Casa frente al lago en el hermoso lago Big Sebago

Propiedad frente al lago maravillosamente mantenida en Big Sebago Lake. Ubicado en el comienzo de Kettle Cove, esta propiedad ofrece mucho para sus necesidades de vacaciones.

Nuestra hermosa casa ofrece un magnífico muelle con vista al lago y una pintoresca zona de playa para poner a flote los kayaks y botes a pedales o construir un imaginativo castillo de arena. Disfrute de un día en el paseo marítimo o disfrute de su propio bote / bote de alquiler que puede tener un hogar para la semana en nuestro muelle (por una tarifa diaria) para que pueda disfrutar del paisaje que ofrece Big Sebago Lake. A solo un corto viaje detrás de las islas puede cenar o disfrutar de un helado en Fryes Leap General Store & Cafe. O siempre está el banco de arena cerca del Parque Estatal Sebago que permite un gran lugar de anclaje para el día. Si necesita actividades diferentes para el día, puede ir fácilmente a las zonas comerciales o lugares de interés turístico para ir como North Conway (1 hora), Bridgton (30 minutos) y Portland (45 minutos). Y si va a pasar un día lluvioso, disfrute de la comodidad de nuestro hogar.

Nuestra casa está ubicada en una calle sin salida tranquila con vecinos muy agradables y propietarios que se quedan los fines de semana en otra vivienda en la propiedad (todos los servicios son para que los disfrutes ... los propietarios no tendrán acceso a ellos). Es un camino amigable para los niños para andar en bicicleta o disfrutar de la zona de juegos con arena en el patio trasero. El pozo de herradura hará que cualquier barbacoa sea un éxito. Disfrute sentarse al aire libre en el patio o descansar en la hamaca.

Sin embargo, le gustaría disfrutar de sus vacaciones en el lago Big Sebago, nuestra casa puede ofrecerle una estancia encantadora.

Lakefront fun

We loved our stay at the lake! The location was close to Kettle Cove marina making boating a breeze. The house was spotless!

Lakehouse Getaway

Ashley and Shawn have a beautiful house with direct access to Sebago Lake. The house is well thought out and exceptionally clean. We had a great week on the lake for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us.

Fabulous Sebago getaway

Our hosts, Ashley and Shawn, have a beautiful home directly on Sebago. Ashley met us upon checkin to give us the lay of the land, which we found helpful. We enjoyed morning breakfast on the sun filled deck over the water, spent the days sunning on the dock or private beach, and evenings around the fire pit making s’mores. Home was comfortable, spotless and area offered lots of places to walk and get in your morning exercise! Would definitely rent from Shawn and Ashley again!

Beautiful Stay

This house is very clean and has country touches throughout the home. It has simple touches and is very well kept. The location is fabulous and is right down from Kettle Cove Marina. The girls had fun on the water trampoline. The dock had a ladder which made it easy to get up once swimming was over. The location of the firepit was so relaxing and the refrigerator in the gazebo made it easy to grab some cool water on those hot days. The air conditioning, throughout the home, was much needed as well. The owners were in touch with you right away if you had any questions prior to coming and it was a pleasure meeting them upon arriving. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in a trip to Sebago Lake! You will not regret it.

Week of perfection

Loved the stay at Ashley and Shawn’s home! Property had everything we could have needed. They provided all linens, everything needed for a week of cooking and grilling “at home”. Wished there were som basic seasoning/salt/pepper, but otherwise all the utensils and gadgets you need! Plenty of activities for a 3 year old and 13 year old. Amazing location with such a wonderful home-like feel right on the lake. They thought of everything and their property encourages you to stay outside as long as possible. Everything was thought of beautifully. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and we certainly would go back. My only “complaint” which isn’t really a complaint just a comment is that I didn't expected the additional charge of the “dock fee” to dock our boat for the week. I would have assumed it was included in the price of the rental especially when staying for 7 nights after all of the fees… it seemed to me that the benefit of having a dock and your boat would have been included in the experience when paying for a more expensive home. Just seemed like it was another $200 bucks that wasn’t totally necessary, but it’s their home and property so to each their own. You will certainly not be disappointed if you stay here at all!!

Absolutely incredible!

This lake house is the perfect way to spend a vacation!! The house itself was impeccably clean. Nice hardwood floors through out with an open kitchen and living room which is perfect for making dinners with the family. They have just enough kitchen equipment to do mostly what you’d want. (Pots and pans, colander, Tupperware, knives, casserole dishes, etc) You will need time bring your own spices. They have a keurig coffee machine also. The beds are super comfy and the kids loved being in a room together with a tv. Laundry is available to you in the second floor which is great too. We went home without any dirty clothes which helps unpacking a lot. Now for the lake! It’s absolutely amazing! The water is soooooo clean. The little beach area was great for the young kids to play around in. The trampoline is beyond fun too. We spent a lot of time on there. The slide, balance beam, and the launcher are just a blast. They have a great little cabana that has a fridge which was great for putting some beers/water in to avoid walking back inside a lot. There’s three kayaks and a paddle boat also which is great. If you like fishing you won’t catch much on the dock, at least I didn’t. One day I caught two decent perch but that’s about it. If you stand on the dock and look and the island at 2 o’clock there’s some decent bass over there. Because of covid we didn’t venture out anywhere except Bob’s place to grab a pizza one night and some worms for fishing. Naples looked like a fun little town but we didn’t hang out there. We just passed through as we rented a boat of Long Lake. Next time hopefully we can explore a lot more. But it made for an amazing trip to isolate ourselves and forget the drama of the world. Ashley and Shawn were incredible hosts! I would 1000% recommend this house!

Amazing 2 weeks on Sebago!

We loved our 2 weeks at the house on Kettle Cove! The description of the house and all of the amenities were right on point. The waterfront, dock, cabana and water trampoline truly made the trip. Everything was perfectly clean and in great condition. The owners do spend wknds in the back part of the property (totally out of your way), but just make sure you are comfortable with that before renting.

Sebago Lake

Overall we had a fantastic vacation. The compound was excellent and had everything needed for a great family vacation. It is a great spot on this lake with easy access to many things and tons to do. The Owners were very responsive but not much was needed as the house was good to go!

Great Family Lake Vacation!

Beautiful property on a very quiet dead-end street. Perfect retreat for our family. Our two young boys loved the playset, basketball hoop, and horseshoes. The train table in the kids rooms was an added bonus! The entire property, inside and out, was impeccable. The kitchen was very well stocked with every dish, bowl, and tupperwear you could need. We enjoyed many nights at the fire pit next to the lake. The stone steps into the lake were challenging for my 2 year-old to navigate, but the dock, water trampoline, water toys and floats, and sand toys were very fun for the kids, and adults! Communication with the owners was quick and responsive. Beautiful property in a beautiful area!

Return to Sebago Lake

Excellent stay on Sebago Lake. The property met all of our needs, swimming, snorkeling, fire ring for s'mores, even a playground in the backyard for young Hunter. The screened gazebo at the water front a great addition. Shawn and Ashley are very friendly and informative. Thank you again for sharing your home and making our stay absolutely fantastic!

Truly a first class property from top to bottom.

This property is wonderful. The inside of the home is classy and immaculate. It is stocked with everything you could need. The amenities are second to none. Our kids loved the trampoline raft. The property is in a secluded cove and very quiet and private. The owners, Shawn and Ashley, are very nice and highly responsive.

the perfect lakehouse getaway!

This house is beyond impressive and super clean. The property is on a dead end road, which makes traffic minimal. The waterfront area is a dream and includes a fire pit, screened-in area, kayaks,deck, dock, and best of all...a water trampoline. We used all of these amenities. Most of our trip was spent on property, but we did venture out to play mini-golf and to visit the ocean in Portland. We did lots of cooking at the house, but we also enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area. The owners are very easy to communicate with. They answer questions in a timely manner. We've rented over 20 houses in the last 10 years, and this was one of the best. I highly recommend it. (family of 4 with 2 teenage sons)

Incredible Place for anyone to enjoy!

We wanted to escape the summer heat of Florida and treat our 90 year old mother to a birthday week she would enjoy. We achieved all that and more! We were near family scattered throughout New England, so we enjoyed kayaking, swimming and visiting with siblings. Great for waterfront and backyard picnics. Shawn and Ashley were super hosts. The house is spotless, with a great kitchen and grill area. The two bathrooms worked well for all of us. Listing should specify K-Cup coffee maker for provisioning. We VERY highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly week on a crystal clear Maine lakefront. Sandy beach and dock, with great ladder exit was where we spent most of each day. Mom loved our little surprise, as did we! Thank you SO MUCH!
