Acceso privilegiado a la playa, a media cuadra de la playa, capacidad para 8 personas, estacionamiento para 4 vehículos, 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos, cocina completa, terraza acristalada, WiFi. Parrilla al aire libre siempre.

Piscina privada, climatizada o refrigerada, el patio tiene una valla de privacidad alrededor de todo el patio. La piscina se puede calentar hasta que la temperatura exterior sea de 55 o más.

Caminar a la playa está nivelado, enrollar refrigeradores / cochecitos con facilidad. El acceso público # 80 o # 81 está a 1/2 cuadra de distancia.

Barrio muy tranquilo, pero a minutos de tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento.

The Cozy Cottage was very clean. There was plenty of room for all of us. Very close to the beach with easy beach access. Was also nice that we could pull our vehicle underneath the carport.

Family vacation

At the beach with the grandchildren

We had a great time! The pool was perfect and the house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beach is only a short walk from the house. I love all the updates you made. We will come back next year!

Relaxing Getaway

We stayed at the cozy cottage with friends and our kids. It was amazing to be minutes from the gorgeous beach and to have a beautiful pool in the backyard. It was perfect for us. It was just the right amount of space for 2 couples and kids. The bunk room was great for our 3 teenagers with their own bathroom. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to drive downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

This was a family vacation, 6 adults and 2 children (5 and 3). We loved our visit to PCB and stay at this location. Very close and easy walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive. House was ready just a little after 4p on check-in date but we were able to use the pool upon arrival. House allows plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would highly recommend this house/location.

Cozy Cottage at PCB

We enjoyed our stay. The house is a very short walk to the beach with easy beach access. The house was recently remodeled, clean and fresh. Each bedroom basically had its own full bathroom which is was very nice when sharing a house with nine people. The kids really enjoyed having a pool to themselves. The house was well stocked with basic kitchen essentials. Should our travels take us back to PCB we would enjoy a second stay at the cottage.

Absolutely perfect!

We just got home from an awesome week! This house was perfect for our group of 8, 4 adults, a teenager and 3 kids. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed in the kitchen. PERFECT location!! Quick easy walk and you were in the sand! Convenient to everything PCB has to offer without the traffic and crowded beaches. Neighborhood was quiet, very family friendly! Great communication with the owner too! He left no questions unanswered in the information provided.

Love this place!

This was the second time we stayed here and it didn't disappoint. It's only a minute walk to the beach, the house is clean and comfortable, and the heated pool in the backyard is a great bonus. It's a very kid friendly house too! We are definitely going to come back.

Family beach and fishing trip

This is a great family place to stay! The house was wonderful - plenty of space, very clean and organized, with a very communicative and informative host. We were pleasantly surprised by the bunk beds - full sized, and comfortable! Although it was a bit chilly during our stay, the heated pool was wonderful - kids really enjoyed it. The house is nice and close to the beach - very easy to go back and forth for lunch or breaks and such, if needed. We spent several days at St. Andrews State park for fishing and scuba diving - a 20 min drive, but well worth it. We were happy to be out of the main crush of panama city, especially as we were there during "Bike Week" - lots of loud Harleys in the main strip, but this house was well away from the noise and traffic. A great family place, and we'd love to come back and stay again!

Enjoyed our time here

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The main reason we booked was for the close proximity to the beach and for the private pool, and both of those features really made our stay. There were a few quirky things about the house that bothered us. Neither of the hall bathrooms had an overhead light, only a pull string above the mirror so lighting was not great and you had to feel your way to the toilet in the dark. I actually hit my head on the PVC holding up the shower curtain because of this. I personally think more updates to the older bathrooms would be a great improvement. They were 'updated' with new floor, vanity and toilet and otherwise just slathered with a fresh coat of paint, like many other areas of the house. The showers are still in pretty rough shape and we personally wore flip flops in the shower. The 3rd bathroom in the bunk room was much nicer, so we used it after the 1st day. There was also a light switch in the hall that didn't appear to control anything, which was odd. As for the lighting in the kitchen, both the dining table and pendant lights were controlled by the same switch so it was either extremely bright or no light at all in the kitchen area without those. The only other issues we had were that the beds were too firm for us, and we're not usually picky on this. The street was also quite busy/noisy with traffic. Finally, the camera over the pool made us slightly uncomfortable. This was stated to only be used to check maintenance on the pool between guests, but we noticed the red lights on it at night indicating that it was on. I understand this does not necessarily mean anyone is watching at the time, but still something to keep in mind. I just wanted to mention these things in case they were important to someone else. Again, these things were not deal breakers and I would definitely still recommend this place to others. We had a fabulous time lounging around the pool and the short walk to the beach was awesome!

Thanks for a wonderful stay. I don’t think the online pictures do the property justice. It is far more spacious and the pool area is outstanding. The landlord was wonderful and accommodating. Very courteous and easy to reach if needed. A very good valve for a family.

Wonderful House for the Beach

Great Stay at this beach house. Pool was a great addition, couldn't hardly get the kids out of it. Rooms were all roomy with plenty of space to get away if needed, either outside or another room. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The only thing that I would say is an issue is the street, this seems to be a busy street at times and people go flying down the road, just keep an eye on little ones. Great place to rest, if you are thinking of renting this place book it now!

Great house steps from the beach!

The location is great, the house is just steps from the beach, from the front door to feet in the water is maybe a two minute walk. We also loved that the house is in a much quieter part of the beach but still close to everything. The heated pool was great, along with the huge patio to hang out on and grill out in the evenings. Inside the house was a great set up for our kids, we would definitely love to come back on our next trip to PCB!

Great Location, Well Kept, Fantastic House

We had 4 adults and 4 children (11,7,2,2). This house was perfect for us! It is very spacious with a huge backyard and very close to the beach. Pool was fantastic for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. Bunk room was great!! Neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back next year!

In a quiet area and neighborhood. Easy access to beach, few minute drive to Pier Park (shopping/eating), plenty of other restaurants and parks. Beach is great and not crowded. Private backyard with heated and cooled pool. Fire pit.
