It's a A small, cozy and welcoming private studio, thoughtfully converted from a former garage into a comfortable and functional guest space.

The studio features two small bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a cozy living area, along with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV with Netflix and YouTube.

Although compact, the studio is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The entrance opens onto a small shared garden area that serves as the property's access walkway, offering a pleasant view of greenery as you arrive.

The nearest beach is approximately a 12-minute drive away.

▪︎There is a drugstore, a fruit store, a covenient store, laundry, a bakery, some restaurants and Tacos around the block.
▪︎And there is a shopping mall 1 Block and a half, with a Walmart, a movie theater, and other nice stores as well.
▪︎The bus and taxi stop are in the corner!
▪︎The Beach is only 12 minutes away by car.
