Newly remodeled modern farmhouse near the Rocky Mountains!

This beautifully renovated 2 story home completely remodeled by a professional designer, with all new furnishings throughout the home. The kitchen remodeled with all new appliances, gas range w/ convection oven, and a great little coffee bar for the coffee connoisseur. Lovely banquette off the kitchen for a nice relaxing atmosphere, or enjoy the sitting room near the kitchen for a nice glass of wine & refreshments. The large dining room is equipped for seating a large group or just enough for game night with everyone. Family room is nice & relaxing with a large screen TV that can be enjoyed from the kitchen & sitting room. The basement is completely finished with a spacious laundry room and living area with sleeper sofa, & tv for hanging out or playing games and a nice queen size bed. Large private backyard for lots of entertaining & plenty of room to play.

Two blocks away is a neighborhood park equipped with a playground and baseball field. Not far from there is Clement Park full of amenities for picnics, skate park, tennis courts, soccer/baseball fields. Also, close by is Southwest Plaza shopping mall with lots of great restaurants and plenty of shopping. Or stop by Trader Joe's or Tony's Meat market for those special items to make a fancy dinner.

Close to Red Rocks Amphitheathre to see your favorite band and Chatfield reservoir a few miles away if you want to enjoy boating, swimming or hiking. We are also up next to the foothills if you want to get away to ski or go up to the mountains for the day. You can also swing in to downtown Denver which is a quick 30 minutes away.

Perfect setting for a family wedding venue! Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, room for everyone to visit, have meals together, and watch the grandchildren romp in the backyard. Close to Weaver Park for play, walking and soccer. Close to all shopping amenities!

The home was just as described/pictured. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, had every amenity we needed plus more. Would absolutely rebook if back in the area. Host was responsive with any question we had. neighborhood was quiet but convenient to stores, restaurants.

Family Weekend in Littleton

This was the perfect house for our extended family to stay in while visiting Littleton. The location was great, the house was beautifully decorated, and it had all of the amenities we needed. A great place to stay!

Perfect House for Family Gatherings

We had a great stay and the house is better than in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet. The best part is the backyard. It was larger than expected and our family enjoyed spending time out there.

Wonderful!

This home made our family wedding weekend so easy! This home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved playing in the big backyard and the playground that is just a short walk away. The owner was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

Perfect place for our family!

We loved our stay here. The house feels brand new and really beautifully remodeled. It has plenty of space (we had 2 adults and 4 young kids), in a great location near great parks and grocery stores. Leanne and Rob were great hosts who responded/communicated quickly when we had any questions. Would 100% recommend

Gem of a stay outside Denver

Came to Denver for a wedding and fell in love with the area and the mountains and this house! Absolutely adorable and the most cozy. Location is perfect- love the neighborhood- all the amenities like coffee bar and laundry facilities. Perfect backyard for hanging with with extended family. What a great find! Thank you!

Pleasant stay for two families

We had two families in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this house was perfect. There are plenty of sitting areas for eating, having coffee and reading, playing board games, etc. The house has plenty of space for everyone to not feel like we were on top of each other. Several parks are within walking distance and the backyard is quite large for some running’ around as well.

Our stay was amazing from the beautiful in a gorgeous neighborhood. The host was amazing and check in was smooth. We were in Colorado celebrating by daughters graduation all the way from Kansas and the host was so kind to let us check in early so we could enjoy as much time as possible in beautiful Colorado!!

Beautifully remodeled home!

We stayed here with 15 people for 3 nights and had a really great experience. Home is very comfortable and well equipped and beautifully decorated. One downfall (for the number of people in the home we had) was the bathrooms with a shower. 2 on top level (full and 3/4). 1 half bathroom on main (no shower/bath). No bathroom in basement. It was OK but just something to keep in mind for a larger group. Hosts were very responsive. Backyard is very large and fun for kids to run around.

Was exactly what we needed

We came to the Denver area for my sons wedding. While sightseeing wasnt the main reason of place selection, closeness to the wedding events was. This was the perfect home and location for us. Meeting both of those qualifications. We were so close to wedding activities and seeing different aspects of the Denver area. This is my first experience renting a home, rather than hotels and we could not have selected a better place. The homeowners represented their home exactly as described and were responsive when asking questions. I dont travel often, but will always seek this location out for both myself and anyone i know heading west. Plenty of room, amazing kitchen and exceptionally clean. Thank you for an amazing 4 days away from reality!

House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room to spread out or gather for conversations. Loved the long dining table so we could eat together as a family. The decor is perfect for the house. Very comfy. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

We owned a property that we rented before on VRBO and loved being hosts, so this way we and keep our dream going. We love the small details this house brings and hope it brings you joy as well.
