Beach Life: Gulf front Florida Cottage with gorgeous views!
Sitting directly on the white sand of Holmes Beach, Beach Life is a show-stopper. This rental is a beachfront home that offers guests a true “old-Florida” feel in its eccentric aesthetic and décor. With room for four and a private pool, you and your friends and family simply can’t get a more fun Florida feel than Beach Life At The Pointe!
When you arrive at Beach Life At the Pointe, there are several things you’ll first notice – the bright colors of the rental, the large “backyard” area, and of course, the fact that it sits literally on the beach. As an added bonus, a private heated pool and hot tub have been added in late 2023
When you walk into the home’s common living area, you’ll see the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen is updated with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a lovely breakfast bar. The living room is large and features a large blue sectional couch and extra armchair, both of which sit on top of unique, tropical wood flooring. The dining room is just across from the living room and offers guests a large dining table with seating for six. There is an additional dining space in the home with a natural wood dining table and chairs for six.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be a non-aggressive breed and well-trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
Parking Spaces: Pull all the way next to the house where signs indicate. Leave driveway clear at all times.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
"You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
