This guest is one of the least tolerant and difficult individuals we have ever dealt with. We have state of the art unit which failed to generate hot water during the weekend, however we provide a private shower and facility within a short walk for there private use. Plumber and handyman worked for hours diagnosing this very sophisticated system and parts had to be shipped in. The entire group seemed totally understanding and never complained, however upon departure the older male of the party who will not name contacted us and demanded thousands in a refund. We offered a reasonable consideration for the inconvenience and received a rude argument and could not resolve his demands. The Navian is fully repaired and a backup system installed in the event anything ever happens. We have happy guests and stand by providing for each of them. Our apologies for the inconvenience but we did offer consideration which fell way short of the amount demanded.
