we were able to Uber everywhere we needed to go - great location and Angela is a lovely hostess!! Even made fresh cookies for us, and we enjoyed the chickens eggs for breakfast one morning! Just lovely!! Thank you, Angela!

What a memorable stay!!!

Had 4 fabulous days at the Sunshine House with the family and enjoyed every minute of it! The house was welcoming and comfortable, nice touches all throughout. The kids loved the yard, chickens and fire pit. We all had a great time and look forward to going back some time soon.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

A real gem is the meditation studio in the backyard . It is part greenhouse with full size windows that allow for stargazing at night. It includes a fireplace for colder months. Most importantly, there are two Himalayan salt walls. Himalayan salt rocks have healing properties and I happily share this sacred space with those who exercise their own spiritual or contemplative practice.
