Beautiful house, great location

Loved our stay at Coral Cottage. We had two families of four, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax on their own or hang out all together. The wraparound porch was the perfect place to have coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood was picture perfect, with people riding bikes and going for walks. There's a pool just across the street from the house, and the Watercolor Beach Club is less than a 10-minute golf cart ride away. Seaside is a quick drive, too. The house was well stocked with everything we needed - plates, cookware, utensils, appliances. You'll probably need extra paper towels, trash bags and other consumables, but everything else was there. (There's a Publix right around the corner, which was very convenient for things we forgot.) Would definitely stay here again.

Watercolor is wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our first trip to Watercolor. The golf cart was convenient for the ride to the beach club & camp watercolor. We loved seaside & exploring Rosemary beach. Highly recommend checking out Coastside 30A for live music. One thing to note about this house- they do not have any spices (no salt or pepper), olive oil or any other cooking essentials. So when you do your first grocery trip, make sure to grab those. We only had 1 dish towel & we could have used a couple more. The wrap around porch is quiet & perfect for card games or relaxing. Watercolor is an incredible place for kids & is so clean!!! Property management was quick to respond to any issues, and even let us in a few hours early which we appreciated!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Watercolor and we were blown away! The house is absolutely gorgeous. I am a neat freak with very high standards for cleanliness and I was very comfortable here. The bedrooms in this house are huge. Aside from the bunk room, every bedroom is Master Bedroom size. There is an outside closet full of beach toys and chairs - so nice to not have to bring any of that from home. The house also came with a golf cart that we used daily. We didn't realize how fun the golf cart would be, especially for the kids. It's a must-have for a Watercolor trip and I'm so grateful the house provided one so we didn't have to rent. Another thing we really enjoyed was the big covered porch. There is plenty of outdoor seating and we spent a lot of time out here relaxing. The house came with 4 bikes which we used every day. They really thought of everything and more in this home and we were extremely comfortable and relaxed here the whole time. The Watercolor neighborhood is incredible. The dragonfly pool just around the corner was a nice quiet place to swim and there were usually only a couple of people there every time we went. Camp watercolor was an easy 5 minute bike ride with waterslides and a lazy river. The beach club was about 10 minutes away on the bike and has 3 pools and places to get food. Everything in this neighborhood is pristinely taken care of and beautiful. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us on this trip and they are still raving about how amazing it all was, and our kids said this was even better than Disney World! Exclusive 30A provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and we would 100% stay in this house again. We have been all over 30A and Watercolor is our new favorite. We were planning the next trip before we even got home. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!!

Amazing porch!

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor! The house was perfect. The screened in wrap-around porch was were we all seemed to gather most of the time. The rooms are very spacious and we had everything we needed for the time we were there. We didn’t have any issues but the few times we had a question we received a response within minutes. Highly recommend!

Love the Watercolor Community

The Watercolor community was everything we wanted and needed for our family. Beach access, pools and a grocery store were all a golf cart ride away. We tried going to Alys and Rosemary beaches but didn’t like it as much as Seaside and Watercolor. We hope to come back again!

Annual Family Beach Week

This was the second year our kids and grands chose to spend our beach week together at Coral Cottage, and we absolutely loved it! Interior spaces are spacious and clean with beautiful appointments with everything our family of 12 needed. The wrap-around screened porch was a favorite escape for us all, and we spent many lazy hours there. The ease of using the golf cart and / or bicycles to get around (beach and Camp Watercolor) only enhanced our enjoyment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation and the house was the perfect amount of space. It was spotless when we arrived and felt very clean. We did have some issues with the internet/wifi which was very slow or didn’t work half the time and the golf cart, while a huge perk, really was on its last leg. Also, and this is a small thing, the tip of the iron was broken which I didn’t notice until it left pulls and tears on my dress. Those are small things compared to the house though which was great! The location is further back in watercolor but still only a quick cart ride to the beach and other amenities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay but think mgmt should address the other small issues.

Perfect spot for us!

Great vacation home location! Close to everything we wanted to do! We were able to bike or go for a golf cart ride to most everything we wanted to do. Beautiful house with nice beds and linens… beautifully decorated. Cleanliness throughout the home was just okay, especially in the kitchen. Hoping that it was a housekeeping “fluke” because we plan to come back in the future! Property Management did stop by upon being notified and apologized. Otherwise, we had a really great time!

Had a really Great Time! Location fit our neeeds. Access to the Golf cart was key. The property was fine. The pictures were taken awhile back and property shows some wear.. Nothing that should not be too unexpected over time. Very much enjoyed the time !

The house had more than enough room for us and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house even has a very nice brand new grill (as well as any grilling tools needing, even a probe thermometer). There is plenty of comfortable seating both in the living room as well as the outdoor living areas. The beds were extremely comfortable. Access to all of the Watercolor amenities was easy with the provided golf cart. As an added bonus, there were also beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella provided (although the beach chairs were not in great shape). We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very well organized with labels for dishes and pantry items. The beach toys in the outside closet were a plus! The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach club each day and restaurants in Watercolor. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of Watercolor and would love to come back. The rental company was great to deal with. We had several questions and they responded quickly and professionally!

Annual Seaside vacation

We have stayed in this neighborhood for 7 years. This was my least favorite house. Too small for our needs , kitchen, living area, outdoor seating. I will search more next year.
