Este condominio actualizado, muy agradable, está ubicado en el complejo de condominios Sea Breeze en el cuarto piso, que le brinda acceso a la increíble área de la piscina con jacuzzi, asadores y una ducha al aire libre con hermosas vistas de palmeras y paisajes pintorescos. Estás a solo una manzana de la playa de Port Aransas y South Jetty. Todos los electrodomésticos y accesorios nuevos con una cómoda cama King y un sofá cama. Ideal para una pequeña familia de 4 personas con todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas en esta propiedad. No se admiten mascotas, no fumar dentro de la propiedad. Lavandería en el 1er piso. Bring your own cleaning supplies and bug spray

It’s too bad I have to write this. The view was great. It was nice and close to the beach and it was cute inside. I do t know if they were back to back with renters but the place was filthy. The counter tops were not cleaned. Coffee grounds and who knows what else. Oh and the roaches!!! I could not keep anything on the counters. Everything was closed up in bins and our suitcases were always closed and off the floor. I have pictures. I know it’s the beach and it happens but there were babies and all sizes. I actually had one drop on to my hand opening the door to enter. It’s a shame. I was so grossed out the 1st couple of days. Then I let it go so it didn’t ruin our vacation. We tried to stay away and only sleep there. I hope they clean it up for the next guests.

Wonderful condo!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for my adult daughter and I for the weekend. Close to the beach. Quiet atmosphere. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and looking out over the gulf.

Great weekend getaway for Anniversary

We really liked the room. It had a great balcony with view that we enjoyed having coffee on and drinks in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub both nights. It’s really close to several popular restaurants and we walked to dinner one night. The shower needs some attention. The water wouldn’t all come out of the shower head and a big stream would keep coming out of the faucet. It filled up the tub while showering and then we ran out of hot water really quickly. We also wished the tv had movie streaming. There was an HDMI cable and we hooked up a laptop to it to watch a movie though. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

Perfect

We loved everything about our stay! The check in process was so simple, they texted us the day of arrival and got us checked in early! The property was very clean, so was our room. The bed was amazing and huge! We will be staying here from now on! Also, had a great view of the ocean.

Great stay!

Great location, gorgeous view, very nice set up! Only issue we had was the bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in but we messaged the management company and they came in to fix it within a couple hours. Loved the balcony / view!

Awesome unit

The place is very cute and provides everything needed with a awesome location to restaurants, bars and beach. Management company was so nice!! Only complaint was hot water didn’t stay hot very long and view wasn’t that great. But those things don’t take away from our overall experience. Highly recommend.

Everything was effortless making your stay that much more relaxing. Location is the best. The drive time to the beach is only 1 minute. The walk to some of the local establishments is maybe 3 minutes. The Gaff being one of them has great pizza, cold beer, belt sander racing and darts. Lots of fun.

The Sea Breeze is great

This was our second staying at this property and we love it. It is a short enjoyable walk to the beach and you can watch the ships enter the shipping channel from the Balcony!

Amazing Location, Great Amenities

Quick Port A getaway

This was a good rental within walking distance to the beach. Fully equipped efficiency condo with pool and hot tub. If the elevators had been functioning would have been an awesome getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd unit we've rented in Sea Breeze because we really like the location. Within proximity to the beach and restaurants. The unit itself will need of updating. There is water sitting on the front door coming from the vent, i think. The porch railing is shaky. The wood is unsteady and may need some fixing. Shower curtain is rusty and will need changing. I would suggest that they stop putting the extra towels under the sink because they started smelling musty. The pool needs maintenance.There are floating insects and fruits,broken branches and leaves.

Office said they would call when it was available. No Called. Since hurricane Harvey the elevator has been down. Carrying luggage and beach stuff becomes very cumbersome.

Was really surprised when we 1st arrived and the elevator did not work and hadn't work in a Year because that was the first time we knew about it. But it was clean n very comfortable and we kind of fell in love with it liked the Balcony . Location is terrific, really close to the beaches and an awesome pool at this establishment. It was quiet and had a decent water view from the room and patio . The room smelled musty but the unit was clean. Kitchen is equipped with the necessary items to cook if that’s your thing on a weekend getaway. The parking lot is smallish so if you have a truck - I own a dbl can Tacoma and HAD to back into the slots. I do think it’s overpriced but then again, location x3. It would have been nice if the elevator was working but that’s not really a big deal for us. Would probably stay here again just because it’s so easy to get to the beach.
