Sentirás que has descubierto "El Jardín Secreto" cuando te quedas en esta casa. Esta casa de dos pisos está ubicada en la privacidad de un área bellamente ajardinada de Smolian Circle, convenientemente ubicada cerca de la Plaza Central y la playa de arena blanca y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo. Al ingresar al espacioso vestíbulo, encontrará los dos dormitorios ubicados en el primer piso. La habitación doble tiene un baño privado con ducha solamente. El rey dormitorio también tiene un baño privado con ducha y bañera combo. Lavadora y secadora también se encuentra en el primer piso. Diríjase hacia la espaciosa sala de estar, donde encontrará la cocina y la sala de estar, con un sofá cama y un comedor para cuatro. Hay una terraza en el vestíbulo para disfrutar de un café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, with a few minor needs that probably are part of summer wear and tear. Rugs need a cleaning and walls can use some magic eraser and minor dry wall repair. The washer dryer unit works fine but seems to be unbalanced and really squeaky and wobbly when it’s running. Location is amazing!

It's actually been upgraded a little from the photos. We enjoyed our stay in Seaside. This cottage is in the perfect location. We enjoyed riding bikes everywhere or simply walking. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in the evenings. Even though the cottage is close to all things, it's very quiet and peaceful in the evenings.

I said yes to the address!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our summer beach trip was already planned for ‘23 to Belize. I’d told the kids we’d skip on Seaside. After a little arm twisting I told them if I could find a nice home friendly on the budget we’d sneak a trip early summer to Seaside. I found myself missing it too. I always use Homeowner’s Collection website and narrowed it down to a few. This home seemed to good still be available so I actually phoned the office to make sure it wasn’t a click trick. When assured it was precious I booked it. And dollar for dollar it’s one of our favorites overall in Seaside. Location A+! The reserved parking spot I worried every time we left it’d be gone, but it was always there upon our return. We could walk to the square in less than a minute by street or two minutes through the gardens. Inside the home the beds are real actual quality mattresses. We slept great which is rare for me. The layout is very good, but a half bath upstairs would have made it great. Or even access to one of the two bathrooms from the hallway so you didn’t have to interrupt people in the bedroom if you were the guest on the pullout upstairs (my young 6ft son had that privilege and he said it was good). The build of the house is quality, and if you’ve stayed in many there you know some are not quite to par. Furnishings were sturdy and fashionable. Air conditioning handled the load, we like to sleep at 68 or below. Fans all worked and didn’t sound like my 77 Bronco warming up. Besides a 1/2 bath upstairs, we didn’t have any negatives about the home. Plenty of quality linens and towels. All the needed kitchen items. Be aware you walk out the entry door to a private pool for the home next door, which was a little hard for my youngest to understand why she couldn’t just jump right in. Overall very very pleased. I respect the owners for pricing it fairly for the size of the home, and I hope renters respect it in return so

Another excellent stay at a Vrbo property and we had the best time. The cute abode was immaculately clean and nicely appointed. We really enjoyed how close to the beach we were as it was within walking distance. All the nice shops and casual restaurants were close as well. Just a 2-5 minute walk away...The home itself was very quaint and perfect accomodations for 2+ travelers.

Only note is if you have young children , there is not a bathtub (the description and pictures accurately show this) and the sinks are too high for little ones to wash hands so a foldable step stool would be great . The very best location!

We have little kids, so being in walking distance to not only the green, but also the beach, was a huge convenience. We had some issues with the dryer, but the management company was very prompt in communication and followed through until the issue was resolved. The only upgrade I would have loved to see were the TVs - they were mall and not smart TVs. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The entrance to the house is in the back, so even though it's on a main street for parking, it was very quiet and felt private. Overall, we would definitely stay there again based on location alone.

Perfect for Us with our 2 Teens

This was our first trip to Seaside and won’t be our last!The bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for our 16 y/o daughter and her friend. They had their own full bathroom and we all enjoyed them having their own space. The upstairs was a perfect size for us to have breakfast together or sit and watch a little TV and visit before calling it s a night. The location of this rental was perfect! We parked in the designated area for the rental and walked all week to the beach, square, restaurants, pools, park...everywhere.The included access to the beach, pools and two bikes made the stay that much better.The ability to text the rental agency and get a prompt reply about ANYTHING (including pool towel questions) was also amazing. Great customer service!

Quaint carriage house suited our group of 6 just fine. Location central to the hub of Seaside - so close to the hub and beach that our teens never even used their rented bikes. Kitchen adequately appointed with all dishes and appliances.

This apartment is located in the heart of seaside and has easy access for you to walk or also ride bike everywhere. The cleanliness and aspect was incredible. So well equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a parking spot so you can always get one on busy seasons. We did not like the position of the king bed since you can see into the master from the front door, but if you keep the door closed it is fine. And the living space for watching TV is small for 5 people. Otherwise it is a terrific place to stay and you cannot beat the price!! And the HC was always available for anything you need!! So so helpful!!
