Living space
A private entrance brings you straight into an open, light-filled layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together without interruption. Sliding glass doors anchor the room with a direct line to the coast, while a 75" HDTV keeps evenings indoors just as comfortable. Air conditioning and heating mean the condo stays exactly the temperature you want it, whatever the weather outside is doing.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom holds a king bed made up in fresh linens. In the living area, the sofa converts into a queen-size pull bed with a memory foam mattress - a practical setup for families or a group of four.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a complete set of dishes and silverware. A dining table sits alongside, and the open connection between the kitchen and living space keeps mealtimes relaxed whether you're cooking for two or the whole group.
 
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hair dryer, hot water, and bathroom essentials to keep your daily routine uninterrupted throughout the stay.
 
Amenities & practical details
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and a full set of essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are provided. Home safety equipment includes a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. Self check-in via smart lock, a private entrance, and one free parking space on premises make arrival and every day that follows straightforward.
 
Location
The condo sits directly on the water along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, with beach access right outside your door. This property is not part of TPC Sawgrass or the Sawgrass Golf & Country Club and does not include access to a community pool or any shared amenities - the beach is what's yours. Nearby, the TPC Golf Course and The Yards are semi-private and can be booked independently, for a fee, for tee times, pickleball, and tennis. St. Augustine and Jacksonville Beach are both a short drive away when you're ready to explore - and the water is right there when you're not.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email.
