Quintaesencia de la acuarela Beach Cottage

Exquisitamente decorado y mantienen en perfecto estado de tres dormitorios, cuatro baños casa en un callejón sin salida en la acuarela. La casa cuenta con un enorme gran sala que se abre hacia la parte delantera porche perfecto para el entretenimiento, una cocina muy bien equipada gourmet, principal en la planta principal, que se abre a un porche para dormir, cuarto de lavado completo, y dos dormitorios con cuartos de baño completo en planta alta. Hay dos sofá sofás en la sala grande y una ducha al aire libre. Ningún detalle ha sido pasar por alto en esta fantástica casa que frentes un parque privado como espacio verde ideal para los deportes de césped familia, bebiendo cócteles, leer o hacer picnic familiar.

Acogedora hasta la chimenea de leña en los meses de invierno o abrir las puertas francesas en toda la casa y disfrutar de la hermosa calidez de la brisa del golfo mayor parte del año. Cerca de todo y en el corazón de la estación de la acuarela sin embargo, situado en un callejón sin salida privado.

Realmente te dan lo mejor de ambos mundos!

Great location. Located on small quiet side street. House was well equipped and well taken care of. Master bed was super comfortable. Going to go home and buy myself the same mattress! Only downside was only one set of towels in each bathroom other than master which had two. Highly recommend staying at this house for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Family Vacay 2025

The owner Eddie was very responsive and helped us from the moment we got there. The house is in the perfect location in the watercolor community. Beach access was easy and the kids had a pool to swim in after the beach. We love Seaside!

Perfect for family

First of all this house is gorgeous!We were in town for my nephews wedding.Our host did an amazing job making sure we got we received the check in information.The house was spotless and well maintained.All basic household needs and paper goods supplied.Lots of serving plates,dishes and cutlery.The porch swings were a peaceful place to enjoy my morning coffee and to visit with family in the evening.Plenty of places for everyone to retreat. We had never visited Watercolor before and lived all the amenities included with our rental.

Overall good house

The house was clean and adequately stocked with all the things you need for a fun comfortable vacation. Our main complaint is that we couldn’t get the TV to work in the living room and had to share a remote with the main bedroom and could only watch our streaming platforms, no live TV/cable. This probably wouldn’t have bothered us much except the elite 8 games were on and we weren’t able to watch them in the living room. In addition, the dish washer and the washing machine and dryer were on the small side for a house that sleeps 10. But overall the positives outweigh the small negatives and I would stay at this house again!

Lovely home in great little neighborhood

This house had way more room than we needed for three of us. Beautifully appointed, we really enjoyed it. The grassy area out front was perfect for teens to play various sports.

Highly recommend this house

We stay in Watercolor every year and this owner was very responsive. House was great and in a perfect location with a beautiful courtyard for the kids to play in the front. We will definitely be coming back for another stay here.

Another great stay

This was our second time to stay at this property for our annual family beach vacation. This home is perfect for our family of six. Location is great, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The property owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again next time we return to Watercolor!

Private and relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I have stayed at many Watercolor properties. This one was on a private street across from a green space, so no cars at all coming in front of the house. All parking is in back. Only suggestions I would make would be to move the swing bed to the front porch as it is not used in its current location, and put a keypad entry on the back door since that is where you park. Overall great stay and we’d use this property again.

Beautiful, clean home! Highly recommend!

Our family of six adults stayed in this gorgeous home in Watercolor and had the best time. The state of the art kitchen was a bonus, as well as the four bikes that were available for us to use throughout our stay. The owner was quick to respond when we reached out and ensured we had a great vacation. This home was furnished with all the cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags, washing detergent, and paper supplies we needed. EXCELLENT STAY!

Family Beach Trip

Our family has stayed at numerous Watercolor properties and this one is definitely the best so far. It was the perfect layout and size for our family of 5, was super clean, and had all the comforts of home. Eddie, the property owner, was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great trip! The house was perfect and just the right size. And what we didn't realize is that the layout is perfect so the people upstairs don't wake up whoever is sleeping in the master bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer are small, but no other complaints. Easy and relaxing, would stay here again. Thanks Eddie!

Destination wedding

Overall, we were pleased with the house. Very clean. The internet was very slow-almost impossible to download anything. TV in living room was tiny and very difficult to find stations to watch anything. We had to change smoke detector batteries because of beeping. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean.

Great house in Watercolor!

Our stay was wonderful! Eddie and Kimberly’s house is beautiful and the kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed. Everything was fully stocked, the house is beautifully built and communication with Eddie was easy and efficient. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! We also especially loved the big lawn area in the court in front of the house. My husband and son played lots of catch. Thank you!

Peaceful and Relaxing!

This house is located in a very nice community - it was very quite and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch and spent most of our time on it, when we weren’t at the beach. We were taken a little by surprise with the house being 2 stories though, stairs aren’t really toddler friendly, but we managed. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our vacation!!

Lovely Watercolor home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. Wonderful location, it was perfect for our kids to ride bikes and scooter around the loop as well as play out of the lawn in the evening. Another bonus is the location of the Master to the other rooms, it’s not on top of each other so it was easy for our toddler to nap while the others played.
