Bienvenido a Wave a Wand, una nueva y elegante casa de campo de un dormitorio en el primer bloque de Savannah Street. Wave a Wand es dos veces el tamaño de la mayoría de las casas de huéspedes en Seaside.

Wave a Wand tiene un lugar de estacionamiento privado designado, un estante para bicicletas y una plataforma de madera que pasa por una hilera de azaleas en flor hasta el acogedor porche delantero amueblado. Al entrar, se nota la elegante y cómoda sala de estar con muebles de lujo y un televisor de pantalla grande, con capacidad de TiVo. Al otro lado de la sala de estar abierta hay una cocina contemporánea completa con una isla central y asientos de bar. Junto a la cocina hay un comedor rodeado de ventanas que permite la entrada de luz natural.

El primer piso también alberga una despensa separada, gabinetes de cocina personalizados, complementos personalizados y un medio baño para los huéspedes. En el segundo piso hay un dormitorio principal con puertas dobles que dan a un balcón privado y su propio baño principal de lujo. El magnífico baño principal tiene una ducha de vidrio empotrado, paredes de mármol, ventanas con luz natural y un grifo de ducha de lluvia. El balcón de la reina da a un dosel de árboles y es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana o un lugar para escapar con un libro de la tarde.

Del porche delantero hay una salida privada a un sendero de arena que conduce a la playa. Desde su construcción contemporánea, su diseño espacioso y sus lujosos muebles, Wave a Wand es un escape verdaderamente mágico para dos. * No niños por favor.

Perfect Place!

This place is perfect in every way. Just a short, easy walk to the beach and seaside restaurants. Lovely neighborhood and a great place to walk or ride bikes. The stay is just as good as shown in the pictures if not, better. Beautiful and clean inside with a lovely welcome package waiting for us.

The only thing that we did not like was the rock hard bed that was provided. It made our bodies hurt and the owners should really consider getting a medium firm bed to better accommodate for the vast majority of people.

Spacious downstairs with kitchen and living area. Smart television downstairs and upstairs. Convenient half bath downstairs and two full baths upstairs. It was very quiet in the back and just the squirrels were chatting. We will book this cottage again.

I especially appreciate the kitchen and all the amenities it had. Nothing was required and there is plenty of room to cook if that is your desire. Also, the extra full bathroom was an added benefit! So close to Seaside activites and walking distance to anything you might want to do there. The beach was beautiful and the short walk to get to it was great! We had a most enjoyable time. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a little bit larger cottage.

The inside was spacious with 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer plus it has a full size refrigerator. It had two small outdoor areas and was very close to the beach. The only problem we had was the WI-FI connection was poor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This guest cottage is newer construction and a large space. It was accommodating yet could be improved. For it to have a full kitchen the supply of kitchen tools was inadequate and the blender sub par. The bedroom linens were not the quality I would expect, maybe they were minimized due to covid precautions, but I have slept on better linens in a hospital. One of the things we look for when selecting a cottage is for amenities like a washer/dryer. The dryer stopped working on our 2nd day, the maintenance/repair folks continued to disturb our stay even after we asked to just be left alone. Homeowner's Collection did make arrangements for us to dry the wet clothes at another cottage, which was an okay solution. For it to be newer construction there could have been more thoughtful design and things like USB receptacles would have been a nice addition, along with some patio furniture on the upstairs patio.

Almost Paradise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wave-a-Wand is a beautiful property in a perfect location. We were in love the minute we stepped in the door. But a cockroach encounter the first night was disturbing. We thought it was a onetime occurrence, but the next morning another appeared in a different location. And so it continued. They were both the small and large types and made their appearance upstairs and downstairs. Hopefully, it has been remedied as we had several discussions with the management company who seemed to think it was not a big deal. But, as beautiful as it is, we would not return.

We’ve rented other homes before and this one definitely provided the majority of what creates the comfort of home away from home. We stay in quite a bit for meals at the beach (don’t want to miss a minute of that gorgeous sand and ocean) and loved the kitchen and storage in the pantry. It has been our favorite rental so far! The dryer wasn’t working while we were there and we’d like to make sure it is before booking again. A washer/dryer while at the beach is a must for me.

We normally stay a little more tucked back into Seaside, but loved how it was just steps to both the town square and beach access. We also loved the white, clean crisp ambiance of the decor and will definitely be back.
