If you read reviews you will be skeptical However, we took a gamble and I’m glad we did! Beautiful view! The rooms are as pictured! There is plenty of beach toys and floats! The bathroom and kitchen need updating but that’s about the only complaint and not really complaint! We had 6 adults and this unit was perfect! O if you can’t find the towels look under the bathroom sink! The washer and dryer works good and I have read in some comments that the washer was loud , however we washed laundry and no problem not loud to us! I would recommend this unit and will rent again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked how big the condo is!! Nice place but wasn't very clean! Looked like bug droppings in the drawers and where the pots, pans and dishes were! The master bathroom floor was very slick. (My husband fell) but overall it was a very nice place!

Great!

We stayed at Edgewater for a girl’s trip. The resort was very nice, accommodating and we loved our condo! We will definitely be back!

Best Resort in PCB

The condo had a great beachfront view with spacious wrap around balcony. Edgewater is a great place to stay with plenty of amenities. Location was another plus being in close perimeter of pier park. Overall, it was a great week with plenty to do to keep both the adults and kids entertained.

Overall, the stay was great. The unit could use some updating and general maintenance as a whole, but overall it was a great room for our family and friends. The balcony is exactly as advertised and it is wonderful. The closet door in the hallway (which is full of toys, floats, etc.) does not close, which is an easy fix that I’m sure they’ll take care of soon once made aware. Also, the washer and dryer don’t have doors to close or shut (like a closet door) and the washer is pretty loud, so that can be a little annoying.All in all, it was a great stay. The three bedroom condo was exactly what we needed and as advertised. Would definitely stay at this unit again. As for those who read reviews before booking your stay, I was skeptical after reading the reviews for this room. I will say that our stay was great and I have absolutely zero major complaints. Well worth the money!!

Wonderful time!

We love staying at Edgewater, the only reason this didnt get a full 5 stars, is because we were notified the day before check in that our room had some repairs being done so we were moved to a different unit. We were suppose to be in a corner unit and got stuck with a unit that had a really small balcony, so it was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, the stay was great as usual. Denise at the Shakers bar was absolutely awesome and made the BEST drinks!

VERY DISAPPOINTING

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Long story short, washer & dryer broken entire stay & some safety hazards that resulted in injury. Very minimal communication from rental office, and no response from follow up emails after the stay.

Great vacation

We had a great stay at this property! Booking and check in was super easy. The Edgewater is a great place to stay, loved the convenience of their little store called Edgies. We grabbed coffee there every morning. The on-site restaurant, oceans, was fabulous also. The views were amazing. The condo unit itself was very spacious and homey. We will definitely be booking at this place for our next beach vacation!

Lots of space and a hidden gem !!!

The overall stay was great , the host responded fairly quick, the condo was very spacious with a huge patio , no complaints on the bedrooms with two kings and 2 queens also with a pullout in the living room , the cleaninless of the rooms whenever we first arrived could have been a little better but that’s the only complaint , will stay here again if I have the chance

Good stay but needs a few updates

The stay overall was amazing. Great location with beautiful views. The only downfall was it did need a few updates. The plug ins either didnt work or were loose and hard to keep things plugged in. Also, the master closest to the front door had quite the breeze since the front and side door didnt seal very good, but for the price we couldnt beat it. It was an amazing time and would definitely consider coming back.

Relaxing week

There were things that needed some repairing , not a lot of towels / T V’s were complicating to figure out how to use . One electrical outlet in living room didn’t have a cover over it could have been dangerous if there were little ones there, we had to buy batteries for a remote . Over all it was a nice stay and decor was good , weather /beach / pools were great !

The views were great the property just needs updating Paint, repair towel racks, out door furniture,. a good cleaning, light fixtures,I do believe the price did reflect some of the problems. Could be a great place with work.

The condo cleanliness was amazing!! The condo is at a great location and the view was amazing! It could use updating on the room. More seating in the living room! Better pillows for the bed. More appliances to cook with and the fridge fixed! Like i said the room needs a upgrade on the paint. Other then that i would recommend this condo for future people!

This place was horrible . The host is horrible and and will not respond to any emails and phone calls . They are crooks and the photos are nothing like the place looks like . I would recommend never renting from here . They have been reported several times and are an F rating on BBB. Save your money .

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend booking this cond as it did not match the pictures online. There were moly curtains, plaster patches everywhere, closet doors fell off when opening, one bed was broken, outlets looked moldy. The ceiling tiles were wet and moldy. I emailed them pictures and was told they would get back to us however, we’re still waiting on a response back.

Needs lots of work

I love Edgewater , this unit however is not one I will stay in again. The showers are horrible with visible mold on the tubs and shower curtains. There is also mold in the air vents. It takes hours for your clothes to dry in the dryer, the unit needs paint and ceiling work. It could be lovely but needs attention! The air conditioning gave us a bit of trouble but was handled promptly. I will definitely be back to Edgewater but not this unit.

Would never stay again

The dishwasher was broke and there were outlets in the bedroom that were only half working and they wouldn’t have fixed bed frames are extremely loose. There’s bad water damage in the ceiling in multiple rooms and what looks like mold in the kitchen ceiling. The elevator shakes and bounces like it about to break. The walls are painted with different colors where it’s been previously damaged.They shut the water off for 2 plus hours to the building to do something with the pipes and never gave any notice. There’s no grill on the property like the listing says. Overall just extremely unhappy with how are stay went and will never stay here again.

Spacious condo with the BEST VIEW

This condo was beautiful. So much space and the view was STUNNING! The bedrooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. The Master was missing a curtain and the toilet seat was broken, along with the towel rod in the 2nd master bathroom, which I sent an email during our stay and I am certain will be addressed. The place wasn't very clean when we checked in,which was very disappointing. I had to go and buy cleaning supplies and a vacuum before we could even unpack because we were uncomfortable with how dirty it was. Quite a shame since the fees are quite substantial for this very reason. I was very surprised with the time of year (Spring Break) that the elevators and parking were not an issue. This was a pleasant surprise. Wish the tiki bar would have been open. There was a sign that said it was closed for the season. Along with the shops on site. The hot tub was nice and the pool was too. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay. We look forward to returning.

Nightmare

We have had many concerns and very disappointed in this unit. First off we have found 2 large roaches today. The outlets in the unit are not secure and kept shorting out. No lights in any of the bedrooms, t.v. in the master did not work. Ceiling pieces missing, not in the frame, walls terrible shape, dry rot throughout, the curtains in the second room are ripped and held together with zip ties and both beds in the 3rd room have headboards that aren’t attached to the bed therefore fall over and can hit your head as you sleep. So we will be leaving tomorrow morning. We paid over 5000$ for this unit and highly upset with the upkeep and disgust from the roaches The company said they would give 500 for our compensation or they could spend their time responding to reviews. So I guess they can respond. I was treated very unprofessional. I have pictures of all things. Also we left 2 days early.

Very expensive disappointment

The size of the unit was great! I loved the balcony all the way around the unit. This place could use a deep cleaning. It is an older unit, but places were rusted, missing a curtain in the main bedroom, mold on the master bathroom shower curtain. Ramen noodles on the living room floor and a used bottle of water tucked in the shelf in the kitchen. No doors to the washer and dryer and the tv in the master wouldnt work or had the wrong remotes...wouldn't come on. There was a lot of dust on the bottom of the refrigerator ...caked on !! The freezer looked like someone had left it open and frost had set up in the ice tray and door. There was a cracked shelf in the fridge door and other shelves were not even put in the doors. I have pictures of all this! Then to top it off, we ordered over $200 worth of groceries and they were delivered to tower one and we were in tower three! There are way too many restrictions/can't do's at the pools...it was not a very pleasant stay with all the things wrong with the condo and with the tornado warnings. I would not advise anyone staying at this condo. It just felt nasty and needed too many repairs....

Do not waste your money. Plenty of other options close by.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay at condo 1101 at Edgewater Beach Resort. Upon checkin we let property know of our concerns. They told us maintenance would be in touch. None of our reports were fixed. We never once saw a maintenance man. Our people had to sleep on the floor in the living room due to the couch bed being broken and absolutely in sleepable. These are the things we noticed upon check in that were reported. Curtains broken house Beds broke in (double bed room) Mattresses were broke down and you can see where people had slept on them. Floor flooding in living room from rain due to seals from windows being broke TV remotes don't work in bedrooms Outlets throughout the house are lose or do not work properly Lamp switches broken and not useable ( no other lights in bedrooms besides lamps) Kitchen fluorescent light out No kitchen towels or pot holders Couch bed completely broken not usable Fridge door tray broken Dirty!!!! It was not cleaned properly. There was poop smears in bathroom by toilet, mirrors had hand prints on them, floor was full of sand and dirt, living room furniture was dusty and food all over chairs and couch. The location was great. Pools and beach access were great. It was a nice complex, but we are extremely disappointed in our condo.
