Tan elegante y hermosa como las "Playas más bellas del mundo". Los servicios destacados del complejo incluyen una gran piscina climatizada estacionalmente con amplias terrazas, casa club, canchas de tenis iluminadas, salas de ejercicios, cancha de ráquetbol y más. The balcony was great with amazing views. The interior rooms were spacious. The only drawback was the constant drilling of construction at the building that was extremely bothersome on some days when wanted to hang out in the condo or on the balcony.

The property was great except the hot tub wasn’t working. Great pool, enjoyed the Tiki bar. The room was outstanding. The living area was large and perfectly decorated. We loved the all glass front with the big balcony and amazing view of the Gulf.

Easy check in, parking was great and very easyOverall everything was great. Loved the open family room with all the windows and sliding doors going out to the balcony. The elevators were great too! Never waited over 5 minutes The kitchen and bathrooms need updating. The showers need new shower curtains. They were dirty. We would definitely stay again!

Great Condo

We loved the condo. Our one issue with the place was that it wasn't super clean when we first arrived but overall we really enjoyed our stay and I wouldn't let that stop anyone from checking out this location.

On the Sand

Loved our stay. Very roomy and the ceiling to floor bank of sliding doors even in the master bedroom was beautiful. It was so nice to be on the beach to walk daily sometimes twice a day. Chase was awesome to work with.

Spring 2024 PCB stay

We found Water Crest to be cleaner, safer, and more tended to that other places we’ve stayed in PCB. We chosen 1003 because of the beautiful wide view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful View

The condo had a perfect view. We enjoyed being able to see fireworks from the balcony on the Fourth of July. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was plenty of room in the condo.

This condo had amazing views! We would definitely book again! A very fair price compared to other rooms at Watercrest. We love the quieter end of PCB with less traffic. Very close to St Andrews State Park.

GREAT RENTAL

Condo was great very spacious, we had everything we needed and the views were amazing. I will definitely plan another stay in the future. My only negative for the stay was the pullout couch it definitely needs a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep on. I still give property a 10/10.

We had a great time! Only problem was kitchen is small, no where to put food away and garbage disposal doesn’t work. Would definitely stay there again though!!

Peaceful

My husband and I really enjoyed this unit. The living room is very open and spacious. We have stayed at Watercrest before, but we specifically picked this unit because the master bedroom overlooks the beach. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. We saw dolphins almost daily and found some wonderful shells on the beach. An added touch were the military jets that flew by regularly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great rental company

We had a great stay. The rental company was always a step ahead. Easy check in and out. Unit was as described. Our only complaint is the air conditioner was very cold in the living spaces and it was very hot in the master bedroom. We never could regulate it! Overall great stay.

Nicest room we’ve stayed in to date!

My wife and I have stayed in PCB at least once and sometimes twice a year for the past 8 years. This was by far the nicest room we’ve been in. HUGE living room and the view is incredible. The rooms are plenty big, showers were average but everything else was amazing. Hotel wasn’t busy at all this time of the year. Beach wasn’t crowded. Very close to everything. I’ll absolutely be staying in this exact room again.

Spring break fun!

The view is amazing !! We had 5 other families stay in other rooms and nothing compared to our view. Everywhere in the condo u look out and see endless turquoise water and white sand! Plenty of seating area for everyone. Only issue we had is the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there. But that’s a minor fix . We had a great time

Beautiful balcony, but condo in need of update

Beautiful private balcony view. Very spacious and well stocked with cookware and start up supplies (hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc). However, while the unit itself was very clean, it was in dire need of updating. Sofa, chairs, and beds were worn out, uncomfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

Not Teenager Friendly

I brought 7 boys down here for Senior Trip. The condo itself was nice, though a little outdated. The couch was old and dusty, the recliner had tears all over it so the cushion was poking through, and the silverware was the plastic handle kind from the dollar store. The listing stated that there was on-site parking, but never mentioned that it was 50 per car with a max of two cars. If you wanted to add an extra car, it was 86 to park across the street in a sandlot. We got a complaint for having too many people in our condo. This was because they had 10 other kids stop by for 30 mins at 1am. The rental company came barging into our room and interrogating the only 2 of our kids that were there at the time at 3:10 pm the next day while I was not there. They were threatened to be kicked out if I did not arrive in the next 15 mins. Mind you, I was at lunch on the west end of the beach. I was told that she would be doing random checks and if I wasn’t there, they would be kicked out. Who holds someone hostage to their room?!?! The Tiki bar downstairs was selling alcohol to minors the entire trip as well. Oh yeah, and we were charged a 49 late fee because we were leaving as the cleaning crew arrived at check out.

PCB Christmas

The property looked just like advertised, could have used a sharp knife, scissors, something to cut up Christmas dinner with. Should have curtains on the large beautiful windows, there is about a two hour span every day that you can’t see anything, the tv or the beach due to the sun going down. We did have a leak in the master bedroom window, called maintenance and they came quickly, put a pail under the leak and left, would have liked a little more feedback on that. All in all, the place has a beautiful view of the gulf. It was the second time we have stayed in this condo association and would go back.

Beautiful condo

Redirected from vrbo to make final payment directly with owner which added a processing fee. Great condo and well maintained. Clean on arrival. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony, master and living rooms. Kitchen has everything but a stockpot which wouldn’t really fit on the stove anyway because the hood vent is quite low. Beach toys and bodyboards in the closet, which we didn’t notice until the night before we left (we added an umbrella to the collection). Easy communication with ECD when we called for smoke alarm beeping and maintenance showed up quicker than a pizza delivery to swap the battery and then came back a second time to fix it because the battery wasn’t the issue. Would give the ‘location and neighborhood’ 5 stars if the tiki bar on the first floor would stay open til at least 7pm and maybe if the pool and/or hot tub would stay open after 10p for adults. We like going somewhere new in PCB every year but we'll consider this one again for next year.
