A solo una cuadra hacia el sur, una de las playas de arena más grandes de los alrededores, así como la bahía de Alamitos al este o una cuadra al norte, es popular en 2nd Street, con todas sus tiendas, restaurantes y pubs.
Esta cómoda casa alberga 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, gran chimenea de leña, terraza privada en la parte trasera y un patio en el frente. Lavadora y secadora también están disponibles para sus necesidades de lavandería.

The property had everything a person would need. Kitchen completely equipped, regular towels and beach towels. All the bottled water you could drink, washer and dryer, packages of paper towels and toilet paper. The list goes on and on. My wife and I had a wonderful stay.

Great beach getaway

The place was well stocked, great location, and Greg is a terrific host. The front patio was the perfect place for a BBQ and a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee in the morning. Looking forward to another future stay!

A Gem in Long Beach!

The property was exactly as described and more! Perfect location on quiet street just 2 blocks from the beach. Shops and good spots to eat in walking distance. The house was well-laid out for 800 sq ft. Patios out front and back makes the space even larger. Well-appointed kitchen and great shower! Will definitely stay again!

Best place we’ve stayed!

We had a fantastic stay at the house! The property was beautifully furnished and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed — including beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants on 2nd Street. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a perfect beach getaway.

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay in Belmont Shore was perfect. This rental is exactly as stated in the listing. It was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches. The location is convenient to the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! Would highly recommend this rental.

Loved this charming cottage!

If you love charming, quiet, walkable Belmont Shores you will love this cottage! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and to dozens of pubs and restaurants. We really liked walking thru the neighborhood to see Christmas lights. The weather prevented us from enjoying the outside, but we hope to come back when the weather is better.

Long Beach

Just the right size for two people. Need, clean, lots of tv options, games and books. Fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. We did not use the front patio as it was too warm. The back patio off of one bedroom was really cute but definitely could have benefited from a good cleaning.for real loungability. The host was available by phone and very accommodating. We would definitely choose this place again.

Baseball Trip

My son and I came out for his baseball tournament. The house was perfect! Location, amenities etc. I especially enjoyed the patio… coffee in the morning, glass of wine in evening. We would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Long Beach area!

Gem property in the heart of Belmont Shores

What an absolute gem of a property! Perfect location to walk and explore the beaches or the shops. Quiet area with a ton of really great food options! The house was perfect for my wife and I and Greg was very easy to work with and accommodating to our changing schedule. I can’t recommend this property enough. Come enjoy Long Beach and fall in love with the Belmont Shore.

Wonderful beach vacation

Loved my 2 weeks here. A block from the beach with its paved walking/running and biking paths, and a block in the other direction to bustling 2nd St. with restaurants, bakeries! and coffee offerings. No AC but in early August I didn't miss it, with the cool sea breezes and lots of ceiling fans. Very well appointed, I can't think of a single negative.

Location!

Greg, thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great stay! The location is perfect! Block and a half from the beach and block and a half (opposite direction from beach) restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Everything was walkable which was great. Enjoyed the beautiful beach with lots of sailboats and wind/kite surfing. The house included everything you could need from toiletries, first aid, beach chairs & towels, sunscreen, hairdryer and so much more. Enjoyed sipping our coffee and wine on the front patio. The little backyard oasis is cute too! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if ever back in Long Beach!!

Perfect little place

I loved this little house. A block and a half away from the beach, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, it was so convenient to everything Long Beach related. Family base camp

I rented the house in my old neighborhood. One brother stayed 2 days. Other brother stayed 2days. Friend stayed 2 days . We ate take out and snacks...watched movies ,rode bikes and walked into town many times. The shower was great and the porches. Thanks

Excellent Weeklong Stay

This house was one of the cleanest and definitely the most well-stocked that I've ever rented. Many above-and-beyond supplies were provided (and greatly appreciated), ranging from bottled water and coffee pods, to dish and laundry detergent. Communication with Greg was easy. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front patio. Multiple beaches, along with many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

Fabulous get-away!

My adult daughter and I spent four days here and had a FABULOUS time! The location couldn't be better - 2 blks from the beach, 2 from ample coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and drug store. House is really lovely, front patio is delightful! Couldn't recommend more highly!
