Enjoy the peace and quiet just 10 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Access to public transport is 3 blocks away.
Historic Parque Hidalgo and Hotel Rosita are a mere few blocks away, as well as the local downtown beach.
This cozy studio is fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a fridge. There is a queen size bed and it has its own private bathroom.
The view from this third floor studio is great. Step outside and enjoy beautiful sunsets or just relax listening to the water stream running a few yards away.

Everything was nice and clean. Accurate. Host was responsive. On a very steep hill tho. Very hard to walk anywhere.

Would staycome back.

We love the neigborhood. Very easy and pleasant communication with the host. Great studio three blocks from the beach a bit up the hill with everything you need. Great otdoor terrace. Malecon, shops, supermarket, restaurants are in the walking distanse.Would definetely recomend for singles and couples.

Just Right

This studio is great for affordability and location. I do advice that it is 3 steep streets to climb, it you intend to walk up from the main drag. Good for young single person or couples. The people in the neighborhood are friendly.

My wife & I spent two weeks at the studio. Eduardo was promp to respond to questions leading up to our stay. Once at the property, Francisco (Eduardo's brother) was an excellent host. He was courteous and friendly. He was attentive to messages and phone calls. We will definitely book this property again.again.

Wonderful stay

The apartment is basic but what do you need when you are mostly outside. Basic but with everything we could need. The bed wasn't too firm and very comfortable for us. The evenings can be a bit noisy but never too late. It was clean and the host always asking how he could help. And he did graciously. It is at the end of a very steep hill, so you need good legs if you don't want to pay a taxi all the time. Also you need good shoes as the streets around are in cobbler stones. We loved the exercise, so no problem with us. We loved to be so close to downtown and all the little shops and the Malecon. We will be back.

Nice people nice accommodation. Very secure. You need to walk through a tiny food shop with friendly people. They are there late mornings to 5 pm and closed on Sunday. Always have food available at good price. The hill to walk up and down can be challenging for some people but a real stair master workout for others! To walk to local beach very close to walk to Los muertos beach it is over 2 km. I went to beach and back home then to bars and back is over 20000 steps. Outdoor space is large and there is a nice view of other properties and the ocean. Communication was excellent.

Amazing sunsets, fantastic host!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 weeks and had an amazing time. The apartment has everything you would need. The AC worked great. The wifi is strong and we were able to work and maintain daily work interactions with no issues. The apartment is clean and well taken care of. We had access to laundry. The sunsets off the patio were one of our favorite evening pastimes. The tenants ( Mary and Rafael) in the garage run a fantastic little cocina, which we ate at almost daily. Walking distance to all of the attractions but in a quiet mexican neighborhood. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are kind and helpful. The apartment is located at the top of a large hill. Be prepared to get a little work out. My husband and I are late 40’s- early 50’s reasonably active and had NO troubles walking up to the apartment. We did frequently use Uber when we had groceries and water to carry. Ubers were so cheap and took us right to our door and was no problem. Francisco and his brother Edwardo are amazing hosts and great communicators.I would absolutely stay here again, I would encourage my friends and family to stay here and enjoy a truly magical experience.
