Beautiful Top Floor Condo in High Pointe Resort!
OUR LOCATION
Set on Seacrest Beach, you'll enjoy access to the fantastic pool, which features waterfalls, a spa and a wading pool. Private beach access is a mere 100 yards away along a boardwalk, and the High Pointe Resort also offers tennis and a children's playground.
There's plenty of places to eat within a few minutes' walk, from casual dining at Crabby Steve's on the beach to upscale-cantina Mexican fare at La Cocina.
A 10-minute walk takes you to Sea Contemporary Art Space for some culture before wandering back to the miles and miles of golden Florida beach.

Our stay was amazing at High Pointe. The check in was easy. The condo was clean, and the views from the balcony of the ocean were amazing. It was very convenient to be able to go straight down to the pool, and it was a very short walk to the beach. Pay attention to the detail that says “starter amenities”. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one extra trash can liner. However, there is a Publix grocery store not too far away. And if you have a chance to have dinner at Crabby Steve’s at sunset, or any time, it’s a definite must!

Great condo resort with great beach area and walk to everything in Rosemary. Condo was perfect and had great views of the gulf and overlooking the lagoon style pool. Sunsets were amazing. Beachfront bar and grill seeved good food and drinks. staff very freindly.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was clean and welcoming. Short walk to the beach, as advertised. Two beach chairs for the duration of the stay were a very nice surprise. The instructions were clear, no issues whatsoever during the stay (the security guards were thorough but very nice and it added an increased sense of safety). Highly recommended.

Didn't want to leave so we booked this for 3 more days

We stayed at two different units this year because we enjoy High Pointe so much. Years ago we stayed in this unit and I was very impressed with the upgrades to it. The unit is very well stocked with kitchen pots pans dishes and appliances. All well organized and labelled making it easier to find what you needed to cook. The furniture was in excellent shape and very well cared for. The view is better now because some major landscaping has been done. We made the decision to book this unit the day before we had to vacate another one so some of the communication with the property management was hindered. Otherwise it was OK.

Nice unit, nice resort, nice area

Check-in was easy. The condo was nicely decorated and in good, clean condition. We did have ants in the kitchen (loved the margarita machine we brought) and main bedroom (loved a purse on the floor). WiFi worked fine. The fridge ice maker made enough ice for all our frozen drinks but not enough to refill coolers - we brought freezer packs for that. It has a nice view of the pool and ok view of the ocean. It's on the same side of the pool as the pool pumps/salt cells so the whine from those isn't ideal when you're hoping for quiet on the balcony. The windows were covered with salt spray so you need to step out on the balcony to get a clear view. I did not like the route we had to walk to the pool or beach. You have to go to the back of the building (away from the pool), down the elevator, around the building through the parking lot on either side to get to a path that leads to the pool. There is no way through the front of the building on the pool side. All the non-oceanfront units are like that, not just this one. I would recommend a bottom floor unit so you can go out your patio door directly toward the pool and beach, although you wouldn't have as nice a view. I really liked the bar/restaurant between the pool and beach. That worked great for both. From this resort, it's a short walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping, treats, etc. Along 30A sidewalks in both directions there were lots of people walking, running, biking, dressed up for parties and dinners, etc.

Great stay at Highpoint

This property was absolutely perfect for us - lovely sea view from the balcony and a very short walk to the beach. The condo was impeccably clean and well equipped. It was our first visit to Rosemary Beach - we'll be back!

Great condo and location!

Great condo, spacious and luxurious. Location fabulous within walking distance to rosemary and the beach. The king bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in!!

Great for families

A great unit for a family with small children. The biggest downside is just all of the stairs to the beach, which can’t really be avoided on 30a! We had an issue with the drain in one bathroom but it was quickly resolved. The ac unit was loud but it didn’t both us too much! High pointe is in an ideal and super walkable location!

Loved the property

Unfortunately the Midwest weather followed us to Florida, so it wasn’t as warm as we hoped. But, we walked on the beach every day, enjoyed 2 farmer’s markets as well as the people we met & the seafood we ate! I’m doing Keto so we loved having a fridge/ kitchen for food prep for me & the non-keto yummies for him. The view was amazing. We had no maintenance issues on our trip; questions we had on arrival & leaving were handled quickly & kindly.

Loved it

Location is perfect and having lagoon pool and crabby Steve's is a plus . I would suggest you tell renters you don't provide check in info until 1 hour before. I was in the dark and that caused some anxiety wondering when info was going to be sent.

Awesome location

The convenience of the beach, shopping and Restaurants is the best feature. I would say our condo needs updating. Kitchen and baths need a facelift to compete with others. Cabinets do not shut and toilet is low in one bath But the concept is fabulous and we would return to another unit.
