S'more es la casa de huéspedes de la casa principal, nunca suficiente, ubicada en la calle de la playa y presentada en Designing for Small Homes. La casa ha sido recientemente renovado por completo. El primer piso tiene una combinación de comedor / sala de estar con un sofá cama doble y acceso a una pequeña terraza, una cocina eficiente, lavadora y secadora, y un medio baño. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here over the long Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The location is perfect to spend time at the beach, explore Seaside and neighboring communities. Our 8yo daughter slept on the pullout chair and we enjoyed the upstairs. The staff was very responsive and helpful and the free bikes made it so that we never had to use our car.

The place is perfect to be so close the ocean without a beach front house. It is also very close to the main events, food and shopping at Seaside. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of this tiny house. The house is listed as sleeping for 3, I would only consider 2. As another review stated it is very hard to open the suitcase in the bedroom. The house was very clean and enough supplies for the two of us for the whole week. It is also very quiet around the area easy to sleep. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.

The cottage was beautifully maintained. When we first arrived, it took a minute to find since we didn't realize it was behind the main house. There are few codes that you are given with instructions--it just took a quick rereading of those instructions to figure out which code was for the cottage. The house was equipped with everything we needed and is just a quick walk across the street to the beach and downtown seaside. Everything was very clean and enough linens and toiletries were provided for the extent of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well while we were there. The Homeowner's Collection was responsive and had someone drop by to welcome us. This is a great little place a couple to stay!

Best location ever - close to beach, close Seaside center of town, close to restaurants. Cottage was exceptionally clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished. Not a huge space but plenty for the two of us - and the extra (albeit tiny) half bath on the first level was great. The entire cottage was bright and sunny, yet felt very private. The property management company was also superb; came to check on us when we arrived and was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this cottage. We hated to leave!

Charming cottage/excellent location

We loved staying at S’more! It’s a charming little cottage with everything you need. Location can’t be beat—right across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the central square. We would love to go back!

This is the perfect place for two people to stay for a relatively quick trip to Seaside. You cannot beat the location. It's on a quiet street, yet so close to the beach and the center of the town. And the property is so well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

More time at S'more please!

This property and location are outstanding. Beautiful cottage, clean and well appointed. We love Seaside and this house was perfect for my wife and I. You could bring one more person with you (a double pullout couch) or two smaller kids.
