Stunning property. It’s exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for everyone! Nice separation for bedrooms. LOVED the pool area. Lots of floaties and toys in the closet outside, wish we would have found it sooner!! Perfect location on island.

Denton/Belbot Family Spring Break, 2025

The house was perfect for our group. My wife and I; 6 of our adult children, with 3 of their significant others; and 3 grandkids. We enjoyed the pool with a hottub on a canal for our tritoon rental; we had a couple of golf carts. Everybody had a great time.

Wonderful stay

We had the best time at Serenity Beach. The house is beautiful. Rooms are lovely and big, pool area is fabulous, location was amazing and it made the holiday to have manatees come up to the dock. We had a boat too so the dock was fabulous. Could do with some cushions for the sunbeds as they are very hard and get super hot. Had everything we needed in garage such as beach chairs, umbrella and carts. Overall 10/10. Also excellant service from AMI Locals.

Would have liked the home set up before we came . We had to figure out seating cushions etc any we never got the tv by the pool to work . Other than that great house / great location .

This property was a winner!

We were overall very happy with the property. We loved the pool and all the outdoor seating! The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. (An ice machine would be a great add). We learned the dishwasher wasn't washing properly - but once we notified the management company a repairman was there the same day. A few negatives - The floors were a little squeaky and we had a few door knobs that were loose. The air couldn't be set any lower than 71 (We are all used to lower temperatures at night time.) The only box fan wasn't functioning, but thankfully there were ceiling fans. The location was a short walking distance (could use some newer beach chairs - and bicycles would have been a great add. All in all this home worked well for the four couples and we had a fantastic time.

Anna Maria getaway

Great pre Christmas trip! There is possibly no better backyard than at this home! The pool area is like it’s own resort pool. The house is huge and clean but could use a few upgrades. The master bed was not very comfy and the bedding seemed worn. The small appliances toaster and coffee maker were really cheap for such a nice house. You can never go wrong with Anna Maria and this house is close to everything including the best sunsets you can find!!

Third summer in this house!

This house has been perfect for our family for three summers now. Excellent layout, beautiful furnishings, close to the beach, great pool! Always clean. This year we missed the sectional that use to be in the living room, but the new couches were comfortable too. Hoping to go back again!

Family Getaway

The Serenity Beach Home was a great house, beautifully decorated, in a fantastic location on a beautiful island. We have stayed in various homes on Anna Maria and this was truly the most family friendly. It is decorated both comfortably and yet beautifully. The bedrooms are all comfortable, the kitchen has a great layout for multiple people to cook at the same time. I love how many areas open to the outside. Between multiple windows and doors the house is bright and cheerful. It's a great house for couples as it has four bedrooms with king size beds. The fifth bedroom has three twins and shares a bath with one of the king rooms. There is also a room right off the family room with a day bed with trundle. Plenty of space. The pool area is fantastic and when we were having a problem with the heat someone from AMI was there in minutes. We walked to restaurants and stores with ease. I suggest also renting a golf cart if there for ease of getting around the island and also because it is easier to find a space that fits a golf cart than a car when shopping or dining at high traffic times. There is a dock on the canal and friends came in from St. Petersburg by boat so the dock was truly a wonderful feature for us. The only negative (and it does not come close to touching the positives) is that the house feels like a rental. As if there are no owners that stay there to check the little things. It was obvious that the people that stayed before us had moved some of the outdoor furniture around so it was a mix and match on all levels of the patios and decks, We tried to straighten it out knowing this would be a lot of carrying for the housekeeper on her own. You can tell that renters have left things behind and they get incorporated into the decor. The furniture in some areas was a bit worn or stained (dining room chairs, outdoor cushions). None of these things seem out of character for a rental but sometimes when an owner is there more frequently the house feels a bit more like a home. Overall, this is a home I would absolutely come back to visit again and again!!!

Lovely back yard. Well appointed seating in and out. Charming decor inside..

Well maintained, home stayed cool, pool was clean and numerous places to relax. However, the only 3 pans in the draw were disgusting with food & rust on them. Not good to find when you go to cook breakfast and cannot. Steve at AMI took excellent care of us as soon as we told him. Back with new pans in 7 minutes!! Couches are exceptionally comfortable sadly the beds were not. Showers are wonderful with excellent pressure. Plenty of lovely nooks to nap and a wonderful view of canal. I would highly recommend this rental. For the foodies! Must give 5 stars to Island Grill....THE BEST takeout food we have ever had! For those that rise early for breakfast..not many places open early so plan to cook or try Rod & Reel!!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed 4 short days at Anna maria Island. First time there and we loved everything about it!! Publix is located very conveniently, beach is only 2-3 blocks away. the house has everything you might need and it was beautiful. Pristine clean, the pool has all the gadgets for kids, TVs with netflix, great wifi for teenagers. We loved it and look forward to go back!! thanks Andrea for all the details. We highly recommend it

Perfect Beach House

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Serenity Beach House. The property is very well furnished and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed fishing off the dock and enjoying the pool/spa. The hot tub was nice and HOT on those cool nights! We even had a heron visitor come check on us every day which the kids loved. Ashley was very responsive in communicating prior to check in and we very much appreciated her help! We will 100% come back. Loved this home!

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean! The swimming pool was so relaxing and the location was perfect.... a short walk to the Ocean and spending some quality time on the beautiful sandy beach, watching the waves roll in! I give this home a 5 Star rateing!! Beautiful inside and out!!! The home was spotlessly clean and the property was very well maintained. I would recomment this home to anyone who might be considering renting .....we loved our stay and were very pleased with all the accomadations.

The Perfect Vaction

This property is spectacular! My family and had the absolute best time making forever memories here. There was more than enough room for our large group and we loved that there was room upstairs, as well as down stairs (shaded) for us to gather. Restaurants and beaches are walking distance too! We can't wait to stay again!

Amazing House, Excellent Service!

This home has it all! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating inside & out, spacious bedrooms, separate areas for kids & adults, clean, well-maintained, spacious kitchen that is fully stocked, large patio area (plenty of shade & sunning areas) and a quick walk to Pine Avenue for shopping, dining, etc. My favorite part was that it is on a canal, so we were able to enjoy going out on the boat during our stay. This is the perfect home for a family gathering, our family of 14 had a wonderful time together but also felt like we had our own space. Ashley was fantastic! She was very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire booking process & during our stay. I highly recommend this home & AMI Locals!!!
