Hermoso lago en casa en uno de los lagos más limpios y claros con gran pesca.

La hermosa casa lago durante todo el año ha sido recientemente remodelada por dentro y por fuera. La propiedad está en una excelente ubicación en el lago Ida con un bonito muelle y un fondo de arena limpia. Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una amplia sala de estar en el piso de arriba. Disfrute de una taza de café en el nuevo porche o patio pavimentado junto al lago. Si tienes una familia numerosa, hay dos sofás cama adicionales y un futón que permitirá hasta 12 personas. Se incluyen juguetes acuáticos como tubos, esquís y kayak. Barco de elevación disponible para alquiler Pontón o bote de pesca disponible para alquiler. Este es un alquiler de alto nivel y seré muy selectivo con respecto a los inquilinos. Tenemos vecinos y cosas muy bonitas, así que esta no es una casa de fiestas.

Solo me queda una buena apertura para el verano y si su horario permite una estadía durante la semana, le daré un excelente precio. Las fechas son del 25 al 30 de agosto. La tarifa es 199 / noche más la tarifa de limpieza, impuestos y cualquier tarifa que VRBO le cobre.

Si trae un bote, el límite es de 1 bote debido al espacio del muelle. Si necesita traer un segundo bote, puede organizarlo, pero deberá alquilar el elevador y yo pondré mi bote en el garaje. No puedo tomar pontones o botes de más de 20 pies de largo ya que son demasiado duros en los muelles de aluminio. Puede alquilar mi pontón si lo necesita.

Week with family getaway

Excellent property for our group of seven including two kids. Lake Ida is amazing with very clean water and amazing sand bars to relax on. Property also had many amenities/toys for our whole group.

Nice house and pretty lake

Lake Ida is beautiful with a large population of a variety of birds including 2 bald eagles. The house was very nice and in perfect condition. The water heater kept up with after swimming showers and the 2 bathrooms were accessed in hallways for easy use by everyone. We loved it all!

Relaxing time

We had a wonderful time on Lake Ida. The house had a perfect location, everything we could possibly want and the lake was very quiet and relaxing! James communicated everything and went above and beyond our expectations! We rented his boat and it worked out well for our family of 5! We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Beautiful cabin!

We stayed up here for a girls weekend during the wine festival weekend at the local winery and it was great! Beautiful cabin, gorgeous lake setting. James was really responsive and helped answer all of our questions!

Great family vacation!

Our family had a great time staying at James' place on Lake Ida. We caught tons of fish and made use of the pontoon (additional charge) for cruising and swimming on different parts of the lake. James was available for any questions we had. Thanks for the fun stay!

Mostly nice with some exceptions

We were a large family group attending a local wedding. The location was perfect for us, the neighborhood is quiet and the host was highly responsive to our needs. Also, the great room was spacious enough for eight of us to gather comfortably. Our only criticisms have to do with the quality of the water from the taps and the washer (items of clothing were ruined in the washer); the poor quality of the pull-out couches; the basement bedroom was musty smelling and, there were too few towels and sheets for everyone in the house. If you are looking for a no-frills two star accommodation by the lake, this is fine. I would suggest you bring bottled water and do not wash any valuable clothing until a better water treatment system is installed.

Great overall experience

Stayed at this location for 3 nights. Everything worked as it should. James was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our time here. Hopefully next time will be in the spring or summer so we can enjoy everything that this place has to offer.

Perfect family vacation!

What a beautiful place by a great lake! We really enjoyed our week! There’s plenty of room for everyone. The firepit worked great and Stargazing was fabulous as the breeze kept the mosquitoes at bay! The new pontoon looks amazing- we’ll be back! Thanks to the Hoogers for being great hosts!

Amazing family vacation getaway!

Since this was our first experience using VRBO, our fears of “the unknown” were immediately dismissed when pulling into the driveway. James and his family met us as we checked in and provided us with a tour of the property along with detailed instructions how everything worked throughout the home. There were definitely no disappointments! Their lake home was a beautiful retreat for us and our 4 boys (ages 22,20,18 and 9). No one wanted to leave! We were able to catch fish off the dock and of course from our boat. The swim area was sandy and the lake so clear. The boys enjoyed hours spent out on the Lilly pad provided. My husband and I loved morning coffee in the screened in porch area as well as outside by the patio tables. The lake views were breathtaking no matter what you were doing inside. There were so many extras which made the Hoogers’ property standout from all the others when searching including 3 bedrooms/max sleeping capacity, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, screened in porch, WIFI, satellite, great beach/swim area, AC, etc etc etc... Our son loved his evening runs along the private lake road and I with my daily walks. We even had the opportunity to pick raspberries to compliment our morning breakfast a couple days! We definitely will be planning another stay on our calendar. Thanks Hoogers! We were blessed finding your property for some much needed R&R and making some wonderful memories!

This Lake Ida rental was a little slice of heaven!

This property is fully and comfortably furnished, with extras including outdoor furniture, floaties, a lily pad, propane grill, as well as a fire pit and firewood, at an amazing location with stunning views. The fishing was great, the air conditioning was cold, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basic necessities as well as the luxury of a dishwasher. The washer and dryer, including detergent, were also extremely convenient to have on site, especially with kids! There were regular pelican and loon sightings, and great swimming off the dock, with a sandy and shallow lake-bottom. Our party of 13 slept comfortably for 5 days without any problem. James was extremely generous and accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a memorable lake experience!

Fabulous rental!

My group loved our 4th of July stay on Lake Ida! We had a group of 12 adults and the home was the perfect size to fit our needs. We enjoyed time on the lake, grilling out, and bonfires in the evenings. The lake was warm and you could walk out forever from the dock! James was wonderful, responsive, and very flexible allowing us to maximize the time of our stay. Highly recommend this property and Lake Ida for your summer cabin fix!

Lake Ida is the best lake in the area if you are looking for a combination of recreational boating and fishing. It is one of the clearest lakes in the state and your family will catch sunfish off the dock or out on the lake as fast as they can reel them in. We are situated in a really great bay that ideal for pulling tubes or ski's. We have the perfect elevation that allows for amazing views and has only a few steps down to the dock.
