Ubicado en la tranquila y segura comunidad cerrada de Puerto Aventuras. Nuestro condominio junto a la piscina ofrece 2 dormitorios, 2 baños (2 camas dobles, 1 king y un futón). Hay una cocina totalmente equipada que incluye lavavajillas de acero inoxidable, microondas, anafe y refrigerador. Lavadora en la unidad y tendedero disponible.
Aire acondicionado, suministro de agua, Wifi y cable incluidos.
Patio con vistas a la tranquila piscina de agua salada. Corto paseo a la playa, restaurantes y acuario. Ubicación tranquila (lejos del entretenimiento nocturno)
Comunidad cerrada segura, familiar y llena de actividades divertidas como golf, tenis, natación con delfines y acuario.
El pueblo de Puerto Aventures tiene todo para ofrecer y la comida es fantástica. Los pases diarios están disponibles en los dos hoteles de lujo más cercanos, el hotel Omni y el hotel Dreams, si está interesado en la experiencia "todo incluido".

Family beach time!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Talia. The condo was clean and cool. The salt water pool was a blessing after long hot days of exploring the area. We enjoyed walking to the beach.

Comfortable Condo

Cozy condo in Puerto Adventuras. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the amenities provided especially the beach chairs and water.

My best friend from high school had a party at the beach Saturday night and the short walk wasn't bad. After my hot shower I crawled into bed and slept really good because I knew I was in a safe. I can't wait to book again.

Quiet and very comfortable

Great place with awesome hosts. All of the things you might need for a 2 week stay are right there. there are AC units in each bedroom plus living room and they are all very quiet - it was quite cool while i was there, so only was running one unit during hot part of the day and worked flawlessly. The location is also very quiet - as a trade off for quietness, the restaurants are a bit of a walk, but most of them deliver straight to the door via BeSmartDelivery app. The balcony overlooking the pool was really enjoyable in the mornings. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Nice, well equipped condo

This is a lovely property, perfect if you want to be a bit away from Cancun but close to other attractions and smaller towns. We used Colectivos for transportation the whole week and it worked out well. The owners are great and answer any questions promptly. We prepared several meals and we had all we needed in terms of kitchen tools and appliances plus a nice washing machine we used a few times. There is nice pool, a bit deep but this was not a problem for us as our children can swim. We had it to ourselves the whole time. Highly recommend this property for a comfortable and affordable home-like stay!

Great Stay at Casa Segundo

We are a family of six. This place was the perfect size for all of us. It was clean, the pillows and bedding were cozy (a must on vacation for a good nights sleep). All the amenities were there. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool. It was always the perfect temperature. We had a slight problem with one of the a/c units and the property manager was there right away to fix the problem. Any little issue we had was fixed promptly. The walk through the jungle path to get to the beach is about 15/20 minutes. The town of P/A is quaint and friendly (but expensive!). The beach is beautiful (but also expensive if you want a spot in the shade.) That being said, it’s no less expensive than the main strip and surrounding area in Playa del Carmen! Also if you are looking to be able to walk out your door and have access to a farmacia or taco stand this place is a little more secluded. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!!! Wonderful accommodations, clean, friendly and rent was on budget for the season.

This is a great place to stay. The owners are fantastic! There was a bit of trouble with the electricity - not the owner's fault - and they went above and beyond to accommodate us!

Fantastic place!

My husband I just returned from a 10 day stay in this condo and we loved it! Just a short 15 minute walk to the marina that is loaded with great restaurants, bars and every amenity you need. The condo location is also perfect to be able to venture outside the gate which also offers a selection of convenience and grocery stores as well as a variety of restaurants for authentic Mexican cuisine. Marcela and Janice are amazing hosts with a beautifully decorated, spacious, perfectly equipped place. We felt at home from the minute we arrived! The pool is spectacular and most days we had it all to ourselves! I would highly recommend staying here and know we will be back for sure!

Almost perfect

The location was great and secure right off the main road. The beds and linens were good. The only problems we had were that 2 of the remotes for the ac didn't work. Luckily the third one did. Also we couldn't figure out how to use the grill so we used the toaster oven instead. It was wonderful having the pool so close. We swam in it everyday!

Nice apartment in great condition

The apartment is very well equiped, the kitchenware, air conditioning, everything was in perfect order. It has a nice small- midsize pool. I made a vacation with the goal of visiting Xcaret and Xel ha and rented a car so this place was a perfect base to explore puerto aventuras and the mayan riviera. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. Without a car the apartment is a 3 min walk to some convenience stores just outside the puerto aventuras complex and a 10 to 15 min nice walk to the comercial area in puerto aventuras and the beach.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The condo is located in a quiet residential neighborhood East of the 307 highway along the Caribbean Coast. There are 4 stairs leading up to the condo. The balcony overlooks the private pool and green space. BBQ included. Public transportation and taxi stand are available a short 5-minute walk just outside the main gates. The tourist information center is a 10 min walk away. There you can rent a bike or golf cart.
If you want to enjoy the amenities at the Beach Club Resort they offer a guest day pass. This includes access to the lounge chairs, pools, and food and beverage at the hotel.
