At Seasuite, you have a private beach escape for four close to all things Seaside, Florida. This newer construction guest cottage has been thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout. The first floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent marble bathroom. The bathroom has a marble single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The queen has built-in shelves for storage, a small closet, a nightstand, and its own mounted flat-screen TV.

The second floor features the living room and a modern kitchenette with gorgeous glass tile inlaid countertops and a two-drawer fridge (the kitchenette does not have a freezer). The living room has designer furnishings throughout, a smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Juliette balcony overlooking 30A and the treetop views. Other bonuses include a stackable washer and dryer unit and an outdoor shower located to the left of the front door.
